Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat khususnya pemuda di organisasi IPNU-IPPNU yang memiliki usaha tentang urgensi penerapan nilai-nilai etika bisnis islami dalam berdagang agar dapat meningkatkan kualitas produk dan pelayanan serta dalam rangka mengamalkan ajaran Islam. Pelaksanaan sosialisasi diberikan kepada warga masyarakat di IPNU-IPPNU Desa Simbang Wetan Kecamatan Buaran kabupaten Pekalongan sebanyak 17 peserta. Pelatihan kewirausahaan yaitu dengan praktik membuat brownis kukus dan pemberian materi dengan metode ceramah diskusi dengan media power point. Hasil pengabdian ini diharapkan peserta dapat membuat brownis kukus untuk dijual di masyarakat dan mengetahui nilai-nilai etika bisnis Islami dalam berdagang. Selain itu peserta diharapkan dapat memahami teknis penerapan etika bisnis yang sesuai dengan ajaran Islam sehingga hasil yang didapatkan lebih barokah.

Abstract

Regular reading of the Qur'an is believed to have a positive impact on a person's life, including its potential influence on emotional intelligence. Such as increased patience and calm, increased empathy and caring, increased ability to manage emotions, improved social relationships. The influence of the habit of reading the Koran on emotional intelligence is very interesting to research. Therefore, this research will be carried out on UMPP lecturers and staff. This research will explain the influence of the habit of reading the Koran on the emotional intelligence of lecturers and staff at the Faculty of Engineering and Computer Science, UMPP. This research method uses descriptive analysis, namely a type of data analysis used to show, display, describe and summarize a set of data. The aim is to identify trends and patterns in the data and to obtain in-depth data, data that contains meaning and can significantly influence the substance of the research. The data used includes the results of interviews regarding the effectiveness of the habit of reading the Koran on the emotional intelligence of lecturers and Tendik In this research the researcher used a descriptive research strategy. The research results show that reading the Koran regularly can have a positive impact on a person's emotional intelligence. The content of the Qur'an often teaches values such as patience, gratitude, forbearance, self-control and empathy. Meditating on verses from the Koran can help a person increase self-awareness, regulate emotions, and develop empathy towards others. Reading the Koran is not just reading, but also a process of contemplating its meaning and relating it to everyday life.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out, understand, and analyze the handling of murabahah and musyarakah financing carried out by the Savings Cooperative Sharia Borrowing and Financing (KSPPS) BTM Kajen during the COVID-19 Pandemic in the Fatwa DSN MUI. Since it is a descriptive qualitative study, some interviews, and observations were conducted. Data analysis is carried out by collecting, (data collection), reducing, (data reduction), presenting (data display), and drawing data conclusions or verification (conclusions). The results stated handling of problem financing of murabahah and musyarakah carried out by the Savings and Loans Cooperative and Sharia Financing (KSPPS) BTM Kajen during the COVID-19 Pandemic, including: (a) administrative process, conducted by rescheduling, reconditioning dan restructuring; (b) collateral, an agreement that has a guarantee at the beginning of the financing agreement murabahah is transferred under the name of KSPPS BTM Kajen until the financing has been payment by the customer; (c) settlement of disputes due to financing problems with murabahah and musyarakah financing are carried out in court. Furthermore, analysis settlement of problematic murabahah and musyarakah financing at KSPPS BTM is carried out in accordance with the Fatwa of the National Sharia Council- Indonesian Ulema Council (DSN-MUI). Abstract

Dampak pandemi covid-19 berdasarkan data Badan Pusat Statistik Kota Pekalongan tahun 2021 bahwa jumlah penduduk miskin meningkat dari 20,21 ribu tahun 2019 dan 22,16 ribu tahun 2020 atau persentase penduduk miskin di Kota Pekalongan sebesar 7,17%. Sedangkan jumlah pengangguran 11.041, dengan rincian 6.961 laki-laki dan 4.080 perempuan. Pekerja wanita sektor informal di Kota Pekalongan masih sedikit yang memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi di era revolusi industri 4.0. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah kata-kata, dan dokumen. Sumber data diperoleh dari informan yang diambil secara purposive sampling. Teknik ini digunakan karena peneliti mengambil informan yang sesuai dengan masalah penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rerata pekerja wanita sektor informal usia diatas 40 tahun mengalami kendala dalam penguasaan teknologi. Ada beberapa potensi yang dapat dikembangkan bagi pekerja wanita sektor informal dalam pemanfaatan teknologi dalam aktifitas bekerja dan berwirausaha, antara lain: Pemanfaatan media sosial, marketplace, menjadi mitra gojek dan grab, membuat toko online, menjadi dropshiper, youtuber hingga trading. Program bantuan modal, pelatihan dan pendampingan menjadi pilihan alternatif yang direkomendasikan. Kata kunci: Pandemi Covid-19, Pekerja Wanita Sektor Informal, Teknologi.

Abstract

This study was conducted to gain a deeper understanding of the influence of Fujianti Utami’s credibility and authenticity as a social media influencer on consumer purchase intention. The research method involved distributing structured questionnaires to a purposive sample of the Indonesian public through online platforms. The sampling method used was purposive sampling, with a total of 60 respondents who met the following criteria: (1) at least 17 years old, (2) actively use social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, or Twitter/X, and (3) have either used or never used influencer marketing services. The collected data were analyzed using Statistics and Data (STATA) software to examine the causal relationship between variables. The results showed that out of the 60 responses, 18.48% of respondents selected credibility, including factors such as expertise, trustworthiness, and reliability as a factor influencing their purchase decision, while an average of 19.48% chose influencer authenticity, which includes honesty, transparency, and personal storytelling. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that influencer authenticity is perceived as a more influential factor in shaping consumer attitudes, emotional engagement, and brand trust, ultimately affecting consumer behavior and increasing purchase intention in the context of digital marketing and influencer-driven campaigns.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk menguji keefektifan metode Neural Bag of Words (NBOW) dan Support Vector Regression (SVR) dalam memprediksi sentimen pengguna aplikasi bank digital syariah. Data berasal dari ulasan pengguna di Google Play Store pada aplikasi Bank Jago Syariah, Bank Aladin Syariah, Bank Syariah Indonesia, dan Muamalat Din, dengan periode pengambilan data 4 Juli 2023 - 4 Juli 2024, menghasilkan 160,026 ulasan. Penelitian ini dimulai dengan pengumpulan, seleksi, dan pelabelan data sesuai dengan skor bintang dari ulasan, yang merupakan langkah dalam Knowledge Discovery in Databases (KDD). Setelah itu, dilakukan preprocessing dengan menghilangkan kata yang tidak relevan dan mengubah kalimat menjadi bentuk baku. Data diekstraksi dengan fitur Bag of Words (BoW) yang diimplementasikan Scikit-Learn, menghasilkan matriks frekuensi kata. lalu, data dibagi menjadi set pelatihan dan uji dengan rasio 8:2, dan model SVR dilatih dengan data pelatihan. Didapatkan hasil akurasi rata-rata 98.3%, dengan akurasi tertinggi pada data Bank Aladin Syariah (98.54%) dan akurasi terendah pada data Bank Jago Syariah (98.30%). Regresi linier menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan jumlah data berbanding lurus dengan peningkatan akurasi model NBOW, dengan rumus y = 2.10^(-7) x + 98.308. Hasil ini lebih baik dari penelitian sebelumnya yang menggunakan metode CNN+SURF, yang mencapai akurasi 84%. Temuan lain adalah kemunculan kata-kata seperti "ribet" dan "aplikasi error" dalam sentimen negatif, menunjukkan perlunya peningkatan kemudahan penggunaan dan pengoptimalan aplikasi

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to map the global development of research on multicultural Islamic education and its alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). It also seeks to identify trends in publication volume, key disciplines, leading countries, and emerging themes. Theoretical framework: The study uses bibliometric analysis to map the growth and trends in multicultural Islamic education research. It draws on theories of education and multiculturalism to explore how this field can help build inclusive, tolerant societies in line with the SDGs. Literature review: The literature review focuses on research in multicultural education, Islamic education, and their links to the SDGs. It highlights themes like minority groups, gender, curriculum, and pedagogy, which are central to multicultural Islamic education. It also examines prior bibliometric studies in these areas. Method: The study uses bibliometric analysis of data from the Scopus database (2000–2024). VOSviewer and Biblioshiny tools are used to analyze publication trends, disciplines, countries, and research themes, with a focus on keyword mapping and cluster analysis. Results: The research shows a significant rise in publications since 2017, peaking in 2024. The main contributions come from social sciences, humanities, and psychology. The top publishing countries are the US, UK, and Indonesia. Two main research clusters were identified: socio-demographic issues (minorities, gender) and educational policy (curriculum, pedagogy). Implications: This study highlights the potential of multicultural Islamic education as a tool for fostering inclusive, tolerant societies. It also provides a comprehensive map for future research and encourages interdisciplinary collaboration. The findings emphasize the importance of aligning this education with the global sustainable development agenda. Novelty: The novelty of this study lies in using bibliometric analysis for a topic that is typically studied qualitatively. It provides a unique, data-driven perspective and offers a global map of the field, helping to guide future research.
