Abstract

The development of Islamic financial technology (Islamic fintech) has brought significant transformation to the Islamic financial system, particularly by offering more inclusive financing alternatives aligned with Sharia principles. Millennials, as a digitally savvy and economically active generation, have become the primary target for Islamic fintech services. However, challenges remain in terms of their level of trust and understanding of the mechanisms and contracts used in these services. This study aims to thoroughly analyze how millennials’ perceptions, trust levels, and digital financial behavior influence their access to financing through Islamic fintech platforms. This research employs a quantitative approach through a structured questionnaire survey involving 150 active users of Islamic fintech. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to examine the relationships between variables. The findings reveal that a positive perception regarding ease of use, Sharia compliance, and service transparency significantly increases millennials’ trust. This elevated trust then encourages more active digital financial behavior, which in turn enhances access to Islamic financing. The study offers valuable insights into the factors driving the adoption of Islamic fintech among the younger generation and provides recommendations for policymakers and service providers to focus on Sharia financial literacy, education on Islamic contracts, and the strengthening of Sharia-aligned digital features.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan dan menganalisis perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi pembiasaan kegiatan keagamaan dalam pembentukan karakter tanggung jawab siswa di MI Tarbiyatul Islam Penggaron Lor Tahun Ajaran 2025/2026. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research). Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan Kesimpulan dengan uji keabsahan melalui triangulasi sumber, triangulasi teknik, triangulasi waktu.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan pembiasaan dilakukan melalui penyusunan jadwal kegiatan keagamaan terstruktur, penetapan tujuan pembentukan karakter tanggung jawab, serta koordinasi antara kepala madrasah dan guru. (2) Pelaksanaan pembiasaan dilakukan melalui kegiatan rutin seperti do’a Bersama, membaca asmaul husna, sholat dhuha berjamaah, membaca yasin setiap jum’at, dan kultum, yang dilaksanakan secara konsisten dengan pendampingan guru. (3) Evaluasi dilakukan melalui observasi harian, refleksi guru, serta monitoring kedisiplinan dan partisipasi siswa. Pembiasaan kegiatan keagamaan terbukti berkontribusi dalam membentuk karakter tanggung jawab siswa, ditandai dengan meningkatnya kesadaran menjalankan kewajiban tanpa paksaan. Kata kunci: pembiasaan, kegiatan keagamaan, karakter tanggung jawab, madrasah ibtidaiyah.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and comparatively analyze the perspectives of the four Sunni madhhabs Hanafi, Maliki, Shafi'i, and Hanbali on online buying and selling transactions by referring to Madzāhibu al-Arba'ah by Abdurrahman Al-Juzairi, with a focus on identifying points of convergence and divergence relevant to contemporary digital commerce. While previous studies have generally addressed online transactions from a broad Islamic law perspective, few have conducted a systematic comparative analysis rooted in classical fiqh turath across all four madhhabs simultaneously. This study employs a normative qualitative library research method with a comparative fiqh approach, using Madzāhibu al-Arba'ah as the primary source and supported by contemporary fiqh muamalah literature, international journal articles on Islamic e-commerce, and relevant regulatory documents. Data were analyzed through descriptive-analytical and comparative methods to examine the pillars and conditions of sale, ijab-qabul, clarity of object, and the concept of ittihād al-majlis in online transactions. The findings reveal that all four madhhabs permit online buying and selling through analogical reasoning with bai' al-salam, yet differ significantly in their interpretations of sighat and ittihād al-majlis: the Hanafi and Hanbali schools adopt a more flexible stance on the form of ijab-qabul, the Shafi'i school emphasizes the continuity of the contract session and explicit sighah, while the Maliki school prioritizes public benefit through 'urf and maṣlaḥah mursalah. This study contributes a structured comparative framework that translates classical contract elements into their digital equivalents, offering normative guidance for Islamic e-commerce practice and sharia-compliant digital transaction governance.
