Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian adalah rendahnya tingkat kondisi fisik atlet Club sepakbola Tomas Jr Teratak Air Hitam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengidentifikasi tingkat kondisi fisik para atlet sepakbola Tomas Jr Teratak Air Hitam. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pemain Sepak Bola Tomas Jr Teratak Air Hitam yang berjumlah 22 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling, Artinya seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel, sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 22 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan pengukuran terhadap lima variabel. Untuk daya tahan cardio vascular di tes dengan lari selama 15 menit, daya tahan lokal otot lengan dan bahu (extensor) di tes dengan Push-Ups, kecepatan di tes dengan lari 50 meter, kelincahan dan koordinasi di tes dengan Shuttle run 6 x 10 meter, power otot tungkai di tes dengan tes vertical jump. Pengolahan data dengan menggunakan deskriptif yang menggunakan tabulasi frekruensi dan rata-rata P=f/nX100%. Hasil penelitian kemampuan kondisi fisik pemain Sepak Bola Tomas Jr Teratak Air Hitam menunjukkan: 1) Daya tahan cardio vascular berada pada kategori kurang, 2) Daya tahan otot lengan dan bahu berada pada kategori baik, 3) Kecepatan berada pada kategori baik, 4) Kelincahan berada pada kategori baik, 5) Power otot tungkai berada pada kategori cukup. 6) Kondisi fisik secara keseluruhan dengan merata-ratakan nilai setiap item tes kondisi fisik dari 22 orang, secara umum tingkat kondisi fisik gabungan pemain Club sepakbola Tomas Jr Teratak Air Hitam berada pada kategori baik.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kontribusi kelincahan dan keseimbangan terhadap keterampilan menggiring bola pada dalam permainan futsal siswa ekstrakurikuler SMPN 6 Siak Hulu. Adapun jenis penelitian ini adalah korelasional. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa ekstrakurikuler SMPN 6 Siak Hulu yang berjumlah 15 orang, teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah total sampling sehingga sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 15 orang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes right boomerang run test, tes stork stand dan tes menggiring bola futsal. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah uji nilai korelasi ganda dan menghitung nilai kontribusi. (1) Terdapat kontribusi kelincahan terhadap keterampilan menggiring bola pada dalam permainan futsal siswa ekstrakurikuler SMPN 6 Siak Hulu dengan nilai rhitung = 0,628 > rtabel = 0,514 dan nilai KD sebesar 39.44%, (2) Terdapat kontribusi keseimbangan terhadap keterampilan menggiring bola pada dalam permainan futsal siswa ekstrakurikuler SMPN 6 Siak Hulu dengan nilai rhitung = 0,623 > rtabel = 0,514 dan nilai KD sebesar 38.81%. (3) Terdapat kontribusi kelincahan dan keseimbangan terhadap keterampilan menggiring bola pada dalam permainan futsal siswa ekstrakurikuler SMPN 6 Siak Hulu dengan nilai rhitung = 0,735 > rtabel = 0,514 dan nilai KD sebesar 54.02%.

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah belum diketahuinya kondisi fisik pemain SALTIM FC. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kondisi fisik pemain SALTIM FC. Jenis penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode deskriptif. Sampel dari penelitian ini sebanyak 20 orang pemain SALTIM FC. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan instrumen tes berupa tes daya tahan aerobik (bleep test), tes daya ledak otot tungkai (standing board jump), tes kecepatan (sprint 30 meter), kelincahan (tes agility t-test). Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan maka peneliti dapat menarik kesimpulan yaitu Kemampuan kondisi fisik pemain Saltim Fc untuk daya tahan aerobik berada pada kategori Bagus, daya ledak berada pada kategori Baik, kecepatan berada pada kategori sedang, kelincahan berada pada kategori Baik Sekali, dan daya ledak otot tungkai diukur dengan menggunakan Vertical jump berada pada kategori Sedang. Secara keseluruhaan kondisi fisik pemain Saltim Fc berada pada kategori Baik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of basketball passing skills with a game-based approach. This study involved 10 students of the Department of Physical Education, Health and Recreation, Universitas Islam Riau. The method used is quasi-experimental. The research instrument used a basketball passing test which consisted of three phases: the initial phase, the main phase, and the follows through phase. The data analysis technique used t test for similar sample groups. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be explained that the average value of the pre-test was 9.6, while the average value at the time of the post-test increased to 10.6. There was an increase of 10.41% of the difference in the results of the pre-test and post-test. That means that based on the results of the research it is proven that by applying a game-based approach can improve basketball passing skills in students of the Department of Physical Education, Health and Recreation, Universitas Islam Riau.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the difference in the effect of the block practice method and random practice on the improvement of the forward roll exercise. The method used is a quasi-experimental. The sample was divided into 2 groups, each of which consisted of 10 students in block practice and random practice groups. The research instrument uses a forward roll test which consists of three stages: the initial phase, the main phase, and the final phase. The data analysis technique used t test for different sample groups. Based on the results of the study, there were differences in the effect of block practice and random practice methods on the learning outcomes of forward roll gymnastics for students of Physical Education, Health and Recreation, Universitas Islam Riau. The results of data analysis also prove that there are differences in the average value of the two sample groups. In the sample group using the random practice method, the average value is 7.1, which is greater than the sample group using the block practice method with an average value of 7.9. That means that based on the results of the research, it turns out that the random practice method is superior to the block practice method in improving the forward roll exercise for students of Physical Education, Health and Recreation, Universitas Islam Riau.

Abstract

The round off movement is a movement that is quite difficult to demonstrate by students, this is due to the lack of development of floor gymnastics learning, especially the use of learning media. This study aims to determine the effect of using audio-visual media in improving the learning outcomes of round off gymnastics movements. This study involved 42 students as research samples. The method used is an experiment where treatment is carried out in 12 meetings with data analysis techniques using pre tests and post tests. The research instrument used a round off test consisting of three stages: the initial phase, the main phase, and the final phase. Based on the results of the study that there is an effect of using audio-visual media on the learning outcomes of round off gymnastics movements, and there is an increase of about 30%. So based on the results of the study, the use of audio-visual media is effective for improving the learning outcomes of round off gymnastics movements. The results of the study show positive things how the use of audio-visual media can be a solution and alternative in learning floor gymnastics movements, but there are still some limitations. It is hoped that future researchers can develop by increasing the number of sample groups and involving comparison groups so as to get new findings in the field.

Abstract

This study assesses how well YouTube is a learning tool for developing fundamental basketball abilities. As more people turn to digital platforms, YouTube has become popular as a resource for sports skill development. In this study, 30 individuals were split into two groups using a quasi-experimental design: 15 participants in the experimental group (n = 15) watched YouTube videos, and 15 participants in the control group (n = 15) employed traditional training techniques. Assessments of fundamental abilities such as dribbling, passing, and shooting were conducted six weeks before and after the intervention. According to the data, the experimental group outperformed the control group in fundamental basketball abilities. The average basic skills score in the experimental group went from 61.4 to 86.8, whereas in the control group, it only went from 57.8 to 74.6. The t-test statistical analysis demonstrates the significance of this rise (p < 0.01). Furthermore, regression analysis results indicate that the frequency of practice ( = 0.47, p 0.05) and time spent watching training videos ( = 0.42, p 0.05) positively impact skill development. These results imply that YouTube can be useful for learning basketball, particularly for novices who need access to official instruction. Nevertheless, the short intervention period and the study's focus on inexperienced individuals prevented a thorough analysis of other factors, including participant motivation and the calibre of the video content. Future research is advised to examine the long-term efficacy of YouTube-based learning and the effects of other factors, including the tutorials' calibre and interaction with virtual teachers.

Abstract

Desa Ngestiharjo yang terletak di Kecamatan Kasihan, Bantul memiliki potensi besar dalam bidang pertanian. Hal ini didukung oleh keberadaan kelompok wanita tani (KWT) Kenanga. Salah satu komoditas unggulan di desa ini adalah pepaya. Masalah yang dihadapi oleh KWT Kenanga adalah banyaknya buah pepaya grade C dan seresah daun yang tidak dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Limbah buah grade C dan daun pepaya dapat diolah menjadi produk bernilai tambah seperti biostimulan dan biopestisida ramah lingkungan. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat melalui inovasi pengolahan limbah pertanian yang berkelanjutan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan biostimulan/biopestisida dari pepaya. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan anggota KWT mengenai biostimulan dan biopestisida setelah dilakukan pelatihan. Peningkatan pengetahuan meliputi definisi, manfaat, cara pembuatan dan cara pengaplikasian biostimulan maupun biopestisida. Pemanfaatan pepaya grade C dan daun pepaya gugur berpotensi mendukung pertanian berkelanjutan di KWT Kenanga Ngestiharjo.

Abstract

This study includes experimental research that has been conducted in 8 training sessions. The sample in this study were students of the physical education. This study examines circuit training to improve of basketball playing skills. First, an pre test was carried out to see the level of basic basketball technique skills using instruments that had been validated by experts and trial stages on the field. After that, it entered the experimental stage. The experiment was given by implementing circuit training. The contents of the training include basic basketball technique exercises such as: dribbling, passing and shooting which are carried out in the form of posts, consisting of 5 posts. After completing the experimental stage, the researcher conducted a post test to see how far the difference was. The result was a significant increase between the comparison of the results of pre test and post test. In addition, the results of the study also provide differences in the average scores of pre test was 7.8 compared to 9.1 of the post test. The percentage increase is 65%. The t-value of 8.12 is also obtained, which is greater than the t-value in table 2.1. This means that there is a significant difference between the results of the initial test and the final test. Thus, it is proven that using circuit training can help students to improve basketball game skills.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Motivasi Siswa Dalam Pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Di MTs Hasanah Pekanbaru. Adapun jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah Seluruh Siswa Kelas VII, VIII, IX, MTs Hasanah Pekanbaru yang berjumlah 259 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 87 orang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah skala likert. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa motivasi siswa dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani di MTs Hasanah Pekanbaru tergolong dalam kategori Baik karena termasuk pada rentang nilai kriteria penilaian skor angket 76-85% dengan persentase sebesar 77,06%.
