Abstract

Aplikasi sistem pakar merupakan sistem informasi yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu masyarakat dalam mencari solusi permasalahan tanpa harus berkonsultasi dengan spesialis pakar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membangun aplikasi sistem pakar berbasis website yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu masyarakat dalam mendiagnosa penyakit campak rubella sejak dini. Campak rubella merupakan salah satu penyakit yang dapat menginfeksi balita dan anak-anak sehingga akan sangat berpengaruh pada tumbuh kembang anak, menyebabkan cacat seumur hidup, hingga mengakibatkan kematian. Sistem pakar berbasis website yang dibangun pada penelitian ini memiliki kelebihan dapat diakses dan digunakan dimana saja menggunakan koneksi internet dibandingkan dengan aplikasi sistem pakar berbasis komputer desktop. Metodologi yang digunakan untuk mendiagnosa penyakit campak rubella pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode Certainty Factor (CF). Nilai CF diperoleh berdasarkan perhitungan nilai input persentase Measure Belief (MB) dan Measure Disbelief (MD), dimana nilai MB berfungsi untuk mengukur dan mengetahui nilai tingkat kepercayaan sedangkan MD berfungsi untuk mengukur dan mengetahui nilai tingkat ketidakpercayaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah ketika nilai CF >= 0.8, maka sistem akan mendiagnosa bahwa pasien menderita penyakit campak rubella. Jika nilai CF < 0.8 dan >= 0.4 maka sistem akan mendiagnosa pasien mungkin menderita penyakit campak rubella, dan jika nilai CF < 0.4 maka sistem mendiagnosa pasien tidak menderita penyakit campak rubella. Perangkat lunak yang dibangun telah diuji coba menggunakan teknik pengujian black-box, dimana hasil dari pengujian tersebut memperlihatkan bahwa perangkat lunak yang dibangun dapat berjalan dengan baik dan dapat digunakan untuk mendiagnosa penyakit campak rubella sesuai dengan keluhan dari pasien. AbstarctThe expert system application is an information system that can be used to help the society to find one of the solutions from a problem without consultation with the expert specialist. The purpose of this study is to build an expert system application based on a website that can be used to help the society to diagnose the rubella measles disease by early. Rubella measles is one of the viruses that can infect the toddler and children so that can give an effect to the children growth, lifetime disability, and become to die. The expert system based on a website that has been developing on this study has an advantage that can be accessed and can be used from the anywhere using internet connection when compared with the expert system application based on a desktop computer. The methodology to diagnose the rubella measles disease in this study used a Certainty Factor (CF) method. The CF value got from the calculation of the percentage input of Measure Belief (MB) and Measure Disbelief (MD), where the function of MB value is to measure and know the level of belief value and then the MD function is to measure and to see the level of disbelief value. The result of this study is when the CF value is >=0.8, and then the system will diagnose the patient is suffering from rubella measles disease. When the CF value is <0.8 and >=0.4 then the system diagnose the patient probably suffer the rubella measles disease, and then when the CF value is <0.4 then the system will diagnose the patient is not hurting the rubella measles disease. The software that was built has been tested using a black-box technique, where the results of the test showed that the software that was built could run well and could be used to diagnose the rubella measles according to complaints from patients.

Abstract

Penerapan teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam dunia pendidikan menjadi sangat relevan untuk menjawab tantangan pembelajaran masa kini. Salah satu tools AI yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh guru adalah platform Quizizz, yang menggabungkan unsur interaktivitas, gamifikasi, dan analitik berbasis data. Quizizz memungkinkan guru membuat kuis interaktif yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa, memberikan umpan balik secara langsung, serta memantau kemajuan belajar siswa secara real-time. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 115 Benteng Gajah, Kabupaten Maros, dengan tujuan meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru dalam memanfaatkan Quizizz sebagai media pembelajaran. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan, penyusunan materi, pelatihan, dan evaluasi. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner terhadap guru dan tenaga kependidikan sebagai responden. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam literasi digital dan keterampilan guru, khususnya dalam mengimplementasikan teknologipembelajaran berbasis AI. Guru juga menunjukkan motivasi tinggi untuk mengadopsi metode pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif dan adaptif. Kegiatan ini berhasil menjawab permasalahan mitra dan memberikan dampak positif yang nyata terhadap proses belajar mengajar. Intervensi pelatihan teknologi seperti ini dapat menjadi strategi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di tingkat sekolah dasar.

Abstract

An emerging outbreak of Covid-19 has now been detected across the globe. Given this pandemic condition, the robust estimation reports are urgently needed. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the impacts of community mobility (before, during, and after the lockdown period) on the spread of the Covid-19 in Jakarta, Indonesia. The secondary data was derived from surveillance data for Covid-19 daily cases from the Health Office of DKI Jakarta Province and the Ministry of Health. The community mobility indicators were retrieved from the Google website. Our results showed that in the pre-lockdown period, the Covid-19 daily cases rapidly increased, while community mobility significantly dropped. The increasing number of Covid-19 daily cases was significantly affected by the number of Covid-19 tests per day rather than community mobility. During the restriction period, the number of Covid-19 tests per day, and community mobility statistically affected the decreasing number of Covid-19 daily cases. Meanwhile, after the lockdown period, the number of Covid-19 daily cases rapidly increased, which significantly has a direct relationship with the increasing level of community mobility. Overall, community mobility and the number of tests per day are the essential variables that explain the number of Covid-19 daily cases in Jakarta, Indonesia. Additionally, this study did not observe any impact of average air temperature and air pollution on the spread of Covid-19. This study figures out that community mobility could potentially explain the progression of Covid-19.

Abstract

Abstract— This study aims to analyze the effect of financial technology on banking financial performance and examine the moderating role of intellectual capital in strengthening this relationship in the Indonesian banking industry. The study applies a quantitative approach using explanatory research with panel data analysis. The research sample consists of 15 state-owned and private commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2021–2024 period, resulting in 60 panel observations. Financial performance is proxied by Return on Assets (ROA), financial technology is measured using the Fintech Index through the Weighted Fintech Disclosure Index (WFDI), while intellectual capital is proxied by Value Added Intellectual Coefficient (VAIC). Data analysis employs panel data regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) using EViews 14 software. The results indicate that financial technology has a significant effect on financial performance, although the relationship shows a negative direction in the short term due to high digital transformation investment costs and operational adjustments. Furthermore, intellectual capital is proven to strengthen the relationship between financial technology and financial performance. These findings imply that the effectiveness of digital transformation in the banking sector is not solely determined by technology adoption, but also by the company’s ability to manage knowledge, innovation, and human resource competencies effectively. This study extends the Resource-Based View Theory by emphasizing the strategic synergy between digital technology and intellectual capital in improving banking competitiveness and financial sustainability in the digital transformation era.
