Abstract

Repairing government employee performance is one of the important issues in public administration reform in various countries. This study was conducted to find out what things can affect employee performance. In this study, how does the influence of transformational leadership style, religiosity and physical work environment on employee performance at the Dompu Regency Industry and Trade Service Descriptive quantitative research sample of 32 employees with saturated sampling techniques. Data collection techniques are observation and questionnaire methods. SEM-PLS v 3 data analysis technique. Transformational leadership style (X1) does not affect employee performance, religiosity (X2) does not partially affect performance, and the physical work environment (X3) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y). The contribution of this study can improve employee performance efforts through the variables that influence it.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational climate and commitment on employee performance at TK IT Ibnu Hajar Dompu. Associative quantitative research method, with saturated sample techniques, with as many as 34 employees. The questionnaire is the main data collection technique and is supported by observation, documentation, interviews, and literature studies. The data analysis technique uses SPSS v.25. The study results found a positive and significant influence between the variables of organizational climate and organizational commitment on employee performance through the t-test, while the f-test shows that both independent variables have a positive and significant effect together. This shows that the better the organizational climate and commitment, the more it will improve employee performance. The results of this study imply that the leadership of TK IT Ibnu Hajar Dompu in improving employee performance must start with efforts to improve organizational climate and commitment to compete.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengalaman kerja, independensi, objektivitas, integritas, dan kompetensi terhadap kualitas hasil audit di Inspektorat Kabupaten Dompu. Metode kuantitatif dengan populasi 37 auditor. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, teknik analisis . SPSS Statistics versi 25. Hasil uji parsial (uji t) variabel pengalaman kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap variabel Kualitas Hasil Audit, independensi tidak pengaruh terhadap variabel kualitas hasil audit, objektivitas tidak pengaruh terhadap kualitas Hasil Audit, integritas tidak pengaruh terhadap kualitas hasil audit, kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas hasil audit. Secara simultan (uji f) variabel pengalaman kerja, independensi, objektivitas, integritas, dan kompetensi secara simultan memiliki pengaruh terhadap kualitas hasil audit dengan nilai f hitung 31,991 > f tabel 2,52 dan nilai signifikansi 0 < 0,05. Dan pengaruh variabel X terhadap variabel Y sebesar 83,8% selebihnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.
