Internet berkembang dengan pesat di Indonesia. Perkembangan internet membantu berbagai sektor untuk tumbuh, salah satunya UMKM sebagai salah satu tulang punggung perekonomian Indonesia. Pemanfaatan internet pada UMKM mendorong pemanfaatan pemasaran online. Pemasaran online memberi keuntungan dan kemudahan yang tidak ada pada pemasaran offline. Penggunaan pemasaran online perlu disesuaikan dengan kemampuan dan kebutuhan perusahaan agar pemasaran online yang dilakukan dapat berjalan secara efektif dan efisien. Di Indonesia, pemanfaatan internet pada UMKM cukup rendah disebabkan oleh pengetahuan pelaku usaha yang belum mampu menggunakan internet dalam pertumbuhan UMKM. Pemasaran juga menjadi masalah bagi UMKM dimana 74% UMKM mengalami kesulitan pada akses pemasaran. Masalah tersebut akan menghambat pertumbuhan UMKM. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang model bauran pemasaran online yang ditujukan pada UMKM dan juga membuat prioritas bauran pemasaran kedalam dua tahap pertumbuhan organisasi, yaitu tahap creativity dan tahap direction. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 6 partisipan UMKM yang berada pada tahap creativity dan tahap direction melalui wawancara terstruktur untuk mengetahui kriteria bauran pemasaran online dan dilanjutkan dengan penggunaan metode fuzzy AHP dalam menentukan peringkat kriteria. Kesimpulan dari penelitian adalah ditemukan 40 kriteria penting bauran pemasaran online yang terdiri dari 10 kriteria pada dimensi produk, 8 kriteria pada dimensi harga, 10 kriteria pada dimensi tempat dan 12 kriteria pada dimensi promosi. Perbedaan posisi kriteria bauran pemasaran terdapat pada tahap pertumbuhan creativity dan tahap direction.

This service aims to enhance the understanding and use of simple technologies by the villagers of Lok Baintan Luar, especially in the design of simple electric sprayers. The implementation approach adopted included a series of workshops and training aimed at the farming community of Lok Baintan Luar village. This dedication has created a significant positive impact. First, there is an increase in the agricultural community's enthusiasm for learning this simple technology. Workshop and training participants were actively engaged in the learning process, showing a keen interest in learning, and implementing this simple electrospray technology in their agricultural practices. Second, this commitment also creates strong momentum within the agricultural community to adopt this simple technology into their daily operations. This reflects their deep desire to increase farm efficiency and productivity using accessible technology. As a result, this service not only succeeds in increasing people's understanding of a simple technology but also encourages them to adopt this technology as a valuable tool in their agricultural practices, has a positive impact on local agricultural development.

Monitoring system at railway crossing is a system that can be used to monitor train and the railway crossing that will be passed by train. In designing simulation for this monitoring system model, Arduino Mega is needed as a microcontroller. Besides that, radio-frequency identification (RFID) sensor is used to identify the train and ultrasonic sensor is used to detect the train. Data from train and railway crossing will be stored in database. This data that have been stored will be displayed in a server computer. In this display, there will be data from train and the railway crossing. A router is used to send the data to the Internet and an Ethernet module is used to bring the data from Arduino Mega. Experiments were conducted on a model railroad through a computer server. In the test results, the use of features such as train detection of ultrasonic sensors and sensor RFID as the train identification have been tested to work well. The process of sending data from Arduino Mega to be displayed on the display monitor in the server computer is depending on traffic data at the time of testing.Sistem monitoring pada perlintasan kereta api merupakan sistem yang dapat digunakan untuk melakukan deteksi pada kereta dan identifikasi perlintasan yang dilaluinya. Pada perancangan simulasi untuk model sistem monitoring ini, diperlukan Arduino Mega sebagai mikrokontroler dan sensor radio-frequency identification (RFID) dalam proses identifikasi kereta dan sensor ultrasonik dalam proses deteksi kereta. Data kereta api dan perlintasan disimpan pada sistem basis data. Data yang telah disimpan ditampilkan pada komputer server. Pada tampilan server tersebut, terdapat data kereta dan juga perlintasan. Untuk pengiriman data, dipergunakan router untuk mengirim data ke Internet dan modul Ethernet untuk meneruskan data dari Arduino Mega. Uji coba dilakukan pada model kereta api untuk ditampilkan pada komputer server. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan fitur pendeteksi kereta berupa sensor ultrasonik dan pengidentifikasi kereta berupa sensor RFID, proses identifikasi kereta bekerja dengan baik. Adapun, proses pengiriman data dari Arduino Mega hingga dapat ditampilkan oleh layar monitor komputer server tergantung dari lalu lintas data pada waktu pengujian dilakukan.

TAt Alfamart Cempaka Putih Minimarket, Jakarta, the purpose of this study is to identify and examine the dimensions of human resource quality related to customer satisfaction. The participants in this study were all Alfamart Cempaka Putih Minimarket customers. This indicates that the correlation is quite close and that Ho is rejected at a significant level of 0. On the other hand, H1 indicates that there is a relationship between the quality of human resources and customer satisfaction with an RS value of 0. The Badui people live in seclusion at the foot of Mount Kendeng, Kanekes Village, Leuwidamar District, Lebak Regency, Banten Province. Even though they live without electric lighting, paved roads, and formal education, they feel calm and happy. They fulfill their own welfare, especially by cultivating rice in the fields. The Outer Badui community is more open after interacting with the outside community a lot. Finance and business have become commonplace, whereas previously it was taboo (Sunda Badui language : teu wasa). The front room of the Outer Badui community's house is a traditional production market. Researcher identifies their business activities from a modern accounting and finance perspective. This type of research is qualitative. Researcher conducted a literature study and structured interviews. This research is intended to determine the business management of the Badui community from the perspective of modern accounting and finance. The results of the study show that the Outer Badui community includes taboos on writing (note taking) and reading. Even so, the principles of accounting and finance in doing business, such as grouping data and presenting data, turned out to be what they used to do, but based on memory and orally.

Frequent fire incidents from three kilograms Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) cylinder leaks have raised concerns and criticism of the government’s gas conversion program, highlighting the need to prevent leaks caused by excessive pressure or damaged components. This study aims to design and develop a prototype tool to detect leaks in 3 kg LPG cylinders, enhancing operational safety and efficiency. The research employed an observational approach, involving direct field observations at PT Agra Budi Gas Utama SPBE. The study examined the operational processes, the application of LPG leak detection tools, and the interaction between operators and existing equipment. The research reveals that Nordic Body Map (NBM) analysis identifies moderate injury risks, with workers experiencing pain in the shoulders, hands, back, and legs due to repetitive movements, prolonged standing, and non-ergonomic workstations. Using anthropometric data of the Indonesian population (50th–95th percentiles), the design introduced key features such as a height-adjustable hydraulic jack, a conveyor system to reduce manual labor, a 60.75-liter water container for leak detection, and safety locks for improved stability. These innovations aim to minimize musculoskeletal injuries, optimize posture, and enhance productivity, with ongoing evaluation recommended for sustained workplace safety and efficiency. Indeed, the trial implementation of the prototype demonstrated its effectiveness in facilitating the detection of leaks, significantly improving the efficiency and accuracy of leak checks performed by operators.

Hydroponics is one alternative that can be used to increase plant productivity on narrow land. With the advancement of agricultural technology, it is possible to plant vegetables out of season. For this reason, a green house is used and is generally carried out with a hydroponic system, so that the need for vegetables can be met and its continuity can be better maintained. Hydroponics is a term used to explain how to grow crops without using soil as a planning mendium. The use of inorganic pesticides can contaminate plant tissue wich will also have an impact on consumers. With the many advantages of hydroponic technology and the increasing need for vegetable commodities, there are business opportunities in agriculture with a hydroponic system that has promosing prospects. Produksi padi yang baik juga menimbulkan dampak yang tidak baik dalam bentuk limbah. Diketahui limbah padi ketika mengalami masa panen yaitu jerami padi menghasilkan limbah sebanyak 69% dari total panen. Hl tersebut berdampak pada penanganan limbah. Limbah tersebut apabila tidak dihilangkan akan menjadi sarang hama tikus, namun apabila dibakar akan menimbulkan dampak lingkungan yang buruk bagi lingkungan di sekitarnya. Solusi yang dapat diberikan yaitu memanfaatkan limbah jerami tersebut menjadi kemasan makanan ramah lingkungan. Proses PKM saat ini yaitu melakukan sosialisasi untuk pengenalan pemanfaatan kemasan makanan ramah lingkungan tersebut. Dengan demikian dapat dilakukan kegiatan PKM selanjutnya terkait pembuatan kemasan makanan ramah lingkungan dari jerami padi tersebut. Hal ini diharapkan mendapatkan dukungan karena kegiatan ini memerlukan sinergi antara universitas dengan Pihak pemerintah dan juga pihak lainnya.

Perkembangan teknologi dan informasi telah memberi dampak ke berbagai bidang, tak terkecuali di bidang sistem pembayaran, khususnya sistem pembayaran ritel dengan munculnya instrumen pembayaran yang dikenal sebagai electronic wallet (e-wallet). Penggunaan e-wallet sebagai alternatif alat pembayaran non-tunai di beberapa negara menunjukkan adanya potensi yang cukup besar sebagai alternatif penggunaan uang tunai. Untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan konsumen saat melakukan pembayaran menggunakan e-wallet seluruh mahasiswa di banjarmasin. Metode yang digunakan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan convenience sampling dan diperoleh 50 sampel data. Hasil dari uji regresi linier berganda menunjukkan variabel persepsi kemudahan dan keamanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penggunaan e- wallet, sedangkan fitur layanan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penggunaan e-wallet. Temuan dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan kemudahan dan kepraktisan serta keamanan dalam aplikasi e-wallet mendorong penggunanya dalam menggunakan e-wallet.
