The aims of the research is to analyze the influence of variables of organization structure, technology, enviroment, communication pattern anda personal charasteristics on communication effectiveness.The sample was selected by using probablity sampling technicue with stratified random sampling method. The samples was determined based on sample table developed by Issac and Michael. Therefore, if the population were 303 people and confident level was 95%, the sample consisted of 189. The data were analyzed by using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The results of the research reveal that organization structure, technology, enviromet, communication pattern and personal charasteristics have a significant influence on organization communication effectiveness in Education, Youth and sports Departement of Maluku Province.Keywords: Structure;Technology;Enviromet;Communication Pattern; Personal Charasteristics

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational commitment culture and employee engagement either directly or indirectly on organizational change through the voice behavior of Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) Central Maluku Regency employees. The research was conducted at Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) Central Maluku Regency for 2 (two) months, from March to April 2022. The population used in this study were all employees of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of Central Maluku Regency as many as 60 people. The method of determining the sample is full sampling. The results of the study conclude that (1) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee voice behavior, (2) employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee voice behavior, (3) voice behavior has a positive and significant effect on organizational change, (4) organizational commitment positive and significant effect on organizational change, (5) employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on organizational change, (6) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on organizational change through employee voice behavior, (7) employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on organizational change through employee voice behavior.

Penelitian ini membahas pengaruh modal psikologi dan knowledge sharing terhadap perilaku kewargaan pegawai Biro Pemerintahan dan Otda Setda Provinsi Maluku. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, asosiatif, survei, dan cross-section dengan populasi seluruh pegawai biro tersebut sebanyak 40 orang, terdiri dari PNS (25 orang), pegawai honor APBD (13 orang), dan pegawai honor APBN (2 orang). Sampel ditentukan dengan metode full sampling, dan analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis jalur dengan SPSS 30.00. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) modal psikologi berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi; (2) knowledge sharing berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi; (3) modal psikologi tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap perilaku kewargaan; (4) knowledge sharing juga tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap perilaku kewargaan; (5) komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap perilaku kewargaan; (6) modal psikologi memengaruhi perilaku kewargaan melalui komitmen organisasi; dan (7) knowledge sharing memengaruhi perilaku kewargaan melalui komitmen organisasi. Kesimpulannya, komitmen organisasi menjadi mediator penting dalam hubungan antara modal psikologi dan knowledge sharing terhadap perilaku kewargaan pegawai.

Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) Negeri Batu Merah Ambon merupakan lembaga pendidikan inklusif yang melayani siswa dengan berbagai kebutuhan khusus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh employee engagement dan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) terhadap subjective well-being (SWB) pegawai SLB Negeri Batu Merah Ambon. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif-kuantitatif dengan tipe korelasional sebab-akibat. Penelitian ini melibatkan 24 pegawai SLB Negeri Batu Merah Ambon dengan teknik sampel jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa employee engagement berpengaruh signifikan terhadap SWB pegawai. Semakin tinggi keterlibatan pegawai dalam pekerjaan, semakin baik pula kesejahteraan subjektif yang mereka rasakan. Selain itu, OCB juga terbukti memberikan dampak positif terhadap SWB, dengan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih harmonis. Kombinasi antara employee engagement dan OCB memberikan dampak yang lebih besar terhadap SWB pegawai. Budaya organisasi yang mendukung keterlibatan pegawai dan perilaku sukarela dapat memperkuat SWB secara keseluruhan, menciptakan suasana kerja yang lebih sehat dan produktif. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di institusi pendidikan khusus untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan pegawai.

This study aims to analyze the effect of therapeutic communication on satisfaction through motivation to heal in outpatient installation patients of RSUD dr. M. Haulussy Ambon. The research approach used is quantitative with an associative explanation level through survey data collection with cross-section data types with the ex post facto method. The population used in this study were all patients in the outpatient installation of RSUD dr. M. Haulussy Ambon during June-August 2024. The sample determination was purposive as many as 100 outpatients of RSUD dr. M. Haulussy Ambon. Data were analyzed using path analysis. The results showed that when therapeutic communication is combined with high motivation to heal, the impact on patient satisfaction is significant. Patients with strong motivation are more eager to engage in the healing process and value interactions that support their health goals.

The use of public policy to balance the interests of the public and government has not always worked well. The government's tendency to change or cancel some policies points to overlapping policies, a lack of innovation among public officers, and a low motivation to innovate. Consequently, a novel strategy that might offer significant support in resolving societal issues is needed. Describe and analyze policy innovation in public administration approach and policy innovation toward effective public policy governance was the aim of the research. The first qualitative approach was the methodology used. An academic literature review on public policy science was the method used to gather ideas pertinent to the study of public policy innovation. The collection of data was conducted by means of an examination of many sources and literature, including government records, printed and electronic media, journals, and publications pertaining to public administration and policy innovation. Policy innovation application is modeled by the use of NPS to apply innovative concepts. A method that allows the public the room to cooperate and be focused on performance development views the public in a holistic, compassionate, and humanist manner. 1) Support type; 2) Innovation management; and 3) Qualities in value application will lead to the realization of good public policy governance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan dan kehidupan kerja terhadap kinerja melalui keterlibatan karyawan pada pegawai Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Provinsi Maluku. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif-kuantitatif dengan jenis korelasi kausal, yang berarti bahwa hubungan antara variabel independen dan variabel dependen bersifat kausal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Provinsi Maluku yang berjumlah 144 orang. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan tabel sampel Issac dan Michael, di mana untuk populasi sebanyak 144 orang dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95%, jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 100 orang, yang ditentukan melalui teknik simple random samplingmenggunakan undian. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa: (1) kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keterlibatan karyawan, (2) kehidupan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keterlibatan karyawan, (3) keterlibatan karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, (4) kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, (5) kehidupan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, (6) kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui keterlibatan karyawan, dan (7) kehidupan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui keterlibatan karyawan.

This study aims to determine the strategy of improving the performance of the implementation and management of regional tourism on the Department of Tourism and Culture of South Buru Regency. This research is designed with a quantitative form and uses survey methods. The sample is determined by simple random sampling. For the first questionnaire, the whole population is determined. While for the second questionnaire, it is chosen by purposive sampling which is the person who becomes the policy maker in terms of tourism strategy in South Buru Regency ie 4 echelon II and II people. Data were analyzed by using SWOT analysis.
