Abstract

This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of professionalism,responsiveness and credibility District Office employees on community satisfaction. Thisresearch was designed using descriptive verification research type. the population in this studywere all people in the Fenafafan Subdistrict who received services in 2019 at the time the studytook place as many as 172 people. The determination of the sample is based on the Slovinformula and is determined by simple random sampling. The number of samples based on Slovinformula with a tolerance limit of 10%, as many as 64 people. Data were analyzed by multiplelinear regression. The results showed that professionalism, responsiveness and credibility ofFenafafan District Office staff had a significant positive effect on community satisfactionpartially and simultaneously, with professionalism as the dominant variable.

Abstract

Objective study This is for analyze about analysis strategy revitalization development area tour beach especially on the beach Wamsoba Subdistrict Namrole, South Buru Regency. The method used in this study is a qualitative type, namely an analysis used to describe or solve problems systematically using the SWOT analysis method. The results of this study indicate several strategies that need to be carried out by Service Tourist and District Culture. Among them is are arranging and repairing damaged facilities, keeping beaches/objects clean, providing annual operational costs, coordinating with local governments in terms of budget availability. Based on the SWOT analysis, build network cooperation with stakeholders so that the management process area beach Wamsoba. Organize And repair damaged facilities, look after beach/object in order to stay clean, provide cost operational in every years, coordinate with government area in matter availability budget, do promotion about beauty tour Beach Wamsoba, improvement the quality of tourism human resources must own certification tourism And make advertisement promotion tour.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya dan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja melalui komitmen organisasional dan motivasi kerja pegawai pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Provinsi Maluku. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif (positivism). Lokasi penelitian adalah Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Provinsi Maluku. Sampel sebanyak 149 orang yang ditentukan secara acak sederhana. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Generalized structured component analysis (GSCA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya dan iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan baik secara langsung maupun secara tidak langsung terhadap kinerja melalui komitmen organisasional dan motivasi kerja pegawai pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Provinsi Maluku.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of employee integrity, work ethics, and loyalty on employee performance at the Branch Office of Secondary and Special Education in the Aru Islands Regency. A quantitative approach was employed, using survey methods through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression, along with classical assumption tests including normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation. The results show that partially, employee integrity and work ethics have a positive and significant effect on performance, while loyalty does not have a significant effect. However, simultaneously, all three independent variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.911 indicates that 91.1% of the variation in employee performance is explained by integrity, work ethics, and loyalty. These findings highlight the importance of fostering values of integrity and ethical work culture in improving employee performance. Moreover, evaluating employee loyalty is crucial to ensure it is active and contributive to organizational goals. This study recommends strengthening human resources through value-based and character-based development.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of motivation and organizational culture on employee performance at the Department of Communication and Informatics of West Seram Regency. The research method used is a quantitative approach with an explanatory research type. The population in this study was 35 people, consisting of civil servants and honorary employees. A saturated sampling technique was used, considering the entire population was included as respondents. Data analysis techniques included multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, correlation test, and the coefficient of determination. The results of the study show that motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of p = 0.008. Organizational culture also has a significant influence on employee performance, with a significance level of p < 0.001. Simultaneously, motivation and organizational culture contribute significantly to employee performance, as evidenced by the coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.914 or 91.4%. These findings indicate that efforts to improve employee performance optimally can be achieved through proper management of work motivation and the strengthening of a positive, participative organizational culture that supports a healthy and productive work environment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership on performance with locus of control as moderating of Bappeda employees of Maluku Province. This study uses a descriptive-quantitative approach with a causal correlation type. The research was conducted at Bappeda Maluku Province. The population used in this study were all employees at the Bappeda of Maluku Province, consisting of 86 people. Determining the number of samples is based on the sample table developed by Issac and Michael, where if the population is 86 people, then at a 5% confidence level, the number of samples is determined as many as 79 people. Data were analyzed using path analysis.The results of the study concluded that (1) transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Bappeda Maluku Province employees, (2) transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on the locus of control of Bappeda employees in Maluku Province, (3) locus of control has a positive and significant effect on performance Maluku Province Bappeda employees, (4) transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on performance through locus of control Maluku Province Bappeda employees.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja pengawasan Inspektorat Provinsi Maluku dari aspek perencanaan, pengukuran dan pelaporan kinerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deksriptif-kualitatif yang dilakukan pada Inspektorat Daerah Provinsi Maluku selama 2 (dua) bulan yaitu bulan Juli sampai dengan bulan September   2023.   Subjek penelitian adalah, Inspektur, Sekretaris Inspektorat dan Inspektur Pembantu Wilayah I, II, III, dan Kelompok Jabatan Fungional. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil   penelitian   menyimpulkan   bahwa   (1)   kinerja   pengawasan Inspektorat Provinsi   Maluku   dalam   menetapkan   perencanaan   kinerja   telah memenuhi dokumen dokumen berupa Rencana Strategis, Rencana Kerja dan perjanjian kinerja ; (2) Kinerja pengawasan Inspektorat Provinsi Maluku  dalam menetapkan pengukuran kinerja di laksanakan dengan membuat indikator kinerja yang merupakan ukuran keberhasilan organisasi dalam mencapai tujuan dan merupakan ikhtisar hasil berbagai Program dan Kegiatan
