This study used the Association Rule-Market Basket Analysis method to determine customers’ interest patterns when shopping. The results of this study indicated that there were 2 rules that showed the highest confidence value, such as 63% (food and beverages) and 58% (cigarettes and drinks). Regarding these results, the minimarket can determine the next steps that should be conducted, such as setting up the layout and so on.

Abstract

A production plan will run well if it is supported by an adequate supply of raw materials. Raw material procurement at PT Pura Barutama is done by asking suppliers to send raw materials to the warehouse every day with an uncertain amount. As a result, there is a buildup of raw materials in the warehouse. This accumulation of raw materials poses a risk of loss because the raw materials used are materials that are prone to damage, if this happens, the company will experience a loss in purchasing costs. The purpose of this study is to determine the amount of raw material orders using the ARIMA method for forecasting raw material requirements and Economic Quantity Order (EOQ) to determine the point of reordering raw materials. The results showed that the use of EOQ can save the total cost of raw material inventory up to Rp 53,549,222. It is concluded that the optimal amount of raw material ordering is 19591.8 Kg / order, ordering is done 10 times a year and the company's raw material reorder point is when the amount of raw material is 668.71 Kg, thus the company does not experience excess raw materials.

The shitsuke (Diligent) stage aims to get used to the 5S culture. Solutions to reduce waste can also be analyzed using value stream mapping to describe the flow of materials and information in the production process from raw materials to finished products. The VSM mapping results are used to map the PAM. Process activity mapping to map all activities in detail in order to reduce waste. Reduced wastage. sorting process, namely: untying, separating. Small spinning namely: preparing the small mill, moving the pellets. Big spinning, namely: pulling the rope, preparing the reel tool, taking the big spinning rope. Finishing namely: attaching labels. Abstract

Abstract

When working on diesel engine repairs, operators at PT. Minindo mostly does its job by sitting on the machine it is working on. The operator's job analysis was carried out using the REBA method, based on the analysis a score of 11 was obtained which means that the risk is very high so that work methods are needed to be improved. The proposed improvement is to make a staircase design using Indonesian anthropometric data. The ladder design is made so that the operator does not have to be on top of the machine when working, because there is a risk of falling and musculoskeletal disorders Based on data processing, the height of the ladder is 137cm, the height of the top rung is 115cm, the width of the ladder is 177cm, the width of the steps is 20cm, the depth of storage for tools is 81cm, the width for storing tools is 47cm. The ladder is expected to reduce the risk of accidents, as well as improve the work posture of PT. Minindo. The stairs sizes obtained are then applied to Solidwork software.

Abstract

Data has become the most valuable component to be processed in order to provide usable information in the modern world of rapidly developing technology. When it comes to more in-depth or clear data analysis, technology is quite useful. Real governmental, social, and commercial operations use this technology; in the case of business, this is demonstrated by the quantity of minimarkets operating throughout Indonesia. As a result, it greatly increases commercial competition. Consequently, in order to compete, a study using the available data must be conducted. The Association Rule-Market Basket Analysis method was employed in this study to ascertain the shopping interests of the participants. According to the study's findings, two rules 60% (washing equipment and foodstuffs) and 62% (medicine and bottled drinks) showed the greatest confidence values. Based on these findings, the minimarket can decide what has to be done in terms of Product Bundling, setting up the layout and other tasks
