Abstract

The purpose of this study intends to see the effect of price earning ratio and price to book value on stock trading volume in food and beverage sub-sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange using multiple linear regression analysis. Sample selection in this study used purposive sampling method. The sample in this study is a food and beverage sub-sector company that uses rupiah currency units in financial statements published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022 with a sample of 7 issuers from 15 issuers and uses a statistical program application, namely SPSS 26. The calculation results with the t test on the variable price earning ratio < with values (-0.430) < (2.037) and on the variable price to book value > with values (2.308) > (2.037). The conclusion of this study is that the price earning ratio and price book value do not simultaneously affect the stock trading volume of food and beverage sub-sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. However, only the price to book value variable has a significant partial positive effect on the stock trading volume of food and beverage sub-sector companies on the IDX The results of this study can be used as a practical analysis tool for investors in stock trading

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of promotions on increasing sales volume at Waroeng Sablon Tana Toraja printing. The type of research used in this research is quantitative descriptive. The number of samples used in this research was 35 Waroeng Sablon customers. Data was collected using a questionnaire. This research uses simple linear regression analysis with the SPSS for Windows version 26 application. The results of this research show that the promotion variable has a positive and significant effect on capital structure. The coefficient of determination shows a result of 0.024. This means that the ability of the independent variable, namely promotion, to influence the dependent variable, namely sales volume, is 2.4%, while the other 97.6% is influenced or explained by other factors that are not included in the variables examined in this research

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline on employee performance at the North Toraja District Office of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and MSMEs. This research has a quantitative design and uses a survey method to collect data. The number of samples used in this research was 32 respondents. The data collection procedures for this research are: Questionnaire. Using simple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 25. Hypothesis testing is carried out so that the significance value for the influence of received has an influence on X (Work Discipline) on Y (Employee Performance). The partial results of this research (t test) show that the significance value of work discipline (X) on employee performance is 0.039 < 0.05 and the calculated t value is 2.160 > t table value 2.042. This means that there is a significant influence of work discipline on employee performance, indicating that the work discipline variable has an influence on employee performance at the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and MSMEs, North Toraja Regency

Abstract

The aim of this study: 1) To find out whether there is an influence on product quality regarding purchasing decisions at GD Printing and Decal Design, North Toraja, 2) To find out whether there is an influence of service quality on purchasing decisions att GD Printing and Decal Design, North Toraja. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this research was 50 consumers. This sample in this research was 35 respondents using the accidental sampling method. This type of data used in this research is primary data, Primary data was obtained through filling out a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression testing using SPSS Version 25. The results of this research show that: 1) Product quality partially has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions at GD Printing and Decal Design North Toraja, 2) Service quality does not partially influence purchasing decisions at GD Printing and Decal Design, North Toraja.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of price and service quality on consumer trust in UD. Discho Indah in Tana Toraja. The research method used is quantitative using a questionnaire distributed to consumers who shop at UD. Discho Indah. The independent variables in this research are Price and Service Quality, while the dependent variable is Consumer Trust. The data analysis technique used is linear multiple regression to test the relationship between these variables. The research results show that both price (X1) and service quality (X2) have a significant influence on consumer confidence (Y) in UD. Discho Indah in Tana Toraja

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kualitas pelayanan terhadap tingkat kepuasan anggota pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Sauan Sibarrung Di Kabupaten Tana Toraja”. Prosedur pengumpulan data dari penelitian ini adalah melalui penelitian lapangan dan penelitian kepustakaan dengan cara observasi, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Populasi dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 79 orang. Dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menghitung presentase dari setiap kategori jawaban berdasarkan PERMENPAN No 14 tahun 2017 . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat di Koperasi simpan Pinjam Sauan Sibarrung berjalan baik dilihat dari 9 indikator sesuai dengan PERMENPAN No 14 tahun 2017 dengan rata-rata mutu pelayanan baik dengan nilai konversi IKM sebesar 85,75.

Abstract

Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Balo’ta adalah koperasi yang menyediakan layanan simpan pinjam kepada anggotanya .koperasi ini mulai beroperasi sejak 1 Mei 1941 di Kabupaten Tana Toraja.Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Balo’ta Tana Toraja kemudian mendirikan Cabang di Toraja Utara yaitu,Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Balo’ta Cabang Sesean Kabupaten Toraja Utara. bahwa Koperasi Simpan Pinjam merupakan lembaga koperasi yang melakukan kegiatan usaha penghimpunan dan penyaluran dana dari dan untuk anggota, calon anggota, koperasi lain, dan atau anggotanya, yang perlu dikelola secara profesional sesuai dengan prinsip kehati-hatian dan kesehatan Koperasi Simpan Pinjam, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan dan memberikan manfaat yang sebesar-besarnya kepada anggota dan masyarakat di sekitarnya. Abstract

The problem of this research is how the point of purchase influences purchasing decisions at Indomaret Tallunglipu, North Toraja Regency. The aim of this research is to find out the point of purchase strategy for purchasing decisions at Indomaret Tallunglipu, North Toraja Regency. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method. The data collection techniques in this research are through observation, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques use quantitative descriptive analysis methods, and use questionnaires for Indomaret Tallunglipu consumers. The results of this research show that the opinions of several consumers about the strategy provided are proven by the questionnaires given and the answers to each alternative are an average of 90%, so it can be said that the POP strategy has had an influence on consumers of Indomaret Tallunglipu, North Toraja Regency
