Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has a psychological effect on people with anxiety. In terms of individual psychological suffering, a major factor that is important is psychological resilience. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the level of anxiety and the level of resilience of families who have the elderly during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Ketajen Village, Gedangan District. The design of this study used a cross-sectional design with a sample of 171 respondents. The sampling technique was selected by using simple random sampling. Reference levels are measured using a Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) and anxiety levels are measured using a Hamilton Rating Scale for Anxiety (HRS-A) with a spearman rho analysis test (p< 0.05). The results showed that most families had moderate levels of resilience as many as 121 respondents (70.8%) and most families experienced mild anxiety levels as many as 121 respondents (70.8%). Spearman Rho test shows that the value of r = -0.313 with a value of ρ = 0.000 (ρ%). The results show that there is a relationship between the level of resilience and the level of anxiety of families who have the elderly during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Ketajen Village, Gedangan District. The implications of this study suggest that high levels of resilience allow for lower levels of anxiety. So, with the ability of a person's resilience will be able to take the meaning of failure and try better than he ever did, thereby reducing the risk of anxiety.

Abstract

Masalah yang dihadapi ketika menderita TB paru tidak hanya dialami penderita namun juga berdampak terhadap keluarga penderita TB paru. keluarga gelisah dan takut dengan stigma negatif dari masyarakat yang akan mengucilkan, enggan bersosialisasi dengan keluarganya, dampak lainnya perubahahan fungsi dan sketahanan keluarga. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis hubungan koping stress keluarga dengan ketahanan keluarga penderita tuberkulosis paru di puskesmas wilayah Surabaya. Sampel dalam penelitian 104 responden diambil menggunakan teknik proporsionated random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keluarga penderita TB paru dengan koping stress cukup sebanyak 40 keluarga (38,5%) dengan keluarga yang ketahanan keluarga baik sebanyak 41 keluarga (39,4%), Hasil menunjukkan adanya hubungan koping stress keluarga dengan ketahanan keluarga penderita TB paru (p=0,001). Koping stress keluarga pada keluarga penderita TB paru Sebagian besar memiliki koping stress keluarga yang cukup dan Ketahanan keluarga penderita TB paru di di Wilayah Surabaya (Puskesmas Kedurus, Puskesmas Kalirungkut, Puskesmas Kenjeran, Puskesmas Tanjungsari) sebagian besar memiliki ketahanan keluarga yang baik sehingga terdapat hubungan antara koping stress keluarga dengan ketahanan keluarga penderita TB paru semakin baik koping stress nya semakin baik juga ketahanan keluarganya.

Abstract

Background, Mental health of school-age children will be achieved by individuals who are able to develop physically, intellectually, and emotionally. However, because of the magnitude of infectious diseases that occur, mental health problems are not too taken into account. School-age children who have mental health problems like vulnerable emotional and behavior in the functioning of daily life, even experiencing difficulties in learning and socialization functions. The problem is often not responded to in time so that school-age children come to the consultation in conditions that are quite severe and require appropriate treatment. The purpose of this activity is to improve students ' knowledge related to mental health problems in school-age children. Methods, Community service consists of three stages, Education, Student Assistance and ended by the evaluation of health education activities on mental health problems in school-age children at SD Muhammadiyah 9 Surabaya. These activities involve the head of School, teachers and students. Results and discussion, the results of posttest conducted obtained 78% of participants were able to correctly answer questions about mental health problems in school-age children. Conclusion, it is expected that school students can become the successors of the nation who have an understanding and knowledge of mental health problems in school-age children in order to form self-awareness of the understanding and knowledge that has been obtained by students.
