Social isolation is one of the nursing diagnoses that can be established in patients who are symptomatic to withdraw, withdraw from social activities and do not want to interact with others even with nurses. Negative symptoms such as social isolation that can not be overcome can cause the client to experience positive symptoms and worsen her condition. One way to improve the interaction of patients with social isolation is to use Social Skills Therapy. The purpose of this research is to know the description of change of interaction ability of social isolation patient after given Social Skills Therapy. The method used was descriptive with 40 respondents of social isolation who were treated in one of the RSJ inpatient rooms in West Java, Indonesia. The result of this research is an increase of social interaction ability after given Social Skills Therapy. Therefore Social Skills Therapy can be recommended as one of the specialist therapies in providing nursing care in patients with social isolation.

Background: Young adulthood is a stage of human psychosocial development where individuals begin to accept and assume heavier responsibilities. At this stage of age, intimate relationships begin to be explored and experienced development, this is in line with the reproductive period that starts perfect. Intimacy is how individuals are able to foster intimate / close relationships and love with others. Objective: The purpose of this study is to get a description of the psychosocial development of nursing students in the Surabaya area using an intimacy questionnaire. Methods: The research method used was descriptive analysis by taking a sample of 50 nursing students from 5 nursing institutions in Surabaya so that the total sample was 250. Results: The results in this study that discuss the psychososisal development in young adults obtained the results of most of the psychososisal development is less than optimal with 83 respondents (33.2%) because of the age factor that produces greater than 19 years. Conclusion: So the need for activities that can support psychosocial development in students, especially in supporting the development of intimacy so that the development of intimacy in students can be optimal. Activities that can be carried out such as sharing activities between students and lecturers so that lecturers can help students in fulfilling their development tasks, and students need to play an active role in training themselves to improve the development of intimacy in themselves.

Introduction: Pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease caused by the mycobacterium tuberculosis. The increasing prevalence of tuberculosis and infectious disease overall is causing patients to experience anxiety. Someone who experiences anxiety will find support in their religious beliefs. The purpose of this research was to analyze the relationship between spirituality and the anxiety level of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods: The study design was analytical observational research with a cross-sectional approach. The independent variable was spirituality and the dependent variable was anxiety. The population of this research was 55 people with pulmonary tuberculosis. The sample totaled 49 people. The retrieval of the data was conducted on 1-31 May 2018 using the Simple Sampling Random technique. The research instrument used the anxiety questionnaire DASS 21 and spiritual questionnaire DSES and the results were tested using Spearman Rho CorrelationsResults: The statistical results with ρ = 0.01 with ρ ≤ 0.05. The results of this study show that the majority of the anxiety levels experienced are normal and that the spiritual outcomes for the majority are at a high level. This shows the relationship between the anxiety level and the spirituality of the patients with pulmonary tuberculosis at Puskesmas Perak Timur Surabaya.Conclusion: The result of the correlation coefficient was 0.552. The implication that the research indicates is that high spiritual intelligence causes someone to reduce their anxiety. Expected health workers can provide more education about the treatment o further reduce the anxiety levels of pulmonary tuberculosis patients.

Perubahan situasi baru akibat pandemi Covid-19 membuat sekolah ditutup dan pembatalan aktivitas siswa yang merupakan waktu penting bagi keseharian dan kehidupan siswa dalam hal ini remaja. Cemas, terisolasi dan terbebani dengan perubahan hidup akibat situasi pandemi menjadikan 99% (2,34 miliar) anak dan remaja dibawah 18 tahun di dunia dibatasi gerak. Sebanyak 60% (1,4 miliar) anak dan remaja tersebut tinggal di negara lockdown penuh, sebanyak 7% dan lockdown sebagian 53%. Data tersebut tentunya dapat menjadi data kesehatan mental remaja. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan peran siswa dalam pencegahan masalah mental remaja selama pandemi Covid-19 di SMA Hang Tuah 1 Surabaya. Kegiatan melibatkan guru penanggung jawab UKS dan guru BP, dan siswa. Kegiatan melalui tiga tahap yaitu tahap awal yaitu sosialisasi, tahap kedua adalah pelaksanaan. Tahap pelaksanaan yang meliputi edukasi, pelatihan relaksasi, pendampingan siswa dan diakhiri tahap evaluasi kegiatan. Edukasi masalah kesehatan mental remaja di masa pandemi dilakukan melalui Zoom Meeting. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan baik dan diperoleh keadaan kesehatan mental siswa SMA Hang Tuah 1 Surabaya mayoritas tidak mengalami gangguan mental emosional. Kepala sekolah beserta jajaran SMA Hang Tuah 1 Surabaya mendukung keberlanjutan program pendampingan upaya pencegahan masalah kesehatan jiwa bagi siswanya.

Penerapkan Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat (PPKM) untuk menekan penyebaran virus menyebabkan semua aktivitas dilakukan di rumah, salah satunya dibidang pendidikan yang memberlakukan pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ). Data menunjukkan 79 % orang tua memberi izin ke anak memakai gadget untuk kegiatan selain belajar online dan hanya 21% orang tua yang melarang anak memakai gadget selain untuk belajar online, sehingga perlu diimbangi dengan kesehatan jiwa untuk mendukung kegiatan tersebut. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan peran siswa mewujudkan sehat jiwa bagi remaja dengan penggunaan gadget yang sering selama pandemi Covid-19 di SMA Hang Tuah Surabaya. Kegiatan melibatkan guru penanggung jawab UKS dan Guru BP, dan siswa. Kegiatan melalui tiga tahap yaitu tahap awal yaitu sosialisasi, tahap ke dua adalah pelaksanaan dan tahap ketiga evaluasi. Tahap pelaksanaan yang meliputi edukasi, pendampingan siswa dan diakhiri tahap evaluasi kegiatan. Edukasi mewujudkan sehat jiwa remaja di masa pandemi dilakukan melalui Google Meeting. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan baik dan diperoleh keadaan kesehatan jiwa siswa SMA Hang Tuah Surabaya mayoritas tidak mengalami gangguan mental emosional. Kepala sekolah beserta jajaran SMA Hang Tuah Surabaya mendukung keberlanjutan program pendampingan upaya pencegahan masalah kesehatan jiwa bagi siswanya.

Usia dewasa merupakan tahapan yang diawali dengan masa transisi dari masa remaja hingga masa dewasa yang melibatkan pengalaman dan eksplorasi yang disebut dengan emerging adulthood (Papalia, DE, Olds S.W., Feldman, R.D, 2008) tahap perkembangan psikososial manusia dimana individu mulai menerima dan memikul tanggung jawab yang lebih berat. Tahap usia dewasa ini hubungan intim mulai didalami dan mengalami perkembangan, hal ini sejalan dengan masa reproduktif yang mulai sempurna. Keintiman yaitu bagaimana individu mampu membina hubungan intim/dekat dan cinta dengan orang lain.Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mendapatkan gambaran perkembangan psikososial mahasiswa keperawatan di wilayah Surabaya menggunakan kuesioner keintiman. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analitik dengan menggunakan teknik sampling kuota sampling dan jumlah sampel 150 mahasiswa keperawatan dari 2 intitusi keperawatan wilayah Surabaya. Hasil dalam penelitian ini yang meneliti tentang perkembangan psikososisal pada dewasa muda didapatkan hasil sebagian besar perkembangan psikososisal kurang optimal dengan 52 responden (34,7%), karena faktor umur yang sebagian besar berusia 18 tahun. 4. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara perkembangan psikososil mahasiswa dengan jenis kelamin mahasiswa Chi-square = 0,007 Maka perlu adanya kegiatan yang dapat menunjang perkembangan psikososial pada mahasiswa, terutama dalam menunjang perkembangan intimasi sehingga perkembangan intimasi pada mahasiswa dapat optimal. Kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan seperti adanya kegiatan sharing antara mahasiswa dengan dosen sehingga dosen dapat membantu mahasiswa dalam memenuhi tugas-tugas perkembangannya, serta mahasiswa perlu berperan aktif dalam melatih diri untuk meningkatkan perkembangan intimasi pada diri mereka.

Peran perawat dalam keperawatan jiwa adalah salah satu hal penting dalam meningkatkan status kesehatan pasien dengan gangguan mental. Salah satu peran perawat dalam asuhan keperawatan jiwa adalah pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan bagi individu, kelompok dan keluarga. Terapi aktivitas kelompok adalah salah satu bentuk psikoterapi yang dapat diberikan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan klien dan mengurangi tanda-tanda dan gejala pasien, yang telah terbukti dalam penelitian dosen STIKES Hang Tuah Surabaya. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendidikan kesehatan yang diberikan melalui pengabdian masyarakat. Pengabdian masyarakat tersebut dilakukan pada 31 Mei - 4 Juni 2018 pada 23 perawat di Rumkital Dr Ramelan Surabaya. Ada empat kegiatan program yang dilaksanakan, yaitu edukasi tentang TAK Sensori Persepsi Halusinasi, pre test dan post test TAK, dilanjutkan dengan pendampingan dan monitoring secara kontinu. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah terdapat peningkatan kemampuan perawat sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan TAK. Pendampingan dan monitoring terus menerus diperlukan agar TAK menjadi kegiatan yang dijadwalkan. Background: Covid-19 attacked all ages without exception, the corona virus was more dangerous if it attacked an elderly person who carries congenital diseases such as diabetes mellitus, chronic asthma sufferers, and hypertension. The lacked of good knowledge of the elderly in dealing with comorbidities such as hypertension can cause the elderly to be at high risk of contracting covid 19. Knowledge was needed so that the elderly are protected from exposure to the virus, the role in the family was also important to keep one of the families from contracting covid 19. Purpose: This study aims to determine the relationship the level of knowledge of the elderly with the level of independence of ADL (Activity Daily Living) in handling comorbid Covid-19 at the Kenjeran Health Center Surabaya. Methods: The design of this research was correlational analytic with cross sectional approach. The sample used Simple Random Sampling as many as 70 elderly people at the Kenjeran Health Center Surabaya. The independent variable in this study was the level of knowledge as measured by the knowledge questionnaire instrument according to Arikunto. The dependent variable in this study was the level of independence as measured by the Barthel's Index questionnaire instrument. Data analysis used Spearman rho test =0.05 Result: The results of this study indicated that the results of a study of 70 respondents have a relationship between the level of knowledge of the elderly and the level of independence in handling comorbid covid 19 at the Kenjeran Public Health Center Surabaya with = 0.032 (? = <0.05) Conclusion: The implication of this study was that the level of knowledge of the elderly played an important role in increasing the level of independence of the elderly in handled with comorbid covid-19, so that it requires early attention and treatment by nurses, families and other health workers Keywords: Elderly, knowledge, level of independence
