Abstract

       The hospital is one of the health service institutions involved in various activities so it is easy to happen. One of the Nurses' health workers is the most health resource in the hospital that receives a negative relationship. Negative behavior faced by nurses can cause problems for the hospital. The purpose of this study was to analyze the negative behavior received by nurses in Batam city hospitals. This type of research is quantitative research with cross-sectional design. The number of samples in this study were 359 nurses distributed in several hospitals in the city of Batam. The results showed several types of negative interactions received by nurses in the workplace (71.3%) and intimidation (28.7%). The results showed there was a relationship that illustrates the work stress with the negative received by nurses (p value <α = 0.05). How can the hospital make policies related to this policy? What to do?

Abstract

Hasil survei PPNI tahun 2016 menunjukkan bahwa 50,9% perawat mengalami stress kerja di empat provinsi, salah satu provinsi tersebut adalah Kepulauan Riau. Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan di RSUD Embung Fatimah Kota Batam didapatkan bahwa 85 perawat yang bekerja di ruang rawat inap mengalami kelelahan kerja dalam rutinitas pekerjaannya. Perawat sering mengalami pusing dan letih karena aktivitas kerja yang tinggi dan waktu yang diperlukan dalam bekerja. Kondisi ini dipicu karena tanggungjawab dalam organisasi dan pekerjaan yang pada akhirnya memunculkan konflik. Profesi perawat beresiko mengalami stress kerja yang tinggi dan akan berdampak jangka panjang pada pekerjaan itu sendiri. Hal ini akan memunculkan tendensi burnout pada perawat. Disain penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling dengan jumlah 85 responden. Analisa data menggunakan Chi Square Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan antara stress kerja dengan burnout pada perawat di ruang rawat inap di RS X p value = 0.002. disarankan perawat untuk meningkatkan kerja tim dalam mengurangi stress kerja.

Abstract

Motivation with an encouraging or retrospective compensation that is regarded as what makes them work better. The purpose of this research is to know the relationship of giving incentives to the motivation work of nurses in the inpatient installation of RSUD M. SANI. This research draft is quantitative with sampling methods using Total Sampling. The samples in this study consisted of 86 nurses and data analyzed using the Spearman Rank analysis test. The results of the study showed that the number of respondents who were less incentive and good had a comparison of 43 respondents (50%). The most number of respondents has a good work motivation of 50 (58,1%). There is an incentive-granting relationship with the work motivation of nurses working in the inpatient installation of RSUD M. Sani with two variables in the Medium category (p value = 0,000, Rho = 0,424). In this case the hospital is expected to be able to pay attention and increase incentives. The feasible and reasonable thing is to make clear target work conditions so that the wishes of work can increase.

Abstract

Turnover intention is a feeling arising from an individual, which is the intention to quit the job voluntarily according to his/her own choice. The nurse's turnover intention (ToI) tends to increase by more than 10% per year. Factors affecting turnover intention include demographic characteristics, work stress, work environment, and job satisfaction This study aims was determine the factors that influence nurse turnover intention at RSE. This research was a descriptive-analytic study using a cross-sectional study design, the sample in this study was 82 nurses. This study used a questionnaire (demographics, nurse satisfaction, nurses work stress and ToI. The results were 48.7% nurses aged 25-30 years, 84.1% female, 47.5% working period of more than 5 years, with 80. 5% nurses were not satisfied with work, and 25.6% nurses experienced work stress, nurses’ ToI 34.1% There was no correlation between job satisfaction and ToI, there was a relationship between work stress and nurse turnover intention (P value = 0.021). The conclusion of this research is the high number was influenced by external factors and by internal factors such as personal problems experienced by respondents.

Abstract

Depression can be affected by the elderly in the end of their life. Depression is not a normal aging process, but psychosocial problem that can be overcome. Aswanira and Vausta (2015) explained that the prevalence of depression ranged from 10-15% in the elderly in the community, 11-45% of the elderly who need hospitalizationt, and up to 50% of the elderly who live in nursing home. One therapeutic modality for reducing depression is Life Review Therapy. Life Review Therapy is the most suitable therapy for the elderly because in general the elderly often tell their life experiences. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of life review therapy on decrease the depression level for elderly. This study was a Quasi Experimental design. Data were analyzed by using Paired Sample t-Test. Sample of this study were 15 elderly respondents with Purposive Sampling method. The result of this study have shown that before life review therapy more than half of elderly (60%) suffer medium depression, after life review therapy all of the elderly (100%) having the decrease of depression level become normal. The conclusion of data analyse have shown that p-value 0,000 (p=<0,05). There is an effect of life review therapy on decrease the depression level for elderly. It is expected that life review therapy can be applied as a life nursing alternative action to overcome the depression towards the elderly.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan self -management dengan kualitas hidup pasien pasca stroke di RSUD Encik Mariyam Tahun 2020. Metode penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional, sampel dilakukan dengan tekhik purposive sampling dan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Jumlah sampel 38 responden. Hasil penelitian dianalisa dengan uji Spearman rho.Dengan hasil persentase respon tertinggi pada usia 56-65 tahun (47,37%), perempuan (63,16%),menikah (97,37%),pendidikan SMP (47,73%) dan tinggal bersama suami,isteri dan anak (42,11%).Dengan self-management yang baik (13,15%),self-management sedang (39,47%) dan self-management kurang (47,36%).Dengan kualits hidup yang baik (21,05%),kualitas hidup sedang (31,57%) dan kualitas hidup kurang (47,36%).Kesimpulan diketahui derajat kemaknaan α=0,00,diperoleh hasil p=0,000 dimana (p≤0,05),dengan kekuatan (r=0,967) yaitu sangat kuat dan arah hubungan positif artinya ada Hubungan Self-Management dengan Kualitas Hidup Pasien Pasca Stroke di RSUD Encik Mariyam. Diharapkan untuk lebih meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kinerja yang lebih baik guna memberikan bimbingan pelayanan kesehatan bagi pasien,khususnya pasien pasca stroke agar dapat mendukung pencapaian self-management yang baik untuk menunjang kualitas hidup pasien pasca stroke.

Abstract

The daily nurse's job is to provide care to patient especially in lifting, moving, pushing, orattracting the patient to position their bed rest. Factors that can cause back injuriesinclude the presence of body position that is not true for example in the process of movingpatients. The result of preliminary survey conducted by the researcher to the room nurse atRS Awal Bros Batam through questionnaire, 82 questionnaires, obtained result of 35nurses (42,6%) had experienced Lowback pain during work, with the highest number ofLBP incidence in HCU and ICU ( 16.8%) are generally complaints that occur after takingaction to lift, push, move, and care for the patient. This study aims to determine therelationship of body mechanics with the incidence of low back pain on nurses HCU roomand ICU Awal Bros Batam Hospital. This research uses descriptive method with crosssectional approach. The sample in this research is all nurses of ICU and HCU room RSAwal Bros Batam 2017 which amounted to 31 people. This research instrument uses theNordic Body Map Questionnaire to find out back pain complaints and REBA checks toassess LBP risk work posture. The results showed that the prevalence of LBP severe painis high enough in ICU and HCU nurses RS Awal Bros Batam 2017 (67.7%). Statistical testresults obtained value ρ = 0,000 which means the value of sig ρ <0.05. This study leads tothe conclusion that there is a significant relationship between body mechanics with theincidence of lowback pain on ICU nurses and HCU RS Awal Bros Batam. It is expectedthat ICU and HCU nurses can reduce low back pain complaints by working according toproper work posture (body mechanics) that is not too bent at work, resting on both legs,and doing less flexion movements at other corners of the body.Keywords: Body Mechanic, Lowback Pain, Nurse

Abstract

Missed nursing care is a global challenge that threatens patient safety and health. Missed nursing care phenomenon, most (55-98%) nurses leave one or more nursing care. One of the nurse's roles is to provide nursing care to patients safely without anything being missed or delayed. One of the factors causing Missed nursing care is job satisfaction. A nurse who isdissatisfied in doing her job will often feel burdened at work so that the level of patient safety is disrupted. Phenomenon found in RS. X the number of phlebitis, urinary tract infections and the incidence of decubitus this happened due to the negligence of nurses in providing nursing care. This study was conducted to see the relationship between job satisfaction and Missed nursing care. The design used in this study was cross sectional with a total sampling technique of 47 nurses. The results of the bivariate analysis showed that 15 nurses (94%) had a low perception of job satisfaction with high Missed nursing care. The results of statistical tests using the Chi- square test obtained pvalue 0.000

Abstract

Berdasarkan data WHO 2019 kasus hipertensi sebesar 22% diseluruh dunia. Sementara di indonesia menepati urutan ke 3 kasus akibat hipertensi. Berdasarkan data tersebut kelompok usia tertinggi pada usia 35-44 tahun sebesar 31,6%. Fanomena yang ditemukan di wilayah UPTD Puskesmas teluk bintan sebanyak 172 kasus. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh brsik walking exercise terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada pasien hipertensi metode dalam penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan pra eksperimental design one grup pretest-posttest desain. Dengan Jumlah sampel 21 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Data analisis dengan menggunakan uji Paired sampel T Test. didapatkan nilai sig 0,000 artinya ada pengaruh tekanan darah sebelum dansesudah dengan uji statistik p value < 0,000. Kesimpulan pada penelitian didapatkan ada pengaruh Brisk Walking Exercise terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada pasien hipertensi di UPTD Puskesmas Teluk Bintan Dengan demikian peneliti merekomendasikan agar UPTD Puskesmas Teluk Bintan memasukkan intervensi keperawatan brisk walking exercise sebagai salah satu latihan untuk membantu menurunkan tekanan darah pada pasien Hipertensi stadium 2
