Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan mengungkap pelaksanaan supervisi akademik kepala madrasah di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 3 Tasikmalaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi dokumentasi dan studi lapangan. Analisis dilakukan dengan reduksi dan penyajian data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan supervisi akademik kepala madrasah dilakukan dengan perencanaan program semester dan program tahunan. Kunjungan kelas dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi metode dalam proses pembelajaran. Tindak lanjut yang dilakukan oleh kepala madrasah hanya dilakukan pada saat rapat rutinan. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya kegiatan berkelanjutan sebagai pembinaan kepala madrasah dalam mengembangkan kualitas pembelajaran.

Abstract

Mewabahnya Covid-19 sebagai pandemi telah membawa dampak signifikan sekaligus membuka peluang dan tantangan bagi pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan gambaran mengenai peluang dan tantangan pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan Islam pada masa pandemi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif-kualitatif dengan metode yang digunakan adalah library research dan jenis data yang dipakai adalah data kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik kepustakaan. Proses analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknin deskriptif-analitis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa peluang pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan pada masa Covid-19 dapat diidentifikasi dari terbukanya peluang untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan melalui usaha membangun fungsi-fungsi manajemen pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan Islam berbasis digital dengan sistem dalam jaringan (daring) sangat didukung oleh situasi pandemi yang sedang terjadi. Karena itu tantangan yang dihadapi dalam hal pengelolaan berbasis digital dengan dukungan internet melalui sistem dalam jaringan adalah kesiapan lembaga dalam aspek dukungan sarana dan prasarana serta kesiapan SDM yang ahli di bidang ini menjadi hal penting yang harus dipenuhi untuk meningkatkan persaingan dan kompetisi antar lembaga pendidikan Islam pada masa pandemi untuk meningkatkan sistem pengelolaan lembaga agar menghasilkan kualitas mutu dan memiliki daya saing yang berkualitas.

Abstract

Abstract: The ability to remember is an important thing in the teaching and learning process, because remembering becomes a method to store all information. Elementary school students in fact have the ability to remember which is still sharp compared to adults. Therefore, the memory should be trained and developed by memorizing short chapters in the Qur'an. But another problem arises, when memory disease appears (forgetting). So here it is very necessary to have the role of teachers and parents as a companion for children in memorizing short chapters in the Qur'an. This study aims to analyze the ability to remember the memorization of juz 'amma in elementary school students based on the Atkinson-Shiffrin information storage theory review. This research method uses a qualitative approach, data collection techniques include observation, interviews, documentation and data triangulation, analysis techniques by reducing, displaying, and concluding data. While data validity techniques with credibility test, transferability test, depenability test, and confirmability test. The results of the study state that the ability to remember the memorization of juz 'amma of SD Negeri 01 Tebat Karai students is quite good, this can be seen when students deposit memorization to their teachers, and the reading is almost perfect according to the law of tajweed. Thus, based on the theory of information storage, it can be stated that the process of remembering the memorization of juz 'amma students has reached the stage of storing information in long-term memory.Keywords: Juz 'Amma Memorization; Recall Ability;  Elementary School; Information Storage Theory.Abstrak: Kemampuan mengingat merupakan suatu hal yang penting dalam proses pengajaran dan pembelajaran, karena mengingat menjadi metode untuk menyimpan semua informasi. Siswa sekolah dasar notabenenya memiliki kemampuan mengingat yang masih tajam dibandingkan orang dewasa. Oleh karena itu, hendaklah ingatan itu dilatih dan dikembangkan dengan cara menghafal surah-surah pendek dalam Al-Qur’an. Namun permasalahan lain muncul, tatkala penyakit ingatan muncul (lupa). Maka disini sangat perlu adanya peran guru serta orang tua sebagai pendamping anak-anak dalam menghafal surah-surah pendek dalam Al-Qur’an. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemampuan mengingat hafalan juz ‘amma pada siswa sekolah dasar berdasarkan tinjauan teori penyimpanan informasi Atkinson-Shiffrin. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi serta triangulasi data, teknik analisis dengan cara mereduksi, mendisplay, dan menyimpulkan data. Sedangkan teknik keabsahan data dengan uji credibility, uji transferability, uji depenability, dan uji konfirmability. Adapun hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa kemampuan mengingat hafalan juz ‘amma siswa SD Negeri 01 Tebat Karai sudah cukup baik, hal ini terlihat pada saat peserta didik menyetorkan hafalan kepada gurunya, dan bacaannya hampir sempurna sesuai hukum tajwid. Dengan demikian berdasarkan teori penyimpanan informasi, dapat dinyatakan bahwa proses mengingat hafalan juz ‘amma peserta didik telah mencapai tahap penyimpanan informasi pada memori jangka panjang.Kata Kunci: Hafalan Juz ‘Amma; Kemampuan Mengingat; Sekolah Dasar; Teori Penyimpanan Informasi.

Abstract

This research aims to explain the analysis of the professional allowance system, which includes policies regarding recipient criteria, allowance amounts, and allowance administration procedures for PAI teachers, as well as provide an overview of the welfare performance of PAI teachers before and after receiving professional allowances, so that in the future it is hoped that more and more teachers will PAI understand the professional allowance system so that it has an impact on fulfilling the welfare of PAI teachers. This research uses quantitative methods with a cross-sectional type of survey research. Research data sources consist of primary data sources originating from journal articles, books, and documents that are relevant to the research problem. Meanwhile, secondary data sources come from PAI teachers at the elementary school level in Kec. Dayeuhkolot District, Bandung, with 16 PAI teachers who have received professional allowances. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire or questionnaire distributed via Google Forms, which is analysed using descriptive statistics and presented in the form of narratives, tables, and diagrams. The results of the research show that the PAI teacher professional allowance system is explained in Minister of Religion Regulation Number 43 of 2014 Article 1 and Minister of Religion Regulation Number 43 of 2014 Article 8. Apart from that, the results showed that the welfare of PAI teachers after receiving professional allowances increased by 17.18%. So it can be concluded that professional allowances can be the key to PAI teacher welfare.

Abstract

This study is blackfaced with problems in learning processes, such as teachers do not understand the student's situation and condition, they apply incorrect methods, or the learning process tends boring. The important role of psychological education for teachers is to help them understand students' psychological aspects so that teachers have basic rules for applying effective learning techniques to particular student characteristics. This study aims to know the essential role of psychology for teachers in the learning process and the psychological scope for teachers in studying students. The study uses qualitative methods, which isa literature approach (library research). Researchers use documentaries to collect data. This study shows that teachers must study educational psychology. In educational psychology, there is much discussion of the problems associated with human development. So, as an educator, it is very important to understand educational psychology.Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dengan adanya masalah dalam proses pembelajaran seperti guru tidak memahami situasi dan kondisi siswa, penerapan metode yang kurang tepat dan proses pembelajaran cenderung membosankan. Peran penting pembelajaran psikologi pendidikan bagi guru membantu dalam   mempelajari aspek psikologis siswa agar guru memiliki aturan   dasar   untuk   menerapkan   teknik   pembelajaran   yang   efektif   yang   diterapkan   pada karakteristik   siswa   tertentu.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan penting psikologi bagi guru dalam proses pembelajaran dan mengetahui ruang lingkup psikologi bagi guru dalam mempelajari siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis pendekatankepustakaan (Library Research). Peneliti menggunakan studi dokumenter untuk pengumpulan data dalam penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa sangat penting bagi guru dalam mempelajari psikologi pendidikan. Dalam psikologi pendidikan, banyak sekali pembahasan tentang masalah-masalah yang berkaitan  dengan perkembangan manusia.  Sehingga, sebagai pendidik sangat penting memahami psikologi pendidikan.

Abstract

Financing management is one of the most important elements in educational institutions because it is related to the implementation of madrasah activities. The problem that arises in financing management is that financing has not been managed properly so that there are still many teachers who are less prosperous. Therefore, as the manager of madrasah financing management is required to be more optimal and pay attention to financing management and improve teacher welfare. The objectives of this study were to determine: 1) financial management at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Hidayah Sukatani, Depok City; 2) the welfare of teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Hidayah Sukatani, Depok City; 3) the influence of financing management on the welfare of teachers in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Hidayah Sukatani, Depok City. This research uses a quantitative approach, with a descriptive verification method. The data in this study were obtained through distributing questionnaires (questionnaires). Data analysis techniques in this study used research instrument tests (validity and reliability), normality test, linearity test, heteroscedasticity test, simple linear regregi, T test and coefficient of determination. This study has a framework in which financing management has four indicators, including financing planning, financing implementation, financing supervision, and financing accountability. Meanwhile, teacher welfare has three indicators, including understanding the rights that must be received, additional income, and the suitability of the rights received. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the reality of financing management at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Hidayah Sukatani, Depok City is in the medium category, based on the assessment results of 33 respondents, namely 57%. 2) the reality of the welfare of teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Hidayah Sukatani, Depok City, is in the medium category from the results of the assessment of 33 respondents, namely 85%. 3) and there is a significant influence between the variable x (management of financing) on ​​the variable y (teacher welfare). The results of the T test show that the value of T count (3,300)> T table (2,042), which means that H0 is rejected. Then the results of the simple linear regression test show that the constant value (a) is 36.240, the regression coefficient (b) is 0.510. And the value of R Square is 0.260 and the result is 26.0%, so that the welfare of teachers is influenced by financial management, and 74.0% is influenced by other factors outside the research. Thus, it is hoped that the management of financing at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Hidayah Sukatani, Depok City can be maintained and improved for the better in order to improve the welfare of teachers in madrasah.

Abstract

Character education is essential in shaping students’ morals amid the challenges of globalization, which often undermines moral values. Issues such as declining respect for authority, delinquency, and low empathy reflect a moral crisis among youth. This study aims to examine the urgency of character education from an Islamic perspective and to identify effective strategies for its implementation. Using a systematic literature review (SLR) method, 77 scientific articles published between 2019 and 2025 were analyzed. The study focuses on three dimensions: internalization of values in families, institutionalization in schools, and externalization in students' social behavior. Findings show that character education strongly influences moral development through value-based family upbringing, integrated school programs, and positive social interaction. However, challenges include limited parental engagement and inadequate teacher training. The study concludes that an integrated effort between family, school, and community is crucial to ensure sustainable and effective character education that aligns with both Islamic values and global moral frameworks.
