Abstract

One of the sectors that pollute the environment is the cosmetics sector. Pay close attention to the packaging and microplastic waste that have been produced. Presently, the cosmetics company Garnier create a Garnier Green Beauty campaign to transform the company and lessen its impact on the environment. Garnier is working to produce cosmetics with more environmentally friendly formulae. By decreasing waste, it will be possible to reduce plastic pollution. This study examines what influences someone to use eco-friendly beauty products and be willing to purchase Garnier products. Quantitative research techniques were used in this investigation. 211 respondents fit the criteria for knowing about Garnier products but had never used them. The results of the study show that the intentions of consumers to make green purchases are significantly influenced by the functional value, social value, and emotional worth of various goods. However, social work has little impact on green trust.

Abstract

Retaining the program from the campus so that you can enjoy for the first time the way to practice in work, which may be referred to as internship work, offers college students an idea of running in the industry. Within internships performed by college students, there are numerous factors to attain satisfaction in an internship, one among which is the element of social support within the painting's surroundings. Consequently, this examination discusses the influence of social assistance on internship pleasure which affects the goal of signing up for the hospitality industry of college students who carry out internships in 4-stars hotels. This research uses quantitative techniques and judgemental sampling techniques. Primary data collection is information collected by distributing questionnaires to students of private universities in the Jakarta and Banten areas who did internships at four-star hotels within the Jakarta and Banten regions. The data amassed became 183 respondents. The data obtained is processed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The outcomes showed that perceived supervisor support and coworker support positively impacted Internship satisfaction, and perceived organizational support did not affect Internship satisfaction. Internship satisfaction impacts the intention to join the hospitality industry.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the impact of sales promotion and service quality on purchasing decisions for Emina products in Lazada e-commerce, either partially or simultaneously. The study's approach makes use of a quantitative method. The sample is 96 respondents to Emina users who shop at Lazada e-commerce. The non-probability sampling method was taken by distributing questionnaires to the population in Tangerang City. Records were analyzed using SPSS version 26 software program. The studies resulted in sales promotion having an advantageous and giant impact on purchasing decisions on Emina products in Lazada e-commerce, service quality having a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions on Emina products in Lazada e-commerce, as well as sales promotion and service quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions on Emina products in Lazada e-commerce, sales promotion has a more have an impact on than service quality on purchasing decisions. Test the studies model of 49.3%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of green brand trust and electronic word of mouth on purchasing decisions of Gen Z consumers on McDonald go green products, either partially or simultaneously. The approach used in this research is causal research. The sample consisted of 140 Gen Z respondents in the Karang Tengah Region, Tangerang City, Banten Province. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data collection method was carried out using a questionnaire instrument with a Likert Summated Rating (LSR). The data analysis method was processed using SPSS Version 27. The results showed that green brand trust and electronic word of mouth had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions of Gen Z consumers for McDonalds go green products, both partially and simultaneously. The effect of the electronic word of the mouth variable is higher than the green brand trust variable on the purchase decision of Gen Z consumers on McDonalds go green products. Suggestions for realizing management for McDonalds marketers to increase information about McDonalds products that have gone green by holding events involving generation Z consumers in Karang Tengah, Tangerang City
