Abstract

Desa Wisata Pulau Harapan yang terletak di kawasan Taman Nasional Kepulauan Seribu memiliki potensi besar dalam pengembangan wisata bahari berbasis ekowisata. Namun, desa ini mengalami stagnasi perkembangan pariwisata yang disebabkan oleh kurangnya inovasi dalam penyusunan paket wisata, minimnya pemanfaatan kearifan lokal, serta rendahnya kapasitas manajerial pelaku wisata setempat. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis) melalui pendampingan penyusunan paket wisata eco-tainment berbasis kearifan lokal. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan manajerial POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling), dengan kegiatan utama berupa pelatihan, simulasi, dan evaluasi partisipatif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap penyusunan paket wisata dari skor rata-rata pre-test sebesar 38 menjadi 78 pada post-test. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya memberikan wawasan baru kepada Pokdarwis, tetapi juga menjadi sarana pemberdayaan masyarakat secara kolaboratif untuk menciptakan model wisata berkelanjutan yang unik dan berbasis lokal. Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that hit the world at the beginning of 2020 has dealt a heavy impact on tourism activities globally, including the limitation of tourism events such as festivals or exhibitions. An adaptation step in organizing events by implementing added health and CHSE protocols create different visitor experience. This research then aims to examine the quality of the visitor experience at the Jakarta Biennale 2021 event as the first major art exhibition event to be held offline with the CHSE protocol. The quality of the visitor experience is reviewed in 7 qualitative descriptive dimensions of memorable tourism experiences, then the analysis is carried out using gap analysis. The findings show that the implementation of the CHSE protocol resulted in gaps in two dimensions of visitor experience (which are involvement and refreshment), but in general, does not reduce the quality of the visitor experience at the Jakarta Biennale event. As an implication, the implementation of the CHSE protocol can be continued and applied in the organizing of other events with some improvement. Abstract

Harapan Island, located in the Thousand Islands National Park, has great potential to be developed as a conservation-based ecotourism and incentive travel destination. However, the management of planned tour packages is still limited. Community service activities were carried out in October–November 2025 to improve the ability of local communities to develop sustainable incentive travel tour packages. The method used was experiential learning through training and mentoring for 25 participants consisting of members of POKDARWIS, homestay owners, MSME actors, and local communities. The training was held on 21 November 2025 in the Multipurpose Room of the Pulau Harapan Village Office. The material covered the concepts of incentive travel, the principles of sustainable tourism, the role of the local community, and basic English communication for tourism. Evaluation through pre-tests and post-tests showed an increase in participants' understanding from 55% to 100%. This activity helped the community develop tourism products that support conservation, sustainability, and local economic improvement, so that Pulau Harapan has the potential to become a leading incentive travel destination.
