Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah (a) untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial antara variabel motivasi kerja , variabel disiplin kerja dan variabel kinerja karyawan pada PT. Concord Industri Karawang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan bersifat penjelasan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jumlah populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 200 karyawan dengan sampel 50 karyawan . Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dan diolah dengan program SPSS 22.00 for windows. (b) untuk menguji hasil dari hipotesis nilai Sig. F ≤ α = 0,05 (0,000 ≤ 0,05) yang artinya bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan secara simultan dari variabel motivasi kerja dan Disiplin kerja terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan dan diketahui nilai Sig.t ≤ α = 0,05 (0,001 ≤ 0,05) untuk motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dan nilai Sig.t ≤ α = 0,05 (0,000 ≤ 0,05) untuk disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan yang artinya menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan secara parsial dari variabel motivasi kerja karyawan dan disiplin kerja karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Motivasi Kerja , Disiplin Kerja , Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rasio keuangan terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2012-2017 baik pengaruh secara parsial maupun simultan. Rasio keuangan yang penulis gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah return on equity (ROE) dan earning per share (EPS). Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur subsektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2012-2017. Dalam penelitian ini sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 11 perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukan bahwa secara bersama-sama return on equity dan earning per share signifikan terhadap harga saham, dengan nilai determinasi 38,31%. Uji parsial menunjukan bahwa variabel return on equity dan earning per share mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi atas masalah yang dihadapi mitra dalam mempromosikan produk kerajinan batok buah berenuk dengan penggunaan media sosial. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode penelitian tindakan yang dilaksanakan pada bulan April sampai dengan Oktober 2021 di tempat produksi kerajinan batok buah berenuk, Dusun Sumedangan Desa Purwadana Kecamatan Telukjambe Timur Kabupaten Karawang. Penelitian dilakukan melalui tahapan diagnosis permasalahan, perencanaan tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan, evaluasi dan tahap refleksi. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara observasi, wawancara serta analisis dokumen. Analisis data melalui tahap reduksi data, display data dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil dari penelitian adalah masyarakat memiliki keinginan, kebutuhan dan selera yang berbeda beda, namun sebagian besar masyarakat cenderumg memiliki minat pada produk kerajinan yang memiliki nilai guna tinggi, desain modern, unik, awet dan memiliki kekhasan daerah Indonesia. Produk kerajinan batok buah berenuk memiliki peluang untuk dikembangkan menjadi usaha kerajinan khas daerah Karawang. Produk kerajinan batok buah berenuk belum memiliki pesaing dalam pasar online, sehingga memiliki peluang untuk dipromosikan dan dipasarkan melalui media sosial. Kata Kunci: kaji tindak, pemasaran, kerajinan batok buah berenuk. This study aims to provide solutions to problems faced by partners in promoting calabash shell craft products using social media. The study used a qualitative approach and action research methods which were carried out from April to October 2021 at the calabash craft production site, Sumedangan Hamlet, Purwadana Village, Telukjambe Timur District, Karawang Regency. The research was conducted through the stages of problem diagnosis, action planning, action implementation, evaluation and reflection stages. Data were collected by observation, interviews and document analysis. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman model which was data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions/verification. The result of the research is that people have different desires, needs and tastes, but most people tend to have an interest in handicraft products that have high use value, modern designs, unique, durable and have the peculiarities of the Indonesian region. Calabash shell craft products have the opportunity to be developed into a craft business typical of the Karawang area. Calabash shell craft products do not yet have competitors in the online market, so they have the opportunity to be promoted and marketed through social media. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the influence of job satisfaction, work motivation to employee performance. Using by simple random sampling method 40 respondents from taken 160 employees population. Explanatory research use SPSS 20, the data used is primary and secondary data, . The analysis showed that: the relationships among the exogenous variables of job satisfaction and work motivation has a direct influence on the endogenous variable employee performance. Therefore, it is still necessary to improve the performance of an increase in motivation, job satisfaction to employees by providing stimuli. Keyword: Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction, and Employee Performance. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan . Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode simple random sampling 40 orang responden dari populasi yang berjumlah 160 orang karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS 20, data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan sekunder, Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa : variabel eksogen kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja terdapat pengaruh terhadap variabel endogen kinerja karyawan. Oleh karena itu untuk meningkatkan kinerja masih diperlukan adanya peningkatan motivasi, kepuasan kerja dengan memberikan stimuli kepada karyawan. Abstract

Purpose: To analyze the influence of the work environment on job satisfaction with motivation as mediation at BKPSDM Karawang. Research Methodology: Descriptive quantitative verification, saturated sample of 53 employees, multiple linear regression using SPSS v.25.. Results: 1) Good work environment, 2) Good work motivation, 3) Good job satisfaction, 4) Partial influence of work environment on job satisfaction, 5) Partial influence of work motivation on job satisfaction, 6) Simultaneous influence of work environment and work motivation on job satisfaction.. Limitations: The study was conducted only at BKPSDM Karawang. Contribution: This study can be useful for organizations in the public sector to understand the influence of work environment and motivation on job satisfaction.

Abstract

Purpose: To analyze the influence of recruitment, selection, and work placement on employee performance at PT. State Savings Bank (Persero) Tbk. Karawang Branch Office. Research Methodology: Quantitative verification method, population of 100 people with a sample of 80 employees, multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25. Results: Recruitment, selection, and job placement have a partial and simultaneous influence on employee performance. Job placement has the most dominant influence on employee performance. Limitations: The study was conducted at a single branch office of the bank. Contribution: The findings can be useful for human resource management practices in the banking industry.

Abstract

Purpose: To analyze the influence of workload and work stress on employee performance at PT. Concord Industrial Karawang, a company located in Karawang, known as the "City of Industry" and a hub for global companies like GlobalTech Solutions Research Methodology: This study employed a quantitative descriptive verification method. The population consisted of 110 employees, with participants selected using random sampling. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression through SPSS v.25 software. Results: The results of this study show a partial effect on the workload variable which has a significant effect on employee performance variables. There is a partial effect on the work stress variable which has a significant effect on employee performance. There is a simultaneous effect of workload and work stress together which have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Concord Industri Karawang. Limitations: The study was confined to PT. Concord Industrial Karawang and may not be generalizable to other industries or regions. The research also focused solely on workload and work stress as factors affecting employee performance, potentially overlooking other influential variables. Contribution: This research provides valuable insights into the relationships between workload, work stress, and employee performance in an industrial setting. The findings can inform management strategies to optimize employee performance by addressing workload and stress factors in similar industrial environments.

Abstract

Purpose: To analyze the effect of training and career development on employee performance at BKPSDM Karawang Research Methodology: This study employed a quantitative descriptive verification method. The population consisted of 53 employees, with all employees included using saturated sampling. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression through SPSS v.25 software. Results: The results of this study show that there is a partial influence on the training variable which has a significant effect on the employee performance variable. There is a partial influence on the career development variable which has a significant effect on employee performance. There is a simultaneous influence of training and career development which together have a positive and significant effect on the performance of BKPSDM Karawang employees. Contribution: This research provides valuable insights into the relationships between training, career development, and employee performance in a local government office setting. The findings can inform management strategies to optimize employee performance by focusing on training programs and career development initiatives in similar public sector environments.

Abstract

Purpose of the study — This research aims to determine and analyze the effects of job rotation and job promotions on employee performance at BPJS Employment Karawang. Research method— The study employs qualitative descriptive methods, utilizing interviews and observations. A total of 3 respondents were involved in the research. Result— The findings indicate that: 1) job rotation is conducted according to management needs, typically lasting between 2 to 5 years; 2) promotions are based on assessments, and those who pass are elevated to higher positions; 3) employee performance improves after job rotation and promotions, measured by Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), which are considered effective in providing enriching experiences and minimizing personal conflict. Conclusion— Job rotation and promotions contribute positively to enhancing employee performance at BPJS Employment Karawang.

Abstract

Purpose of the study — This research aims to examine the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on the character formation of Karang Taruna members in Cilamaya Village. Research method— The study was conducted at the Cilamaya Village Youth Organization in Cilamaya Wetan District, Karawang Regency, involving 52 members. A quantitative descriptive and verification method was employed, utilizing SPSS 25 for analysis. Result— The findings indicate that organizational culture (X1) does not have a significant influence on character formation, with a significance value of 0.409 (> 0.05) and a t count of 0.832 (< 1.676). Conversely, organizational commitment shows a very significant influence on character formation, with a significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05) and a t count of 5.615 (> t table 1.676). Moreover, when assessed simultaneously, both organizational culture and organizational commitment significantly influence character formation, with a significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05) and an F count of 45.742 (> F table 4.04) Conclusion— It is suggested that through training or workshops, the character formation of Karang Taruna members in Cilamaya Village can be further improved.
