Abstract

Ketatnya kompetisi yang terjadi dalam dunia konstruksi memaksa beberapa pelaku konstruksi melakukan inovasi terhadap beberapa konponen struktur, salah satunya adalah melakukan pemilihan sistem struktur pelat yang tepat nantinya berpengaruh terhadap efisiensi biaya, mutu dan waktu pelaksanaan proyek gedung bertingkat banyak karena pelat biasanya merupakan komponen struktur yang sangat signifikan dalam volume suatu bangunan dalam hal ini proyek rumah susun dan apartemen. Untuk itu penerapan Value Engineering atau Rekayasa Nilai merupakan pilihan yang paling tepat. Penerapan Rekayasa Nilai pada tahap perencanaan, desain dan pelaksanaan konstruksi akan diperoleh keseimbangan fungsional antara biaya, kehandalan dan performa dari suatu proyek atau produk. Oleh karena itu, penerapan Rekayasa Nilai pada Sistem Struktur Pelat Lantai Beton merupakan sesuatu yang cukup efektif dalam menentukan sistem pelat lantai yang akan dipakai, karena dengan membandingkan beberapa sistem struktur pelat lantai beton yang sering digunakan pada proyek gedung berlantai banyak maka akan didapat biaya pelat yang paling efisien dalam proyek tersebut. Pada proyek gedung bertingkat banyak Greenpark Residence yang merupakan proyek rusunami di Jakarta dalam penerapan rekayasa nilai dilakukan untuk konstruksi pelat lantai beton bertulang sehingga didapatkan pemilihan konstruksi pelat lantai beton yang tepat dan efisien sehingga dapat menekan biaya konstruksi pembangunan sesuai dengan harapan owner selaku pemilik proyek dan penggagas dari penerapan rekayasa nilai di proyek ini. Melakukan percepatan lebih besar jika dibandingkan dengan keuntungan yang didapat

Abstract

Kecelakaan lalu lintas di Kota Bandung mengakibatkan jumlah korban fatalitas kecelakaan sepeda motor meningkat. Jumlah korban fatalitas dapat menimbulkan besaran biaya korban kecelakaan lalu lintas. Metode perhitungan yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metoda the gross output (gross output metode). Metoda ini dapat dilihat pada peraturan yang dikeluarkan pemerintah pada tahun 2005. Metode ini diasumsikan dapat menghitung nilai dari seluruh sumber daya yang hilang dari semua pihak akibat kecelakaan. Metode yang digunakan untuk menghitung biaya korban kecelakaan dilakukan melalui kategori korban kecelakaan. Kesimpulan  yang  dapat  diambil  dari  pembahasan dalam paper ini adalah jumlah besaran biaya korban kecelakaan yang ditimbulkan dari kecelakaan lalu lintas mengalami peningkatan pada tahun 2013 sampai tahun 2014 sedangkan sebaliknya pada tahun 2015 sampai dengan tahun 2016. Peningkatan besaran biaya korban kecelakaan terbesar pada tahun 2017. Jumlah korban meninggal dunia yang besar dapat menyebabkan peningkatan biaya kecelakaan lalu lintas.

Abstract

Toll roads are transportation infrastructure that has a very important role in supporting economic, social, and cultural growth. With the passage of time, toll roads will due to an decrease in conditions such as damage to road pavements, so road maintenance is needed. In toll road maintenance, in the use of heavy equipment is very necessary with the aim of facilitating work in the location. However, if its use is not done wisely, it will experience losses in terms of costs and time, such as not reach the targets or schedules that have been planned, then rental costs and heavy equipment maintenance costs that swell. In order not to experience losses in the use of heavy equipment in a construction project, it is necessary to manage management in the use of heavy equipment by optimizing costs and time so that the use of heavy equipment worth efficiently, and on time as planned.

Abstract

Project management is an activity which consists of planning, leading, organizing, and controlling the company's organizational resources to achieve predetermined organizational goals within a certain period of time with certain resources. Case study on the Project for the Construction of a New Classroom Building (RKB) for the State Madrasah Aliyah (MAN) Kab. Karawang which is located Karawang, West Java 41314. Analyzing the project using the concept of Earned Value Analysis which is focused on the implementation of the Project for the Construction of a New Classroom Building (RKB) of the State Madrasah Aliyah (MAN) Kab. Karawang. Knowing and adding insight about cost and time control on a project by applying Earned Value Analysis. The work completion time is in accordance with the work plan so that the work can be completed according to schedule.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the need to observe and analyze the efficiency of using heavy equipment in the retention pond construction project in the Sirnaraga area. The purpose of this study was to determine the production capacity of heavy equipment used, the efficiency factor of heavy equipment and to analyze the effect of the efficiency factor on the production capacity of heavy equipment. The method used in this research is descriptive analytic method which focuses on solving actual problems, where the data collected, compiled, explained and analyzed. The results showed that the production capacity of heavy equipment for excavators was 52.14 m3/hour, dump truck was 11.60 m3/hour, stamper was 540.00 m3/hour, vibrator concrete was 750 m3/hour, portable concrete mixer pump was 83 m3/hour, and hydraulic truck crane of 10.384 tons/hour; efficiency factor of heavy equipment for excavator is 0.83 (good operating condition), dump truck is 0.80 (medium), stamper is 0.81 (good), vibrator concrete is 0.83 (good), portable concrete mixer pump is 0.83 (good), and hydraulic truck crane 0.83 (good); The greater the production capacity of each unit of heavy equipment, the higher the efficiency factor of the heavy equipment obtained with good operating conditions. Vice versa, if the production capacity is small, the efficiency factor value of the heavy equipment used will also be small.

Abstract

This The background of this research is based on the implementation of building construction where there is often a discrepancy between the planned schedule and the realization in the field which can result in an increase in implementation time and an increase in implementation costs so that project completion is hampered. In this case requires implementation management in accordance with the current situation and conditions. There are several methods that can be used to prevent delays in the implementation of development, one of which is the Time Cost Trade Off method or also known as the cost-to-time exchange method. Time Cost Trade Off is a method used to speed up project implementation time by testing all activities in a project. The construction of the Paramarta Heart Hospital is on Jalan Soekarno Hatta No. 581 London. The project is handled by PT. GIAN GHEANA GAVIN ABADI. The purpose of this research is to find out how much the time cost trade off method reduces after the Time Cost Trade Off method is applied and to find out how much cost is needed after the time cost trade off method is applied. Based on the results of the analysis of the completion of the Hospital Building Construction Project. The heart of Paramarta before acceleration takes 273 days, but after acceleration it takes 220 days. The cost required before acceleration is Rp. 33,604,992,000.00, but after acceleration, a fee of Rp. 29,440,707,778.00.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze: The influence of capital structure and company growth on profitability and its implications for company value in a study of construction companies listed on the Stock Exchange for the 2019-2022 period, both simultaneously and partially. The research method used in this research is the nature of this data is time series data, namely from 2019 to 2022. The data used in this research are monthly index numbers from December 2019 to December 2022. The type of investigation is causality, and The time horizon in this study is cross-sectional. Based on the research results, it was found that capital structure has a positive and significant effect on profitability in construction Companies on the IDX in 2019-2022; company growth has a positive and significant effect on profitability in construction Companies on the IDX in 2019-2022; Capital structure has a positive and significant effect on company value in construction Companies on the IDX in 2019-2022; company growth has a positive and significant effect on company value in construction Companies on the IDX in 2019-2022; positive and significant influence on company value construction Companies on the IDX in 2019-2022. Capital Structure and Company Growth simultaneously influence profitability and its impact on company value in construction Companies listed on the IDX in 2019-2022. Abstract

Construction companies in carrying out their activities require management information systems and technology in decision-making. The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the impact of information technology, knowledge management, and internal control on the quality of management information systems, which implies the effectiveness of decision-making for construction companies in West Java, both simultaneously and partially. This study employs a quantitative, cross-sectional research method. The research population is 1160 construction companies in West Java, with a sample of 150 construction companies in West Java consisting of 3 observation units, namely project managers, site engineers, and site managers. The research findings reveal that information technology not only supports but also significantly enhances the quality of management information systems. Furthermore, knowledge management directly influences the improvement of a good quality management information system, which means that knowledge management has a direct and significant positive impact on the quality management information system. Information technology, knowledge management, and internal control can enhance effective decision-making through quality management information systems.

Abstract

Consultant as a service provider konstrukusi in order to realize its goal to ensure public safety and create a comfort environment of the construction need to organize a system of internal governance of the company. Governance is translated into the stages of the stages in the implementation of Construction Services. Soft Systems Methodology is the methodology suitable to assist the consultant planner. This methodology can explain their purpose and then designing the system of human activity to achieve these goals. The stages that exist in the methodology of SSM consists of 7 stages that starts from the verification problem situation that is not structured through the design of the system of human activity which are expected to help improve the situation. Think the system is a field transdisiplin that appears as a response to the limitations of a technical approach in the process of reduction to solve a certain problem which in this case is attempted to be applied through the SSM as a method in the application of the online management system (OMS) consultant planner construction. Using the approach of Soft Systems Methodology, manufacturing management system online (CSO) will more fully describe the problems that occurred previously.
