Abstract

Employees are human resources that are very important for the company because they have the mind, mind, talent, creativity, and energy needed to do all the work given by the company to achieve company goals. The better the performance of individuals within a company, the better the performance of the company, and vice versa, the lower the performance of individual employees will reduce the performance of the company. The research aims to examine and analyze the effect of leadership style and work environment on work motivation and performance at PT. Nuansa Citramandiri both simultaneously and partially. The analytical method used in this research is path analysis schematic diagram of the two sub-structures so that the research is descriptive and verificative, namely collecting, presenting, analyzing and testing hypotheses to get conclusions and suggestions using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). The research was conducted at a consulting service company, PT. Nuansa Citramandiri with a research sample of 97 respondents. The research data were obtained from a 5-point ordinal scale questionnaire which was transformed into interval data. The results of the study are: 1) There is a partial influence of leadership style on employee motivation at PT. Nuansa Citramandiri; 2) There is a partial influence of the work environment on employee motivation at PT. Nuansa Citramandiri; 3) There is an influence of leadership style and work environment simultaneously on motivation at PT. Nuansa Citramandiri. 4) There is an influence of work motivation on performance at PT. Nuansa Citramandiri.

Abstract

Dengan banyak aktivitas dan kegiatan, kebutuhan akan ruang dan gedung menjadi permasalahan. Permasalahan timbul dari kurangnya ruang dan gedung yang akan digunakan, hal ini yang menjadikan gap dalam penelitian ini. Kebutuhan mendesak ruang dan gedung seringkali menjadikan gedung yang ada dan tidak terpakai sebagai jawaban dari permasalahan tersebut. Untuk tetap menjaga gedung sesuai dengan tujuan pemeliharaan Gedung yaitu selalu laik fungsi. Pengujian struktur merupakan salah satu metode kuantitatif yang dilakukan untuk melihat keandalan gedung tersebut. Sederetan pengujian dan pemeriksaan dilakukan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk untuk memeriksa secara visual terhadap bangunan, memeriksa bar screening, pengujian secara NDT, dan untuk menguji secara destructive. Lokasi yang dilakukan pengujian adalah salah satu bangunan Gedung yang ada di kota Batam. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian struktur yang telah dilakukan didapatkan hasil terdapatnya retakan pada dinding bangunan, terdapatnya rata-rata mutu permukaan beton dengan jyalitas cukup, terdapatnya selimut beton yang memenuhi persyaratan, untuk pengujian khusus struktur dilakukan pemodelan ulang perkuatannya menggunakan program software. Perbaikan yang direkomendasikan untuk perbaikan retak dengan metode penambalan (patching), pembongkaran akibat penurunan tanah dan perbaikan atau perkuatan kolom lantai dengan fiber reinforced polymer (FRP).

Abstract

Pertumbuhan ekonomi dapat meningkatkan sektor dibidang pariwisata, salah satu lokasi pariwisata yang akan dikembangkan berada dikabupaten cianjur. Lokasi pariwisata perlu direncanakan untuk mendukung daya tarik wisatawan terhadap fasilitas yang tersedia. Perlu adanya infrastruktur yang memadai untuk menjamin keberlangsungan lokasi pariwisata, yang dapat diakses oleh semua moda dan tempat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menentukan komposisi konstruksi perkerasan jalan yang digunakan sebagai infrastruktur lokasi wisata. Metode yang digunakan dengan menggunakan metode analisis komponen berdasrkan SKBI. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian didapatkan komposisi struktur perkerasan yang didapat adalah perekrasan aspal setebal 6cm, lapisan baru pecah kelas B dengan CBR> setebal 30 cm, sirtu kelas B dengan 23 cm

Abstract

Development is very beneficial for human life, but it does not escape losses both material losses and casualties if it is not built properly. One of them is the collapse of the Kutai Kartanegara Bridge which caused people to die and be injured. Building failure is one of the consequences that can endanger public safety and state losses. The failure of this building is explicitly regulated in Law Number 2 of 2017 concerning Construction Services starting from Article 60 to Article 67. In addition, building failure is regulated in Government Regulation Number 29 of 2000 concerning the Implementation of Construction Services, namely in Chapter V Articles 34 to Article 48. Criminal liability under the Construction Services Law can only be imposed on individuals who directly carry out construction work and not on construction service providers in the form of corporations because to fund the corporation requires clarity to whom sanctions will be imposed. Based on the results of the analysis that based on the theory of criminal liability, with the shift of legal subjects from fysieke dader to functionale dader, corporations can be held accountable. This is also supported by theories and doctrines about corporate responsibility. With the birth of Supreme Court Regulation Number 13 of 2016 concerning Procedures for Handling Criminal Cases by Corporations, where this is intended as an effort to provide legal certainty and encourage the effectiveness and optimization of procedural law in handling criminal cases with corporate actors and / or corporate administrators.

Abstract

Aggregate is the primary component of concrete, comprising 60–75% of its total volume; thus, its quality greatly influences the final performance of the concrete. Technical standards such as SNI 03-2834-2000 and ASTM C33/C33M recommend that aggregates be free from impurities such as silt and clay to ensure proper bonding and long-term durability. However, in small- to medium-scale construction, unwashed aggregates are still commonly used due to economic and logistical constraints. This study aims to evaluate the effect of aggregate cleanliness on compressive strength and explore its practical implications for low-rise residential buildings. The research was conducted through a laboratory experiment using two aggregate conditions (washed and unwashed), a mix ratio of 1:2:3, and compressive strength testing at 7, 14, and 28 days. The results indicate that concrete made with unwashed aggregates exhibited consistently higher compressive strength (by 0.9–1.1 MPa) compared to concrete with washed aggregates. This is likely due to a filler effect from fine particles that enhance the concrete’s density. However, high silt content may still compromise long-term durability. The findings suggest that locally sourced, unwashed aggregates could serve as an alternative for structural concrete in low-rise housing, provided proper quality control and technical validation are implemented.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengusulkan rancangan prototipe gedung pemadam kebakaran (Damkar) tingkat kelurahan di Jakarta sebagai solusi terhadap tantangan operasional Damkar di wilayah urban dan sub-urban. Latar belakangnya adalah tingginya intensitas kebakaran, distribusi pos Damkar yang belum merata, serta belum adanya standar desain gedung Damkar skala kecil yang adaptif terhadap kebutuhan lokal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif-analitis dan komparatif, dengan metode observasi lapangan, studi pustaka, wawancara, serta analisis spasial berbasis data sebaran kebakaran, aksesibilitas, dan karakteristik lingkungan.Rancangan mengadopsi teori Container Activity untuk efisiensi zonasi ruang dan meningkatkan waktu respons. Hasil rancangan mengintegrasikan tiga fungsi utama: (1) operasional – dengan hubungan langsung ruang siaga, garasi, dan jalur keluar kendaraan; (2) edukatif – melalui ruang pelatihan dan simulasi kebakaran bagi masyarakat; dan (3) fleksibilitas – berupa ruang multifungsi yang bisa disesuaikan untuk kebutuhan darurat. Tapak rancangan berada di Kelurahan Mangga Besar, Jakarta Barat, yang dipilih berdasarkan kepadatan penduduk dan keterbatasan akses Damkar.Kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa desain prototipe ini mampu meningkatkan efisiensi layanan Damkar sekaligus berfungsi sebagai pusat edukasi kebakaran di tingkat komunitas. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap penyusunan standar desain Damkar skala lokal yang adaptif, efisien, dan kontekstual, serta mendorong pembaruan kebijakan tata ruang dan mitigasi bencana perkotaan.
