Abstract

This study is to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance. The object of this research is PT ASS, located in Central Jakarta. The entire population numbered 43 people and the number of samples used as respondents in this study was 43 people, the way to distribute questionnaires was using the Simple Random Sampling technique. The research instrument used as a measuring instrument in the form of a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results of the questionnaire answers are then processed using SPSS 23 Software, the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests. The results of this study indicate partially compensation variables on employee performance and influence partially with work environment variables and influence on employee performance, this will be evidenced by the results of the partial significance test (t-test).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the factors which affect on purchase decision of fake (non-genuine) Nike sports shoes. Data analysis generally confirms the structural relationship of all variables, namely price and country of origin on brand image and its impact on purchase decision for fake (non-genuine) Nike shoes. This research was conducted on Gold's Gym consumers in the city area of ??West Jakarta with a sample size of 130 respondents. The data analysis method used in this study is the Component or Variance Based Structural Equation Model where the data processing used Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) version 3.2.9. The results show that all hypotheses can be accepted, except for the third hypothesis, which indicates that the country of origin does not effect on purchase decision.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjadi sebuah solusi kepada objek wisata lain berdasarkan faktor memorable tourism experiences yang dapat mempengaruhi keinginan wisatawan untuk berkunjung kembali ke destinasi wisata. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian penjelasan (explanatory research) dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Sampel sebanyak 160 responden yang merupakan wisatawan yang minimal 1 (satu) kali dalam 1 (satu) tahun terakhir pernah mengunjungi Bali sebagai pilihan destinasi wisatanya yang berdomisili di Jakarta. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan metode angket dimana responden menjawab pertanyaan yang disusun dalam bentuk pilihan dan skala pertanyaan menggunakan skala likert. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, dan alat analisisnya adalah SEM atau structural equation modeling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel destination image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap revisit intention, memorable tourism experiences berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap destination image, memorable tourism experiences berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap revisit intention, memorable tourism experiences berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Satisfaction, Satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap revisit intention. Hal ini memiliki implikasi yang signifikan bagi industri pariwisata di Indonesia, khususnya destinasi lain yang ingin meningkatkan kunjungan ulang. Strategi pengelolaan destinasi sebaiknya difokuskan pada meningkatkan kualitas pengalaman wisata dengan mempertimbangkan elemen-elemen yang telah teridentifikasi sebagai penentu utama pengalaman yang berkesan. Dalam hal ini, pelatihan bagi pelaku industri pariwisata dan penduduk lokal untuk meningkatkan layanan dan interaksi yang ramah, serta pengembangan program-program unik yang menarik bagi wisatawan dapat menjadi langkah yang efektif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Yayasan pengembangan potensi sumber daya pertahanan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional, kompetensi dan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan yayasan pengembangan potensi sumber daya pertahanan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 86 orang, teknik pengambilan sampel nya menggunakan metode sampling jenuh yaitu sebanyak 86 orang. sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan interview, metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif, Alat uji analisis yang digunakan adalah SmartPLS v.3.0. dengan metode analisis SEM (Structural EquationModeling). Berdasarkan Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan

Abstract

The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education, particularly for teacher professional development, has gained attention in recent years. However, its application in assessing lecturer performance and fostering growth remains underexplored, especially in developing countries like Indonesia. This study aimed to investigate how AI can enhance lecturer performance assessment and support personalized professional development, with a specific focus on higher education level. An exploratory case study design was employed, involving 15 lecturers teaching at several universities in Jakarta and two policymakers. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and focus group discussions, and analyzed using Miles and Huberman's qualitative data analysis methods. The findings revealed that AI tools, such as Socrative, Edthena, and Teacher Advisor with Watson, were effective in providing personalized feedback and performance assessments, which led to improved lecturer knowledge and classroom effectiveness. However, challenges such as resistance to change, inadequate infrastructure, and data privacy concerns were identified as significant barriers to AI adoption. The study concludes that AI has great potential to enhance teacher development but requires systemic support, including infrastructure, training, and clear data management policies. The findings suggest that AI can significantly improve teaching practices if integrated thoughtfully and equitably across educational institutions. These insights contribute to the growing discourse on digital transformation in education by offering practical implications for policymakers and institutions aiming to leverage AI for faculty development.

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal, motivasi kerja, dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. EM Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu metode kuantitatif, dengan populasi 55 orang karyawan dari departemen produksi audio PT. EM Indonesia dan sampel 55 orang dengan menggunakan metode sampel jenuh yaitu seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan kuesioner, dan menganalisis data dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda, serta alat analisis data menggunakan software SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial komunikasi interpersonal berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dan juga secara simultan hasil penelitian menunjukkan komunikasi interpersonal, motivasi kerja, dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

The shift toward hybrid work systems following the pandemic has introduced new challenges in human resource management, particularly concerning employee job satisfaction. This study aims to examine the influence of physical work environment, psychological work environment, work-life balance, and internal communication on employee job satisfaction. A quantitative research approach was used through a survey of 200 employees working in hybrid settings. The research instrument consisted of a Likert-scale questionnaire, and data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS. The results indicate that all four independent variables have a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction, with the psychological work environment having the strongest effect. These findings highlight the importance of creating physically and psychologically supportive work environments, maintaining work-life balance, and fostering effective internal communication to enhance job satisfaction in hybrid work contexts.

Abstract

This study aims to give consideration to MSME players to adopt E-wallet as a payment system that has an impact on increasing turnover. This research was conducted on consumers who use E-wallets, so as to provide an overview of what consumers want so that they want to shop and use E-wallets in their transactions. The type of research used is explanatory research with descriptive and quantitative approaches. A sample of 145 respondents who are e-wallet users in Jakarta. Data collection was carried out using the questionnaire method where respondents answered questions arranged in the form of choices and question scales using Likert scales. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis and structural model analysis using SmartPLS 3.3 software tools. The results showed that the ease of use variable had a positive and significant effect on the intention to adopt e-wallet, perceived risk had a positive and significant effect on the intention to adopt e-wallet, promotion did not affect the intention to adopt e-wallet, trust did not affect the intention to adopt e-wallet.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja dan stress kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Home Stay di pulau Tidung. Desain Penelitian menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif kausal untuk mengetahui pengaruh variable bebas terhadap variable terikat. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah karyawan Home Stay di Pulau Tidung yang berjumlah 60 orang dan sampel sebanyak 60 menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner yang disebarkan kepada responden dan alat pengolahan data menggunakan software SEM PLS untuk menguji outer model, inner model dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja dan stress kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Home Stay di Pulau Tidung.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is a description of an employee's feelings of pleasure and displeasure with the work he does, by identifying the results of the work that has been done, supervisor recognition of the work that has been done, compensation, self-development, supervision of superiors and the relationship of the employee's emotional state that occurs or does not occur the meeting point between the value of the employee's work and the company or organization with the level of return value that the employee concerned really wants. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Career Development, Competence and Job Conflict on Job Satisfaction (Case Study at Wisma Lampung Jakarta Service Unit). The research design uses a causal quantitative method, namely knowing the effect between the variables studied. The data collection tool uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability which is distributed via googleform. The population studied in this study were 50 people, using saturated sampling techniques. Data analysis was carried out using Smart-PLS (Partial Least Square) through outer model testing, inner model and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the career development variable had an effect on job satisfaction, the competency variable had an effect on job satisfaction and work conflict had an effect on job satisfaction in the Wisma Lampung Jakarta Service Unit.
