Abstract

This study aims to produce a wrestling model of arm-throwing skills. Research on the development of an arm-throwing skill model for novice athletes using the Research & Development method from Borg and Gall. The subjects in this development research involved 30 athletes in PPLP wrestling, Pengprov PGSI and Platinum Wrestling Club. This study resulted in 12 arm-throwing model skills and firstly the model skills were validated by a validation team consisting of coaches and wrestling sports experts. Based on the results of a small group test involving 8 athletes from 1 club, it shows that of the 20 variations developed, 12 of them are eligible to be tested on a wider sample. The results of the large group test conducted by researchers involved 30 people from the PPLP and the Plaitnum Wrestling Club. Based on the results of the study, 12 models of arm skills skills can be used after evaluation by the validator team, the results of the small group test and the large group test results are declared feasible and valid to be used as a model in wrestling arm throwing exercise so that it can improve multilateral motion in athletes. young people serve and also exercise more effectively and efficiently so as to increase the interest and motivation of regional athletes in participating in wrestling exercises, especially arm throwing techniques.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the training model using Volleyball smash skills for novice athletes. The method used is Research &Development with mixed methods research approach that combines qualitative and quantitative methods. The number of samples as many as 40 respondents. The steps of this study include: 1) preliminary study stage; 2) the planning stage of model development; and 3) the stage of validation, evaluation and revision of the model. Furthermore, conduct the following effectiveness tests: (1) Establish the research subject group (R); (2) Carrying out a pre-test of smash capability (Q1); (3) Give treatment to the research subjects by applying a training model smash volleyball in noviceathletes (P); (4) Carrying out post-test smash capability volleyball (Q2); (5) Look for the average pre-test and post-test scores and compare between them; (6) Look for differences between the two averages through statistical methods (t-test) to determine whether or not there is a significant influence on the use of the model. The conclusion of this study resulted in the final product in the form of an exercise model and was very effective and efficient to improve theskill smash of novice athletes.

Abstract

This research and development was made on the needs of formal school teachers to make it easier to understand and implement the concept of effective experiental learning based learning for informal program design and formal classroom activities related to field experience packaged in the form of games, discussions, simulations and adventures, which are expected to have the impact of the implementation of experiential learning. students move between modes of action, reflection, feelings and thinking. This research design refers to the Research and Development model of ADDIE. Broadly speaking this research is made in 5 stages, namely: Model analysis, Model design, Model development, Model implementation, Model evaluation. The data insturment test collected in this study both at the stage of obtaining basic data and at the trial stage is qualitative data. Therefore the main instrument in this study is the self research. To complete the data and as part of triangulation conducted discussions with expert lecturers, teacher collaborators, outbound instructors and experiental learning activists who are not involved in the research by collecting data using interview guidelines on teachers, questionnaires, questionnaires and observation learning. From the data analysis proved outdoor education model based on experiental learning seems effective to shape the values of character education. Based on the results of research with a model of approach and cohesion in its implementation is very helpful to excite learning, participatory involvement of students, joy and cheerfulness which means the implementation of outdoor learning is not only in the concept, the integration must be really attempted to occur in the learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the difference between using the Teaching Games for Understanding (TGFU) learning strategy and differentiation learning strategies and motor educability on the learning outcomes of manipulative basic movements in students. The subjects in this study were fourth-grade students of the Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT) Global Insan Madani, Jatirangga, Jatisampurna, Bekasi City, West Java. This study used treatment by level 2 x 2. This study was conducted on 65 selected students. The data analysis technique used was the two-way variance analysis technique (Two-Way Anova) and continued with the Tukey test with a significance level of α = 0.05. The results of this study were (1). The learning outcomes of basic manipulative movements using the Teaching Games for Understanding (TGFU) learning strategy (A1) are higher than those using the differentiation learning strategy (A2); (2). There is an interaction between the learning strategy used (A) and motor educability (B) on the learning outcomes of students' basic manipulative movements; (3). The learning outcomes of basic manipulative movements using the Teaching Games for Understanding (TGFU) learning strategy with high motor educability (A1B1) are higher than using the differentiation learning strategy with high motor educability (A2B1) in grade IV students of SDIT Global Insan Madani; (4). The learning outcomes of basic manipulative movements using the Teaching Games for Understanding (TGFU) learning strategy with low motor educability (A1B2) are higher than using the differentiation learning strategy with low motor educability (A2B2) in grade IV students of SDIT Global Insan Madani.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a creative play-based learning model for badminton tailored for elementary school students, focusing on the analysis of the development process, feasibility, and effectiveness of the model. The research was conducted in educational institutions in East Jakarta and South Jakarta, involving 60 upper-grade elementary school students as participants, using a Research and Development (R&D) approach with the ADDIE model. 1) The developed model integrates basic badminton serve techniques with creative play concepts, designed to align with the characteristics of 10–12-year-old students. 2) The validation process resulted in 16 learning models with specific objectives, appropriate media, and detailed implementation steps. 3) Effectiveness testing using the pretest-posttest design demonstrated a significant improvement in badminton serve skills, with the experimental group’s average score increasing from 7.47 to 15.63 and an N-gain score of 0.78 (high category). A significance value of 0.000 indicates the model's effectiveness in enhancing badminton service skills while providing an interactive, enjoyable, and effective learning experience.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan semangat kerja guru, mendeskripsikan upaya kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan disiplin kerja guru, dan mendeskripsikan strategi yang dilakukan kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan etos kerja yang baik di SMP IT Al Asror Kecamatan Sekampung Kasus di KabupatenLampung Timur Provinsi Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah fenomenologi. Sumber data diambil melalui 4 orang sebagai informan. Prosedur pengumpulan data antara lain teknik wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah model Miles dan Huberman yaitu reduksi data, sajian data, penarikan kesimpulan/ verifikasi. Untuk menguji validitas yang digunakan yaitu dilakukan uji credibility dengan teknik triangulasi, uji transferability, dependability, dan confirmability. Hasil temuan penelitian di SMP IT Al Asror adalah: (1) Peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan etos kerja guru dalam membangun karakter siswa, lebih utama kepala sekolah memberikan motivasi dengan semangat niat yang tinggi untuk menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya sebagai pemimpin (2) Upaya yang dilakukan kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan Etos kerja adalah Menyusun program sekolah, visi, misi, dan tujuan serta melakukan evaluasi kinerja para guru dan karyawan, kehadiran tepat waktu, mempersiapkan pembelajaran sesuai RPP dan metode yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran PAIKEM (3) Strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan etos kerja guru adalah memberikan gaji yang sesuai, memberikan fasilitas yang nyaman, bersih dan disiplin di lingkungansekolah.Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah adanya peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan etos kerja guru dalam membangun karakter siswa sebagai motivator, edukator dan penggerak dalam memberikan semangat kerja yang tinggi dan sebagai pemimpin harus menciptakan kedisiplinan, kenyamanan, dan keamanan yang tinggi agar tetap terlaksananya kualitas kerja di lingkungan sekolah.

Abstract

This research aims to find the effectiveness of the Physical Education learning model through the Outdoor Adventure Education Program to improve physical fitness for high school students. The research design using a pre-experimental method in the form of a one group pretest-posttest design, two groups that are given a pretest and a posttest, the experimental group is given sixteen times treatment to determine the effect of the program on increasing students' physical fitness. 60 respondents divided into 30 experimental group respondents and 30 control group respondents. Physical fitness test instruments involve: (1) Hand Eye Coordination test, (2) Vertical Jump Test, (3) T-Test, (4) Hand Touch Reaction Test, (5) Dipping Test, and (5) Beep Test, the test based on Test guidelines Indonesian Student Fitness from the Ministry of Education and Culture. the results of the effectiveness test for the Experimental class were 67% in the quite effective interpretation category , the effectiveness test results for the control class were 21% in the less effective interpretation category. The test results for the difference in average physical fitness showed that the value was p = 0.000 < 0.05 . This study shows that there is a significant average difference between the experimental group and the control group.

Abstract

The research objectives are to design a web-based application that can help make the best employee selection report process easy and fast, design an application that can calculate normalization to determine criteria and weights according to the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) method, and design an application that can manage data -Alternative data needed for the selection of the best employees. The stages of data collection in this study consisted of 3 (three) stages namely; observation, interview, and literature study. UML (Unified Modeling Language) is used as an approach for modeling while the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is applied in the best employee assessment application. The results of this study can facilitate the selection of the best employees to be faster with accurate results by using the best employee selection application by implementing the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method using the PHP and MySQL programming languages.

Abstract

Dalam komunikasi bahasa, baik lisan maupun tulisan, terdapat tahapan kesopanan. Kesopanan dibutuhkan agar komunikasi bisa berlangsung dengan baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan tahapan kesopanan dan maksim kesopanan dalam percakapan. Deskripsi tersebut berkaitan dengan bentuk tahapan kesopanan serta maksim kesopanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik studi pustaka berasal dari sumber data yakni novel Kasambet karya Ahmad Bakri. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yakni kartu data digital. Teknik olah data yang digunakan yakni teknik analisis unsur langsung. Hasil penelitian menemukan dua tahapan kesopanan dalam novel ini yaitu tahapan kesopanan murni (65 tuturan) dan tahapan kesopanan campuran (55 tuturan). Dari tuturan yang dianalisis ditemukan enam maksim kesopanan, maksim terbanyak yakni maksim kebijaksanaan (26 tuturan), sedangkan maksim yang paling sedikit yakni maksim kedermawanan (08 tuturan) dan maksim kerendahan hati (08 tuturan). Sebagian lain yakni maksim pujian (21 tuturan), maksim kecocokan (20 tuturan), dan maksim kesimpatian (18 tuturan).
