Abstract

Advertising is an important part of marketing activities, with the ability ofadvertising to build the image of a product able to attract the attention ofpotential consumers. Television advertisements display women in images as sexobjects and decoy. Women as sex objects sre displayed in the form of women’sdomestic roles, while images as a decoy are displayed in the form of sexualexploitation to attract the attention of consumers.

Abstract

The presence of online media plays a role in providing information quickly during a disaster and after a disaster. Online media plays an important role in framing information that can educate audiences about disaster mitigation through the principles of disaster journalism. This type of research is qualitative research that is built based on framing analysis according to Zhongdang Pan and Gerald M. Kosicki. This qualitative research procedure produces descriptive data. Data collection is done by observation and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by analyzing Tribun Sulbar.com news according to Zhongdang Pan and Gerald M. Kosicki's framing model which consists of 4 structural devices, namely syntax, script, thematic and rhetorical, then conclusions are drawn from the data. The study results show that Tribun Sulbar.com has fulfilled the four framing structures of Zhongdang Pan and Gerald M. Kosicki: syntactic, script, thematic, and rhetorical devices. Tribun Sulbar.com highlights the government's efforts in post-earthquake recovery by taking only one point of view from the government. Tribun Sulbar.com has carried out the functions of the media, namely the function of information, education, and social control. The online media Tribun Sulbar.com carries out a mitigation and preventive role with the news it produces. The news narrative of Tribun Sulbar.com contains short paragraphs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis perbedaan peran advokat dalam perkara pidana di Peradilan Syariah Aceh dan Peradilan Umum di Indonesia. Sebagai satu-satunya provinsi yang menerapkan hukum Islam secara komprehensif, Aceh menggunakan Al-Qur'an dan Sunnah sebagai dasar hukum, sedangkan peradilan umum berpedoman pada hukum positif yang bersifat sekuler. Perbedaan ini memengaruhi peran advokat dalam aspek strategi pembelaan, etika profesi, serta penerapan dalil hukum. Dalam Peradilan Syariah Aceh, advokat tidak hanya bertugas sebagai pembela hukum, tetapi juga sebagai penjaga nilai-nilai agama dan moral, dengan keharusan memahami konsep hukum Islam seperti ta'zir, qisas, dan diyat. Sebaliknya, dalam peradilan umum, advokat berfokus pada hukum positif dengan tugas melindungi hak-hak klien berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip universal seperti keadilan dan hak asasi manusia. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi kepustakaan, mengacu pada perspektif yuridis dan sosiologis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan sumber hukum antara Peradilan Syariah Aceh dan Peradilan Umum berimplikasi pada prosedur peradilan, konsep hukuman, serta pendekatan advokat dalam menangani kasus. Studi ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman kompleksitas sistem peradilan di Indonesia dan relevansinya dalam menjaga harmoni antara nilai lokal dan universal.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the muha>das|ah method applied in Arabic language learning in MAN Surabaya City. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data was obtained from two sources, namely primary and secondary with documentation, observation and interview techniques, then validity tests and conclusions were drawn. The results of the study show that the learning curriculum at MAN Surabaya City can be said to have succeeded in producing people who are fluent in Arabic, judging from the books used. The researcher also found that the students were very enthusiastic in participating in muha>das|ah activities using dialogue memorization techniques. The students were very enthusiastic about practicing dialogue in front of the class. The students were happy when they performed with their colleagues who were practicing dialogue using Arabic. By repeating it many times by the teacher and then followed by the students so that students can memorize and get used to the pronunciation faster.
