This study aims to analyze the influence of regional financial factors consisting of independence and regional wealth on the performance of local governments in Indonesia. This study used secondary data from authorized government institutions with a final sample of 506 local governments which were analyzed using multiple linear regression methods. The results of the analysis show that in terms of achievements, the average performance of local governments in Indonesia has been good, but there are still issues of disparities between regions that need to be corrected. Meanwhile, the analysis of hypothesis testing through multiple linear regression found a positive effect of regional independence variables on local government performance. Meanwhile, the regional wealth has no significant effect on local government performance. This research has the implication that improving the quality of regional financial management is very important in the implementation of regional autonomy in Indonesia in order to support the achievement of regional performance so that it must be optimized. In this case, the regional government and the central government must synergize through various policies to improve the quality of regional financial management in order to increase independence, fiscal capacity, and optimize assets

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas layanan informasi publik pada situs web STAIN Majene dengan menggunakan model WebQual 4.0. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada mahasiswa selaku pengguna situs web STAIN Majene. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum situs web STAIN Majene memiliki kualitas layanan informasi publik yang baik. Pada aspek kegunaan, situs web STAIN Majene memiliki tingkat kualitas 74% dengan kategori baik. Pada aspek kualitas informasi, situs web STAIN Majene memiliki tingkat kualitas 73% dengan kategori baik. Pada aspek interaksi layanan, situs web STAIN Majene memiliki tingkat kualitas 73% dengan kategori baik. Namun, masih terdapat satu tingkat paling atas yang belum dicapai oleh situs web STAIN Majene yaitu kategori sangat baik. Hal ini dapat menjadi bahan evaluasi bagi pengelola situs web untuk mengembangkan situsnya lebih baik lagi agar situs web STAIN Majene mencapai tingkat yang lebih tinggi. Saran bagi peneliti berikutnya adalah dapat menambahkan indikator yang mengukur kualitas layanan informasi publik dari perspektif pengguna yang berbeda, seperti perspektif dosen atau masyarakat umum.

Economic development is a crucial aspect of a country's growth and progress. The role of entrepreneurship has increasingly been recognized as a key factor in accelerating economic development. This research aims to analyze the dynamic interaction between entrepreneurship, education, and human resources in the context of economic development. This study is a qualitative literature review. Data for this literature review will be obtained through searching relevant scholarly articles and conference papers from the Google Scholar database. The search will be limited to the time span between 2010 and 2024 to ensure the freshness and relevance of information. Keywords used entrepreneurship, economic development, education, human resources. The results of the study indicate that entrepreneurship is not only a driver of economic development but also a pathway to achieving inclusive, sustainable, and beneficial economic growth for society as a whole. Thus, a holistic approach involving education, human resource development, and appropriate policy support is needed to enhance the role of entrepreneurship in economic development. Governments, educational institutions, the private sector, and society as a whole need to collaborate to create an environment that supports entrepreneurial growth and minimizes barriers to the success of new businesses

This study aims to determine the calculation of the company's cost of goods manufactured in determining the selling price and knowing the calculation/determination of the product selling price applied by the company. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The data sources of this research are the main director and financial admin of PT Jagung Sumber Rejeki. Data collection techniques used interviews and observations about the cost of goods manufactured. The data analysis technique used was data reduction, data presentation, conclusion and verification. Based on this research, PT Jagung Sumber Rejeki does not calculate the cost of production because the price of raw materials and the number of products purchased from farmers varies, in determining the selling price the company only looks at the current market price and in determining the selling price there will be bargaining between the company and the working partners for the basis of determining the selling price so that the selling price is obtained on the basis of an agreement between the two.

The Sembako program is one of the social protection programs launched by the Government of Indonesia to overcome poverty by providing food assistance. The sembako program is also expected to increase financial inclusion by using the prosperous family card as an electronic money and savings feature. This study uses a proper governance perspective with the research location in Banyumas Regency, Central Java Province, Indonesia. The results showed that the implementation of the Sembako program went well. However, the recipients complain that the types, quantities, and goods received are different from the instructed provisions, so they are not in accordance with the principles of proper governance. The sembako program contributes little to increasing financial inclusion because the KKS Card can only be used to take assistance from the sembako program and cannot access other banking services. It was found that the KKS Card was not held by the recipient of the basic food program, and the recipient did not memorize the KKS Card Pin. This study recommends that all shops and stalls carry out the distribution of the sembako program without being limited to certain stalls. The sembako program is not packaged so that beneficiaries are free to take basic food assistance according to the needs of their families.

The presence of online media plays a role in providing information quickly during a disaster and after a disaster. Online media plays an important role in framing information that can educate audiences about disaster mitigation through the principles of disaster journalism. This type of research is qualitative research that is built based on framing analysis according to Zhongdang Pan and Gerald M. Kosicki. This qualitative research procedure produces descriptive data. Data collection is done by observation and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by analyzing Tribun Sulbar.com news according to Zhongdang Pan and Gerald M. Kosicki's framing model which consists of 4 structural devices, namely syntax, script, thematic and rhetorical, then conclusions are drawn from the data. The study results show that Tribun Sulbar.com has fulfilled the four framing structures of Zhongdang Pan and Gerald M. Kosicki: syntactic, script, thematic, and rhetorical devices. Tribun Sulbar.com highlights the government's efforts in post-earthquake recovery by taking only one point of view from the government. Tribun Sulbar.com has carried out the functions of the media, namely the function of information, education, and social control. The online media Tribun Sulbar.com carries out a mitigation and preventive role with the news it produces. The news narrative of Tribun Sulbar.com contains short paragraphs.

Penelitian ini fokus pada pesan dakwah akhlak yang terkandung dalam film “Merindu Cahaya De Amstel”. Maka rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah apa saja pesan dakwah akhlak dalam film Merindu Cahaya De Amstel. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apa saja pesan dakwah akhlak yang terkandung dalam film “Merindu Cahaya De Amstel” dan bagaimana pesan itu tergambar pada adegan maupun dialog dalam film “Merindu Cahaya De Amstel” sehingga makna dari pesan dakwah akhlak dapat tersampaikan kepada penonton. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan ialah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode kepustakaan analisis semiologi. Unit analisis penelitian ini adalah potongan-potongan gambar, teks, suara, atau bunyi- bunyian yang terdapat dalam film “Merindu Cahaya De Amstel”. Jenis data objek penelitian ini ialah data primer dan data sekunder. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode semiologi Ferdinand de Saussure dengan dua tahap yakni penanda (signifier) dan petanda (signified).Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pesan dakwah akhlak yang terkandung dalam film “Merindu Cahaya De Amstel” di antaranya: Pesan dakwah akhlak kepada Allah terdapat pesan dakwah taubat, tawakkal, dan ikhlas. Kemudian pesan dakwah akhlak kepada sesama manusia terdapat pesan dakwah tolong menolong, saling memaafkan dan mengucapkan salam. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah kepada penggemar film, diharapkan dapat lebih selektif dalam memilih film sebagai media hiburan yang tidak hanya menghibur tetapi juga mendidik dan dapat menambah wawasan dan pemahaman kepada pembaca dalam bidang ilmu keagamaan khususnya mengenai pesan-pesan dakwah akhlak serta dapat menjadi referensi bagi mahasiswa Komunikasi dan Penyiaran Islam khususnya yang melakukan penelitian mengenai pesan dakwah, film, semiologi, dan analisis Ferdinand de Saussure. Kata Kunci: Pesan Dakwah, Akhlak, Film, Analisis Semiologi.

Osteoartritis genu adalah salah satu gangguan muskuloskeletal yang sering terjadi, dan diagnosis klinisnya umumnya dilakukan melalui pencitraan seperti sinar-X, ultrasound, CT, MRI, dan artroskopi. Namun, metode ini memiliki keterbatasan berupa prosedur yang kompleks, biaya tinggi, serta risiko paparan radiasi. Penelitian ini mengembangkan teknologi non-invasif berbasis Acoustic Emission (AE) untuk memantau kondisi kesehatan sendi lutut dengan dukungan aplikasi Labview. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan alat yang dirancang untuk mendeteksi sinyal AE pada lutut dalam kondisi normal, cedera, dan osteoartritis genu (OA Genu). Data dikumpulkan melalui pengukuran amplitudo sinyal AE dan dianalisis berdasarkan jumlah hit AE, amplitudo maksimum, dan Percentage Incidence (PI) selama gerakan ekstensi-fleksi lutut. Hasil menunjukkan amplitudo sinyal AE di atas 36 dB (63 µV) dengan jumlah hit masing-masing 7, 58, dan 157 untuk kondisi normal, cedera, dan OA Genu. Rata-rata amplitudo maksimum dan PI adalah 27 µV (1,4%), 154 µV (11,6%), dan 129 µV (31,4%). Distribusi kejadian AE terkonsentrasi pada rentang sudut 0°–30° (40,54%), 30°–60° (34,68%), dan 60°–90° (24,77%). Tingginya jumlah hit AE dan amplitudo pada OA Genu menunjukkan bahwa metode AE efektif dalam mengidentifikasi kerusakan pada sendi lutut. Temuan ini menunjukkan potensi teknologi AE sebagai alternatif diagnostik non-invasif untuk memantau kesehatan sendi lutut, khususnya pada kasus osteoartritis genu. Alat ini menawarkan metode yang efisien, aman, dan ekonomis, serta memberikan kontribusi signifikan pada pengembangan teknologi non-invasif dalam bidang kesehatan sendi.

Workshop penggunaan Internet of Things (IoT) dan Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam dunia pendidikan merupakan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) yang diselenggarakan oleh Prodi Teknik Elektromedik D4 Universitas Mohammad Husni Thamrin (UMHT) untuk guru-guru Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak (RPL) dan Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan (TKJ) di SMKN 1 Cibinong, dikarenakan tidak semua guru terampil dalam memanfaatkan teknologi tersebut dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Tujuan utama dari workshop ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi IoT dan AI ke dalam proses pembelajaran. Melalui kegiatan ini, para peserta memperoleh pemahaman dan keterampilan praktis mengenai penerapan IoT dan AI, yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pengajaran dan memberikan pengalaman belajar yang lebih interaktif dan personal bagi siswa. Hasil dari kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan dan kesiapan guru untuk mengadopsi teknologi ini dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar di sekolah mereka.
