Abstract

Media sosial sebagai sarana dakwah, dinilai cukup efektif, dengan perkembangan media dakwah bisa disampaikan hingga ke penjuru dunia. Etika dalam dakwah berupa kode etik yang digunakan dalam menyampaikan pesan dakwah, bisa dikatakan kode etik dakwah, yaitu sebuah aturan main seorang da’i tekait nilai etis yang digunakan dalam penyampaian pesan dakwahnya. Media sosial memiliki peran penting sebagai sebuah sarana dalam menyampaikan isi pesan kepada khalayak, dengan media maka akan membantu seorang da’i dalam menyebarkan pesan dakwahnya hingga ke penjuru dunia.penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana etika da’i dalam penyampaian dakwah dimedia massa (perspektif komunikasi. Jenis penelitian ini kualitatif dengan metode kepustakaan (library research). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa masih terdapat pelanggaran etika dalam dakwah yang disampaikan oleh da’i, seperti dalam penyampaian pesan dakwah dimedia sosial masih menggunakan kata-kata yang kurang benar/kurang tepat untuk digunakan, menggunakan kata-kata yang berlebihan, masih ada da’i dalam dakwahnya, menggunakan kata-kata kasar, mencaci, dan bahkan terkesan memaksa. Pelanggaran terhadap etika bukan hanya berdampak terhadap individu da’i namun akan berdampak tehadap masa depan dakwah.

Abstract

Legal issues in business are a troubling issue for business people. This is due to several reasons, including ignorance regarding legal entity forms, lack of knowledge in the field of contract law, problems in the field of business digitalization, lack of knowledge regarding consumer protection, lack of knowledge regarding resolving business disputes through negotiation and mediation. This activity has never been held in pekanbaru kota district. The aim of this activity is so small business owner can learn about business law and alternative dispute resolution that can be applied in running a business. The method of this activity consists of the material creation phase, direct lectures and presentation, counseling with legal experts, and evaluation. The results of this activity are in the form of increased insight and knowledge of small business owners regarding legal issues. Another benefit of this activity is that small business owners also get relationships and access to consultations with legal experts.

Abstract

Masyarakat dan mahasiswa merupakan sosial yang mampu menjadi pelopor atas keamanan dan ketenteraman lingkungan. Mahasiswa bisa memberikan perannya dalam mensosialisasikan dalam lingkungan masyarakat terhadap ancaman dan bahaya penyalahgunaan digital. Masyarakat perlu untuk memahami dan menyadari pentingnya menjaga data pribadi pada era perkembangan teknologi. Masyarakat saat ini masih ada yang belum memahami atas pentingnya menjaga kerahasiaan data di dunia digital. Masih ada yang belum memahami bagaimana cara menyeleksi platform-platform yang kurang bereputasi untuk mendukung aktivitas sektor transportasi. Permasalahan yang dihadapi saat ini masih banyak penipuan digital, masih banyak kebocoran data pribadi seperti alamat rumah, nomor seluler dan identitas lahir. Maka dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini, tim pengabdian melakukan sosialisasi dan diskusi langsung kepada masyarakat dan mahasiswa tentang pemahaman dalam memilih platform online yang bereputasi serta memberikan pemahaman tentang cara menjaga data pribadi dalam media digital yang sering dipakai dalam mendukung aktivitas sehari-hari. Tulisan ini menunjukkan hasil pengabdian bahwa masih tingginya antusias audien dalam mengikuti perkembangan digital. Peserta pengabdian memberikan pendapat solusi bahwa dalam menghadapi masalah kejahatan di dunia digital, perlu untuk memberitahu kepada orang terdekat untuk dapat menyelesaikan masalah secara bersama.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses pembingkaian berita yang ada di media online CNN Indonesia tentang isu rencana Pembelajaran Tatap Muka (PTM) Juli 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kualitatif dengan mengunakan model analisis framing Robert N. Etnman. Berita yang di teliti adalah berita yang terbit di bulan Juni 2021 pada media online CNN Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran tatap muka tetap dilakukan pada Juli 2021 namun terdapat beberapa sekolah dan daerah yang menunda melakukan pembelajaran tatap muka. Framing tersebut juga memuat pesan yang kuat bahwa pemerintah akan menggenjot proses vaksinasi hingga bulan Agustus 2021 bagi tenaga pendidik dan guru karena vaksinasi merupakan syarat utama terselenggaranya pembelajaran tatap muka di sekolah.

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is one of the corporate responsibility programs towards stakeholders and the environment in all aspects of the company's operations. This study aims to determine the activities of the GraPari Smart Officer CSR program in increasing public trust. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Informants in this study are employees at GraPari Telkomsel Pekanbaru City. The results showed that to increase public trust, social mapping was carried out by involving the community, carrying out programs according to the plan, collaborating with foundations engaged in the same field and deploying assistants in the field and building the company's image.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the Communication Strategy of the Pertamina Refinery Unit II Dumai Communication and Relations Program. The selection of informants used a purposive technique that was deemed competent to explain the research objectives. Analysis of the data used in this study is a qualitative analysis in the form of verbal reports naturally. The results of the study show that the communication strategy carried out by PT. Pertamina RU II Dumai in the communication relation program activity begins with getting to know the audience, compiling messages, determining information delivery methods, selecting appropriate and effective media and determining communicators who have credibility and attractiveness in the message delivery process. Communication barriers that occur in the form of internal barriers in the form of changes in position, human resources and abilities that are not uniform.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh endorser selebriti Lee Min Ho terhadap persepsi konsumen terhadap iklan Luwak White Koffie. Penelitian ini berfokus pada karakteristik responden, termasuk jenis kelamin dan kelas sosial, serta respons mereka terhadap berbagai aspek endorser selebriti, yaitu visibilitas, kredibilitas, daya tarik, dan kekuatan. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 100 mahasiswa dari Fakultas Komunikasi, Universitas Islam Riau. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 54% responden adalah perempuan, menunjukkan bahwa perempuan mungkin lebih terpengaruh oleh iklan yang menampilkan selebriti seperti Lee Min Ho. Dalam hal visibilitas, 55% responden setuju bahwa kehadiran Lee Min Ho dalam iklan tersebut menonjol. Mengenai kredibilitas, hanya 47% responden menganggapnya sebagai endorser yang kredibel, menunjukkan bahwa sebagian konsumen mungkin meragukan relevansinya dengan produk. Untuk daya tarik, 36% setuju bahwa Lee Min Ho menarik, meskipun sebagian besar (49%) tetap netral, menunjukkan bahwa daya tarik tidak selalu mempengaruhi opini konsumen. Dalam hal pengaruh, 40% responden setuju bahwa pengaruhnya memengaruhi keputusan pembelian mereka, namun sejumlah responden tetap netral atau tidak setuju. Secara keseluruhan, meskipun Lee Min Ho secara positif mempengaruhi visibilitas dan daya tarik iklan, efeknya terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen bervariasi. Temuan ini menyoroti pentingnya mempertimbangkan berbagai faktor saat memilih selebriti sebagai endorser untuk memastikan efektivitasnya dalam strategi pemasaran.

Abstract

In this paper, we show that the therapeutic communications have to influence the image of health care at Regional Public Hospital of Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru. Beliefs and impressions of the patient have impact to cunstruct the image of health care at the hospital. Communication skills in providing medical services performed in the process of treatment and cure of patients have an effect on increasing the image of the hospital health care. By providing good services communication between doctors or nurses to the patients, health care will improve the image of the hospital. Therapeutic communication are being made to construct a positive image in government hospitals should be done when a doctor or nurse to communicate to the patient to interaction, listening, and to show reception. This paper s result obtain from the quantitative research by using the reggression linear method of statistic.

Abstract

The growth rate of online game players in Indonesia is 33% average per year on 2010 and 35% on 2013. Majority of game players are not able to control game play activities and only waste time. On the other hand there is a group of online game players who are capable of achieving and succeeding in the online gaming world especially in playing Point Blank. This research use qualitative analysis with descriptive approach to investigate the professional online game player on Team Fun Group that consist of 6 player with different ability in Point Blank. This research show that the meaning on Point Blank give a chance for the playerto become professional gamers as long asthe players able to determine their goals and dreams in playing online games. Professional game playeralso must join a solid team to clear goal in play.

Abstract

Autobase raises the phenomenon of sending messages anonymously by using the help of Bots to send messages automatically via DM (direct messages) on Twitter. One of them is the @bertanyarl autobase, wihich allows its users to ask questions, discuss, or share things in real life which in its utilization and use cannot be separated from the help of the admin who manages and monitors the activities that occur in the @bertanyarl autobase. The purpose of this study was to determine the virtual communication pattern in the @bertanyarl autobase management as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors of the @bertanyarl Twitter autobasae management. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, and the source of data obtained from five informants uses a purposive sampling technique. By using data collection techniques in the form of observation interviews and documentation, the results obtained are the managements virtual communication patterns carried out by the admin in the form of activities consisting of questions and answer about real life, open followback, MIXLR, and paid promotion, as well as efforts to maintain the security and comfort of the @bertanyarl autobase by creating rules or regulations and imposing sanctions. From each virtual communication, two different communication network pattern are found, known as the pattern of all channels and the pattern of the wheel. As well as the supporting factors found, namely the active Bot and sender features, the impediment is that Twitter frequently locks and suspends accounts.
