<![CDATA[Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat perubahan sosial yang terjadi pada anggota komunitas UKMI Al Kahfi untuk menjadi cyber di media sosial. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti lebih dalam perubahan sosial yang terjadi di Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa Islam Al Kahfi (UKMI) di Universitas Islam Riau dalam hal penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, mengetahui proses mahasiswa Al Kahfi UKMI memutuskan sebagai cyberarmy. Penelitian ini, peneliti melakukan wawancara mendalam dengan mahasiswa yang mempunyai sosial media di komunitas unit kegiatan mahasiswa Islam di Universitas Islam Riau, sebanyak 3 (tiga) orang. Hasil dan diskusi siswa sebagai agen perubahan dalam mengatasi masalah global. Sejak munculnya media baru, yaitu media sosial, mahasiswa yang tergabung dalam komunitas UKMI Al Kahfi ikut ambil bagian dalam kegiatan melaksanakan dakwah di media sosial. Dominasi siswa-siswa komunitas UKMI Al Kahfi mengakui bahwa menggunakan simbol mistik cyber muslim adalah sebagai pertukaran informasi, diskusi tentang masalah sosial agama Islam.]]>

<![CDATA[the formation of community on campus that is based on religion continues to trigger a debate on social media, The action to defend Islam. Students in Riau province as descendants of Malay tribe or live in Riau, use social media and the language used in social media, imagining that they have a role as people who care about information that causes uproar on social media. Cyber army can maintain their existence as students in Riau by maintaining the Malay culture of Riau. This study aims to determine how much influence the role of the cyber army has on the existence of Riau Malay culture. Through testing the theory of the role of the cyber army and the existence of Malay culture in Riau province, the results showed that from a sample of 208 students who were members of the student activity units at 6 universities, they represented. The result is dominant respondents are of Malay ethnic descent. The effect obtained is that the role of the cyber army affects the existence of Riau Malay culture, it is known by looking at the probability value which is 0.00 less than 0.05. The magnitude of the influence of the role of the cyber army on the existence of Riau Malay culture 23.7%,]]>

<![CDATA[This research was conducted with a focus on the problem of Women's Career Development Glass. The total study is a conceptual framework structure built using quantitative research methods. Research is carried out with the aim of getting a goal. Namely “To Know the Effect of Glass Ceiling on Teacher-focused Women's Career Development. "At the same time, a hypothesis was developed to find out whether individual factors, family factors, organizational and cultural factors significantly influence Women's Career Development Factors. Only this study has been completed with a comprehensive empirical survey using a self-administered questionnaire and the sample consists of. of 110 female teachers. To present and analyze both descriptive and statistical data used. The findings reveal the Glass Ceiling and career development of women have a positive relationship, and also show that individual factors, organizational factors and cultural factors have a significant effect on development. Career of Women Whereas Family Factors have no effect on the Glass Ceiling The results of this study confirm that there is no effect on the effect of the glass ceiling. Taking all these facts into account, there is a better recommendation to be made in this study. In the end, the most important suggestion. Requirements for future research and study limitations have been outlined in this study.]]>

<![CDATA[This study was conducted to determine the use of Kato nan Ampek in the Kenagarian Talawi community in communicating based on ethnographic studies. This research was conducted to describe, analyze and find out how communication is carried out using Kato nan Ampek in the Kenagarian Talawi community. This study uses an understanding of qualitative methods, where this method aims to explain a socio-cultural phenomenon from ethnographic studies and participant perspectives, with data collection techniques that include interviews, field observations and documentation. The data validity technique used triangulation technique. The informants in this study were four people who understood Minangkabau cultural customs, which consisted of the Chairman of the Talawi Density (KAN), the head of the Sumagek and two Talawi youths who understood customs, as well as a high social sense of course they felt the changes in communication. The researcher uses three ethnographic study objects, namely communication activities, communication components and language varieties as the basis for analyzing research. The results of this study indicate that the use of Kato nan Ampek in Kenagarian Talawi is more commonly found in formal communication activities by looking at the participants in the communication component and the varieties of the Talawi regional language itself which is seen from the differences in dialect when communicating.]]>

Communication between teachers and students in the learning process is one of the important aspects that determine the important aspects that determine the quality of the learning process. The method of implementing service activities is carried out by the seminar method with the presentation of various materials. <![CDATA[The presence of students in Riau province has been carried away by the sophistication of social media technology, whether they are consumers or producers.Young students of social media activists are required to be creative in using it. Its presenceas a cyber army on social media has become a determining factor in the community formedin each campus based on religion. This continues to spark debate on social media whenthere is an action to defend Islam. The formation of cyber troops by naming them on socialmedia is the Muslim Cyber Army, they are tasked with escorting, filtering, and alsoclarifying news or information circulating on social media, especially on Instagram socialmedia. This study aims to determine how much influence the role of the cyber army has andchanges in social media culture on the existence of Malay Malay culture, which means thatthe old communication practices that change with new media (social media) lead tocultural changes in social media so that local culture such as Malay culture is changingRiau is affected. The results of the research under study there is a positive and significanteffect simultaneously of 54% of the role of the cyber army in changing social media cultureon the existence of Riau Malay culture. <![CDATA[This study aims to find out how parent’s perceive their children using TikTok social media who take a case study in RT 002 RW 003 Kampung Baru ward Senapelan District, Pekanbaru, Riau. the smartphone, and what if to access various videos in the video-sharing-based social media application that the researcher is currently taking, namely TikTok. in the form of descriptive sentences that describe the entire contents of this study. The data collection methods are in-depth interviews, research photos, voice recordings, and descriptive questionnaires which the researchers distributed via the google form link.
