Abstract

For businesses engaged in transportation services, a rental system is very important. A computerized system is needed to improve the efficiency and productivity of the rental system and ensure the availability of adequate human resources. PT. Bagindo Transwisata does not have a system that can handle all rental activities. The design of an effective and efficient tourist bus rental information system is needed because the process of recording and processing tourist bus rental data is still carried out using records in books and of course there is still the possibility of human error. System modeling is depicted visually through the use of UML (Unified Modeling Language), which is then implemented with the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language, with MySQL as the database used. This tourist bus rental information system is expected to help customers make transactions and help the administration and management departments create accurate rental reports. This will encourage effective and efficient performance and help make decision-making plans..

Abstract

Perancangan sistem ini bertujuan merancang sistem informasi penjualan emas sebagai upaya mengatasi permasalahan sistem informasi penjualan yang belum efektif dan efisien. Proses pelaksanaan penjualan dan pengolahan data penjualan yang manual mempengaruhi hasil. Perancangan sistem ini dibangun menggunakan platform website dan dijalankan secara online. Metode penelitian menggunakan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan pendekatan model Waterfall yang terdiri atas 5 tahapan, yakni, a) Analisys b) Design c) Implementation d) Maintance e) Planing. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah (PHP), dan aplikasi database menggunakan pengolah data (MySql) sebagai database (RDBMS). Alat bantu perancangan sistem menggunakan metode UML (unifed Modeling Language) dengan menggunakan 4 (empat) diagram sesuai kebutuhan perancangan, yakni Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Class Diagram, dan SequenceDiagram. Rancangan Sistem Informasi Penjualan Emas Berbasis Web yang dapat mempermudah proses penjualan emas, dan memudahkan melihat stock emas secara akurat yang tersedia di toko. Sistem ini juga memudahkan penghitungan omset dan keuntungan pada toko. Sistem Informasi Penjualan Emas Berbsis Web Pada Toko Anugerah Bintang Baru ini secara khusus dapat memudahkan dalam meningkatkan proses transaksi penjualan. Perancangan sistem ini dapat mengatasi hambatan proses transaksi penjualan menjadi lebih akurat.

Abstract

When transactions are recorded manually, there are often difficulties in controlling inventory and errors in sales reports. The objective of this research is to develop a sales data processing application that can help store owners manage sales transactions. This research was conducted in Toko Hendra Kota Padang using PHP programming language and MySql as database. The system development method used is SDLC with waterfall model while the tools used to design this system use UML with different diagrams including: Use Case Diagram, Class Diagram, Activity Diagram and Sequence Diagram. It is hoped that this system can support the performance and services of Hendra's Store by facilitating the management of purchasing and sales data.
