Abstract

Setiap perusahaan memerlukan pengelolaan dana untuk melaksanakan kegiatan operasinya sehari-hari. Pengelolaan dana perusahaan atau yang dikenal dengan Manajemen Keuangan meliputi kegiatan-kegiatan perencanaan keuangan, analisis keuangan dan pengendalian keuangan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Profitability Dan Leverage Terhadap Dividen Tunai Pada Perusahaan Perbankan Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif. Metode penelitian sebagai berikut Penelitian Lapangan (Field Research) dan Penelitian Kepustakaan (Library Research). Jenis dan sumber data adalah data data sekunder. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan jasa (Perbankan) yang telah terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode pengamatan mulai tahun 2012-2016, yaitu sebanyak 81 perusahaan Perbankan. Berdasarkan kriteria sampel yang sudah ditentukan maka pada penelitian ini yang menjadi sampel penelitian adalah 1 perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di BEI yaitu Bank Panin Syariah. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil pengujian hipotesis ditemukan Profitabilitas tidak signifikan antara profitability terhadap deviden tunai pada Bank Panin Syariah. Leverage tidak signifikan terhadap deviden tunai pada Bank Panin Syariah. Secara bersama-sama profitabilitas dan leverage tidak signifikan terhadap deviden tunai pada Bank Panin Syariah

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui indikator apa yang dominan pada variabel kualitas produk, merek, harga, promosi dan pengambilan keputusan dalam membeli mesin cuci merek sharp pada toko Aira Elektronik Pakandangan Kab, Padang Pariaman, dan menganalisis faktor kualitas produk, merek, harga dan promosi berpengaruh terhadap pengambilan keputusan konsumen dalam membeli mesin cuci merek sharp di Toko Aira elektronik Kabupaten Padang Pariaman baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah survey dengan cara penyebaran kuiesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan yang membeli mesin cuci merek sharp di Toko Aira Elektronik Kabupaten Padang Pariaman yang berjumlah 35 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa indikator dominan dari variabel kualitas produk adalah merek produk dengan TCR sebesar 82,48%. Indikator dominan dari variabel merek adalah kesadaran merek (brand awareness) dengan TCR sebesar 89,90%. Indikator dominan dari variabel harga adalah keterjangkauan harga dan kesesuaian harga dengan kualitas produk dengan TCR sebesar 80,95%. Indikator dominan dari variabel promosi adalah waktu promosi dengan TCR sebesar 81,52%. Kemudian indikator dominan dari keputusan pembelian adalah kebiasaan dalam membeli produk dengan TCR sebesar 82,10%. Berdasarkan hasil uji secara parsial diketahui bahwa kualitas produk, merek dan promosi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk pada toko Aira Elektronik Kab. Padang Pariaman. Pada pengujian secara simultan, kualitas produk, merek, harga dan promosi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian produk pada toko Aira Elektronik Kab. Padang Pariaman. Besarnya kontribusi pengaruh kualitas produk, merek, harga dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian di Toko Aira Elektronik Kab. Padang Pariaman adalah 70,0% sedangkan sisanya 30,0% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Motivasi Terhadap Semangat Kerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Wali Nagari Abai Siat Kabupaten Dharmasraya. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitan ini yaitu dengan menggunakan riset lapangan dan riset pustaka. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ada 33 pegawai dengan sampel sebanyak 32 pegawai. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi berganda, koefisien determinasi dan pengujian hipotesis uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Variabel kepemimpinan secara parsial berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap semangat kerja. Variabel motivasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap semangat kerja. Variabel kepemimpinan (X1) dan motivasi (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap semangat kerja (Y). Kontribusi persentase sumbangan variabel independen kepemimpinan (X1) dan motivasi (X2) terhadap variabel dependen semangat kerja (Y) sebesar 0.131 atau 13.1 % sedangkan sisanya sebesar 86.9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini seperti kepuasan kerja, kompensasi, lingkungan kerja dan faktor lainnya.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze promotion policies in increasing sales of Canter brand cars (a case study at PT. Mitsubishi Andalas Berlian Motor Padang). The analytical method in this study uses the classical assumption test which consists of a normality test and a simple regression test, t test. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of cash flow components and gross profit on stock prices. The population in this study is the automotive sub-sector and components listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2013-2017 period. The sampling method used is the purpose sampling method with a sample of 8 companies for 5 consecutive years of observation so that the total sample is 40. The method of analysis in this study uses multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that operating cash flow and gross profit have no significant effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, investment cash flow and financing cash flow have a significant effect on stock prices. Meanwhile the cash flow components (operations, investment, funding and gross profit) have a simultaneous effect on stock prices.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of the work environment and work discipline on the performance of employees of the Mukomuko Bengkulu General Hospital partially or simultaneously. The data collection method used is a survey technique by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The sample in this study were employees of the Mukomuko Hospital as many as 62 respondents. The sampling technique was Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the SPSS program. Based on the partial test results, the work environment and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Mukomuko Bengkulu Hospital. In simultaneous testing, the work environment and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the Mukomuko Bengkulu Hospital. The coefficient of determination shows that the work environment and work discipline are able to explain the contribution of the influence of the work environment and work discipline to the performance of the employees of the Mukomuko Bengkulu Hospital, which is 69.9%, while the remaining 30.1% is influenced by other variables not included in the study.

Abstract

The aim of providing assistance to the community is to improve the skills of craftsmen in making products from fabric waste as well as preparing the cost of production of handicraft products. The method of community service is education with a lecture, discussion and practical work approach. The results obtained from this outreach activity are an increase in the digital knowledge and skills of KWT Salimah members regarding calculating the cost of production and the selling price of the production they produce. It is also hoped that this service will help them to care more about and protect the environment from pollution, especially from fabric waste and can also improve their skills by utilizing fabric scraps that are no longer usedabric waste and can also improve their skills by utilizing fabric scraps that are no longer used.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine: (1) product quality partially on the purchasing decision of coconut milk comes at PT Bumi Sarimas Indonesia and (2) price partially on the purchasing decision of coconut milk comes at PT Bumi Sarimas Indonesia. (3) product quality and price on purchasing decisions of cocoas coconut milk at PT Bumi Sarimas Indonesia. Hypothesis testing is done to show whether an independent variable partially and simultaneously affects the dependent variable. The results of the study at a significant level of 0.05 show that: 1) product quality has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions for cocoas coconut milk at PT Bumi Sarimas Indonesia which is shown from the results of t count = 6.192 with a significant level of 0.000. 2) price has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions for cocoas coconut milk at PT Bumi Sarimas Indonesia which is shown from the results of t count = 3,928 with a significant level of 0,000. 3) product quality and price simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for cocoas coconut milk at PT Bumi Sarimas Indonesia which is shown from the results of f count = 125,522 with a significant level of 0,000. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) kualitas produk secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian santan cocomas pada PT Bumi Sarimas Indonesia (2) harga secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian santan cocomas pada PT Bumi Sarimas Indonesia. (3) kualitas produk dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian santan cocomas pada PT Bumi Sarimas Indonesia. Pengujian Hipotesis dilakukan untuk menunjukkan apakah suatu variabel independen secara parsial dan simultan mempengaruhi variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian pada taraf signifikan 0.05 menunjukkan bahwa: 1) kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan keputusan pembelian santan cocomas pada PT Bumi Sarimas Indonesia yang ditunjukkan dari hasil t hitung = 6.192 dengan tingkat signifikan 0.000. 2) harga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian santan cocomas pada PT Bumi Sarimas Indonesia yang ditunjukkan dari hasil t hitung = 3.928 dengan tingkat signifikan 0.000. 3) kualitas produk dan harga secara smultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian santan cocomas pada PT Bumi Sarimas Indonesia yang ditunjukkan dari hasil f hitung = 125.522 dengan tingkat signifikan 0.000.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: 1. The partial effect of work discipline on employee performance. 2. Partial effect on employee performance. 3. The simultaneous influence of work discipline and competence on the performance of Padang City Social Service employees. The population of this study were employees of the Padang City Social Service with a total of 40 people. The sampling technique of this study used the total sampling method. Research data using primary data collected through the distribution of questionnaires to employees. The method of data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing t and f. The results of the analysis show that 1. Competence partially has a significant positive effect on employee performance. 2. Work discipline partially has a significant positive effect on the performance of Padang City Social Service Employees. 3. Competence and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Contribution of Work Discipline Competence to the Performance of Padang Social Service Employees 52.4%, the remaining 47.6% is influenced by other variables outside this research.

Abstract

The research aims include: (1) To identify the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Indonesian Railways (Persero) Division II West Sumatra. (2) To identify the influence of the work environment on employee performance at PT. Indonesian Railways (Persero) Division II West Sumatra. (3) To identify the influence of organizational culture and work environment together on employee performance at PT. Indonesian Railways (Persero) Division II West Sumatra. The method for collecting data is field study and literature study. Data uses primary and secondary sources. For the research population, all employees at the PT office were used. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) West Sumatra Division II with a total of 510 employees and the sample in this study was 83 people. The analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis found that (1) Organizational culture significantly influences employee performance at PT. KAI (Persero) West Sumatra Division II. (2) The work environment significantly influences employee performance at PT. KAI (Persero) West Sumatra Division II. (3) Simultaneously, organizational culture and work environment significantly influence employee performance at PT. KAI (Persero) West Sumatra Division II.
