Abstract

AbstractMarketing strategy is a set of goals and objectives, policies and rules that give direction to marketing efforts from time to time at each level of location. One of the marketing strategies in this study, namely STP or Segmentating, Targeting, Positioning is one of the approaches or models used to develop messages and marketing strategies that are suitable for certain target audience segments. The background of this research is because there is a lot of competition between companies that is tight and sharp. Companies are required to be able to develop products or design their products in order to maintain and increase sales volume. Sales volume is an achievement expressed quantitatively in terms of the physical or volume of a product. The higher the volume of sales, the higher the success of the company. The focus in this research is to determine the effect of segmenting, targeting and positioning (STP) on sales volume at PT. Jaya coat of arms. This study uses a quantitative approach methodology. The data used are primary data obtained through interviews and filling out questionnaires, secondary data obtained from the results of company documents, organizational structure. Conclusions In this study, namely segmenting, targeting, and positioning together have a significant and positive relationship with the sales volume of PT. Jaya coat of arms.Keywords: Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning, Sales Volume AbstrakStrategi pemasaran merupakan serangkaian tujuan dan sasaran, kebijakan serta aturan yang memberi arah kepada usaha-usaha pemasaran dari waktu kewaktu pada masing–masing tingkatan lokasinya. Salah satu strategi pemasarannya dalam penelitian ini yaitu STP atau Segmentating, Targeting, Positioning adalah salah satu pendekatan atau model yang digunakan untuk mengembangkan pesan dan strategi pemasaran yang sesuai pada segmentasi target audiens tertentu.  Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi karena  banyaknya persaingan antar perusahaan yang ketat dan tajam. Perusahaan dituntut harus mampu mengembangkan produk atau merancang produknya guna mempertahankan dan meningkatkan volume penjualan. Volume penjualan adalah pencapaian yang dinyatakan secara kuantitatif dari segi fisik atau volume suatu produk. Semakin tinggi volume penjualan maka semakin tinggi juga keberhasilan perusahaan.  Fokus dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh segmenting, targeting dan positioning (STP) terhadap volume penjualan pada PT. Lambang Jaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodelogi pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui wawancara dan pengisian kuesioner, data sekunder diperoleh dari hasil dokumen perusahaan, struktur organisasi. Kesimpulan Dalam Penelitian ini yaitu Segmenting, targeting, dan positioning secara bersama-sama berhubungan signifikan dan positif dengan volume penjualan PT. Abstract

Abstrak (Abstract)Grabfood is one of Grab's service features that provides ordering services to the delivery of food or drinks to the consumer's location. Grabfood cooperates with the best restaurants and outlets. Presenting various types of food, both food and beverages in the country and abroad (Western, Asian, European, Fusion and so on). The aim of this research is to determine the effect of Instagram social media, service quality and discounted prices on Grabfood purchasing decisions in the Covid-19 pandemic era.Analysis in this study is both descriptive and quantitative. The population in this study was all Grabfood consumers in Bandar Lampung who were observed for 1 month with an average number of 65 people or 780 people per year, with a total sample of 264 people. Questionnaire-based data collection and multiple regression analysis.The results of the study show that there partial of Instagram social media on the purchase decision of Grabfood. There partial service quality on Grabfood purchasing decisions. There partial discounted prices on Grabfood's purchasing decisions. There simultaneous of Instagram social media, service quality and discounted prices on Grabfood purchasing decisions.Suggestions for Grabfood to build relationships with users through Instagram social media by making media plans for interactive content on IG Feeds and IG Stories to increase engagement. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of training on employee performance, to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline on performance and to determine and analyze the effect of training and work discipline on employee performance at Pertamina Bintang Amin Hospital Bandar Lampung. The approach used in this study is an associative approach. The population in this study were employees at Pertamina Bintang Amin Hospital, Bandar Lampung, amounting to 130 people. Data collection techniques in this study used interview techniques (interviews), document studies and questionnaires (questionnaires). The data analysis technique in this study uses the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression, t-test and F-test, and the Coefficient of Determination. Data processing in this study using the SPSS program (version 19.0). The results of this study indicate that partial training has no positive and insignificant effect on employee performance at Pertamina Bintang Amin Hospital Bandar Lampung. Work discipline partially positive and significant effect on employee performance at Pertamina Bintang Amin Hospital Bandar Lampung. Training and work discipline simultaneously have a positive effect on employee performance at Pertamina Bintang Amin Hospital in Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

Abstract Purpose:This study aims to determine how the effect of firm size, asset structure, profitability including Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) on capital structure. The type of data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange.  Design/ Research Method : The population in this study were all pharmaceutical companies. The samples used were 8 pharmaceutical companies. Sampling using purposive sampling technique using certain criteria. Data analysis in this study used several methods, namely descriptive statistical test, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis, R2 Test, F test and T test.  Result:The results of this study indicate that (1) company size has an effect on the capital structure of pharmaceutical companies listed on the IDX for the 2016-2020 period;; (2) Profitability affects the capital structure of pharmaceutical companies in pharmaceutical companies listed on the IDX for the 2016-2020 period, including: (a) ROA has a significant effect on capital structure, (b) NPM has a significant influence on capital structure, and ( c) ROE has a significant influence on the capital structure; (4) Taken together, it shows that company size, asset structure and profitability simultaneously affect the capital structure of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. Limitation:This research was only conducted on the variables of company size, asset structure and profitability including: ROA, ROE and NPM as well as the capital structure of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. Impact: Provides an overview of the company related to company size, asset structure, profitability have a significant effect on capital structure.  Keywords:Firm Size, Asset Structure, ROA, NPM, ROE, Capital Structure

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memahami pengaruh efek mutu produk (X1), mutu pelayanan (X2), serta loyalitas merek (X3) atas ketentuan pelanggan (Y) mobil pajero sport cabang lampung selatan. Metode penelitian ini ialah dengan menggunakan metode penelitian asosiati dengan menggunakan alat analisis SPSS 25, dengan jumlah responden 65 orang yang telah membeli mobil pajero sport di PT. Budi Berlian Motor Cabang Lampung Selatan. Hasil (Results): Atas dasar studi ini dapat diambil simpulan bahwa ada efek yang penting secara berbetulan atas keputusan pembelian mobil pajero sport cabang lampung selatan. Sedangkan secara sebagian variabel mutu produk berdampak positif dan substansial atas ketentuan pembelian mobil pajero sport cabang lampung selatan. Variabel mutu layannan secara sebagian berdampak atas ketentuan pembelian mobil pajero sport cabang lampung selatan. Sedangkan variabel loyalitas label  tidak berdampak kepada ketentuan pembelian mobil pajero sport cabang lampung selatan. Keterbatasan penelitian ini ialah hanya dengan 65 sampel saja dari jumlah total keseluruhan pembeli mobil pajero sport cabang lampung selatan dan hanya menggunakan 3 variabel bebas dan juga 1 variabel terikat. Kontribusi (Contribution): Penelitian ini dapat berguna untuk peneliti selanjutnya yang akan melakukan penelitian dengan variabel yang sama pada objek yang berbeda seperti pada instansi pemerintah dan perusahaan besar lainnya.

Abstract

This study means to decide if there is a significantl influence between satisfaction and public trust in the role of the JKN mobile application. The sample used 100 people. The researc method used is the library method and the field method including (Observation, Interview, Questionnaire, and Documentation). The analytical tools used are Validity, Reliability, Normality, Numerous Straight Relapse by utilizing Speculation Testing, in particular T Test, F Test, and Coefficient of Assurance Test (R2).The resultls showed that partially and simultalneously the variables of Satisfaction and Trust had a signifilcant effect on the Cellular JKN Application Variables.

Abstract

Studi ini memiliki tujuan supaya memahami pengaruh pengetahuan serta persepsi wajib pajak atas keputusan membayar pajak PBB - P2 melalui jalur digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner distribution sampling. Metodologi penghimpunan sampel yang dipakai pada studi ini ialah sampling jenuh. Jumlah kuesioner yang disebarkan sejumlah 100 responden. Variabel terikat atau dependen studi ini ialah keputusan membayar pajak. Variabel independen atau penjelas dalam studi ini ialah pengetahuan wajib pajak dan kesadaran wajib pajak. Regresi berganda dipakai guna menguji hipotesis ini. Perolehan studi memperlihatkan pengetahuan wajib pajak berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembayaran pajaknya, dan kesadaran wajib pajak berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial atas keputusan pembayaran pajaknya. Pada saat yang sama, pengetahuan serta kesadaran wajib pajak secara simultan mempengaruhi keputusan pembayaran pajaknya.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memahami pengaruh motivasi (X1), kepuasan kerja (X2), dan lingkungan kerja (X3) atas produktivitas kerja (Y) ASN Sekretariat Daerah Kota Metro. Metode penelitian ini ialah dengan menggunakan metode penelitian asosiati dengan menggunakan alat analisis SPSS 25, dengan jumlah responden 100 orang pada ASN Sekretariat Daerah Kota Metro. Berlandaskan perolehan serangkaian susunan telaahan ini bisa disimpulkan bahwa ada dampak yang berarti secara serempak tentang keproduktifan kerja ASN. Sementara sebagian faktor motivasi tidak mempunyai akibat akan keproduktifan kerja ASN. Variabel kepuasan kerja secara sebagian berdampak positif dan akan keproduktifan kerja ASN. Sementara variabel lingkungan kerja secara sebagian berdampak besar akan keproduktifan kerja ASN. Keterbatasan penelitian ini ialah hanya dengan 100 sampel saja dari jumlah total keseluruhan pegawai ASN Sekretariat Daerah Kota Metro dan hanya menggunakan 3 variabel bebas dan juga 1 variabel terikat. Penelitian ini dapat berguna untuk peneliti selanjutnya yang akan melakukan penelitian dengan variabel yang sama pada objek yang berbeda seperti pada instansi pemerintah dan perusahaan besar lainnya.

Abstract

This research was purposed on testing and proving the influences of (1) the effect of service quality (physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy) on customer satisfaction ULaMM (Micro Capital Service Unit) PT PNM (Permodalan Nasional Madani) Kota Agung Unit, Tanggamus. (2) The influence of trust on PT PNM (Permodalan Nasional Madani) Unit Kota Agung Unit, Tanggamus, ULaMM (Micro Capital Service Unit) customer satisfaction. (3) Effect of Promotion on PT PNM (Permodalan Nasional Madani) Unit Kota Agung Unit, Tanggamus, ULaMM (Micro Capital Service Unit) customer satisfaction. The population in this study is the customers of the ULaMM Kota Agung Unit, Tanggamus for the period 2016-2018, amounting to 1,665 people. The sampling method uses purposive sampling with 324 respondents. The sampling criteria are a) customers who use ULaMM services for at least 1 year; b) Aged 21 years, because at that age a person is eligible to enter into an agreement in accordance with the terms of the agreement. The variables used are as many as 5 variables. The analytical tool used is multiple regression analysis. The analysis shows that: a) physical evidence variable influences customer satisfaction. b) variable reliability affects customer satisfaction. c) variable responsiveness affects customer satisfaction. d) guarantee variables affect customer satisfaction. e) the empathy variable has no effect on customer satisfaction. f) the variable of trust does not affect customer satisfaction. g) promotion variable does not affect customer satisfaction.Keywords: Quality of Physical Evidence Services, Reliability, Responsiveness, Empathy, Guarantee, Customer Trust and Promotion
