Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji: (1) Disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, (2) Disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, (3) Motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif kausal. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Hotel Prama Sanur Beach Bali dan untuk objek penelitiannya adalah disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner serta dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS Versi 22.0 dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) ada pengaruh secara simultan disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, (2) ada pengaruh secara parsial disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, (3) ada pengaruh secara parsial motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh: (1) pengembangan karir dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) motivasi kerja kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dan (4) pengembangan karir terhadap motivasi kerja pada Puri Lumbung Cottages Restaurant and Spa Munduk. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif kausal. Objek penelitian ini adalah pengembangan karir, motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Subjek penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan Puri Lumbung Cottages Restaurant and Spa Munduk dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 87 orang. Data yang dikumpulkan dengan metode wawancara dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) pengembangan karir dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (2) pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan (4) pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja pada Puri Lumbung Cottages Restaurant and Spa Munduk.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is a customer response in the form of a feeling of satisfaction after comparing the product or service that is in mind to the expected product or service and the fulfillment of needs. Price and service quality are factors that influence customer satisfaction and have an important role in building customer satisfaction. This test aims to determine and prove the effect of price and service quality both collectively and individually on Starbucks Reserve Dewata customer satisfaction. The research design used is causal quantitative. The research subjects in this study were Starbucks Reserve Dewata customers who visited and bought products at Starbucks Reserve Dewata. The object of research in this study is price, service quality and customer satisfaction. The sample technique used in this study was purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study amounted to 130 respondents with the criteria of respondents taken, namely customers who visited and bought products at Starbucks Reserve Dewata more than twice in the last year. Data were collected by questionnaire and analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are: (1) price and service quality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction Starbucks Reserve Dewata, (2) price has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction Starbucks Reserve Dewata (3) service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction Starbucks Reserve Dewata.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance at Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua Resort. This type of research is casual quantitative research. The population in this study were employees of the Food & Beverage Service department at Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua Resort totaling 58 people. Determination of the sample using the census method. Resort and (3) Compensation and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance at Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua Resort.The instrument used in data collection was a questionnaire. Data processing in this study used the assistance of the SPSS version 25 program. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua Resort, (2) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua

Abstract

This study uses quantitative research that aims to determine the effect of the work environment on employee loyalty through work motivation at Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort. The population in this study amounted to 43 people from all employees in the Front Office department at Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort. The sample taken for this study used nonprobability sampling with saturated sampling techniques. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire measured using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used path analysis with the help of the Statistical Package for The Social Science (SPSS) version 25 program. The results of the study indicate that (1) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation at Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort, (2) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty at Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort, (3) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty at Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort, and (4) The work environment has a significant effect on employee loyalty through work motivation or work motivation mediates the effect of the work environment on employee loyalty.
