<![CDATA[Data on accidents and traffic violations collected by the Riau Regional Police Directorate and from our daily observations illustrates that the level of traffic safety and the level of community compliance with traffic laws / legislation is very alarming, if no strategic steps are taken. in order to increase the level of safety and increase the legal compliance of the community it will cause harm not only to the loss of life and property and psychological but also will cause losses in the economic field. The strategy or effort to increase legal awareness of the community as road users is basically part of orderly traffic. Strategies in increasing community legal awareness include: First, socialization or campaigns to comply with traffic regulations through the installation of banners and socialization. Second, Building the character of discipline. This character building can be started through the teacher's example. Therefore awareness of the instructional teachers is undoubtedly necessary. Security, order, safety and smooth traffic are shared responsibilities. Through this counseling, the character of discipline can be transmitted to all students of Muhammadiyah 3 Vocational School Pekanbaru.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat hubungan dan kontribusi antara tingkat pengetahuan lingkungan hidup dengan sikap peduli lingkungan siswa di SMA Negeri 14 Medan. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap seluruh siswa kelas X yang terdiri dari 10 kelas, dengan jumlah populasi 360 orang dan sampel 130 orang siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan teknik korelasi. Teknik pengampilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara Random Sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes pengetahuan lingkungan, angket sikap peduli lingkungan, lembar observasi dan wawancara. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai korelasi yang terbentuk dari tingkat pengetahuan lingkungan hidup siswa dengan sikap peduli lingkungan siswa adalah sebesar 0,327 (rendah) dengan kontribusi sebesar 10,7 % dan analisis regresi menunjukkan persamaan regresi Ŷ = 81,557 + 0,157 X. Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh thitung 3,915 > ttabel 1,9978. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak, dengan kata lain ada hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat pengetahuan lingkungan hidup dengan sikap peduli lingkungan siswa di SMA Negeri 14 Medan.]]>

<![CDATA[Meloidogyne spp. is the cause of dwarf symptoms, yellowing, wilting and the formation of bumps on the roots of tomatoes which leads to decreased production of quality and quantity of tomatoes. Observation of nematode life cycle is important to design an effective and efficient control strategy, by knowing the life cycle of Meloidogyne spp. can be known how to control and when the right application time to control the parasite Meloidogyne spp. Inoculation of nematode eggs is done by pouring a suspension containing 300 nematode eggs around tomato roots. Observation of the life cycle of nematodes in the roots was done by the method of tissue staining Byrd et al, (1983). Temperature was measured to determine its effect on the length or length of development of live stages of Meloidogyne spp. the. <![CDATA[Underage drug users show very large numbers, so understanding the dangers of drugs needs to be planted as early as possible. Supervision is not only done by parents at home, but also by teachers and the surrounding community. Through the method of telling children, it is expected to be able to distinguish good deeds and bad deeds so that they can be applied in daily life. The method of telling stories using illustrated storybooks that are packaged in an interesting way can be of particular concern to children. The adverse effects of drug use, for children not only will lose their future but will also lose their identity as young people who are creative and innovative, using drugs means children damage themselves, because as we all know that drug use will continually damage the nervous system the brain that will be felt throughout his life, even if the person has stopped using drugs. The method of telling stories by conveying information and knowledge to early childhood about the adverse effects of drug use is fun and will be stored in memory until adulthood so that the hopes and desires to make the younger generation will avoid drugs will be realized.]]>

<![CDATA[Storage of supplies of one of the components of supplies in the hospital. Storage of supplies such as medicines, medical devices and consumable medical materials in the Hospital Pharmacy Installation Warehouse (IFRS) should be highly considered because not all medicines, medical devices and consumable medical materials are treated equally in their storage, ensuring properly maintained. Improper pharmaceutical supplies can result in rapid damage and expiry. The purpose of this study is to determine the percentage of suitability of pharmaceutical supply storage in the Pharmacy Installation Warehouse of Banjarmasin Islam Hospital. Non-experimental research is observation using observation sheet based on the suitability of Permenkes No.72 Year 2016 and SPO RS Islam. The population is Islam IFRS Warehouse and the sample is Islam Hospital Pharmacy Installation Warehouse using saturated sampling method. The result of the percentage of suitability of pharmaceutical supplies storage in the Pharmacy Installation Warehouse of The Islam Hospital Banjarmasin. The results of the conformity permenkes No. 72 Year 2016; pharmaceutical preparations 309 indicators (71.52%); MD 136 indicators (62.96%); and CM 133 indicators (61.57%). Conformity Results Based on SOP Islam Banjarmasin Hospital Year 2018 namely; Pharmaceutical Preparations 244 indicators (72.62%);, and MD 167 indicators (69.58%) and CMM 166 indicators (69.16%).]]>

<![CDATA[Tulisan ini akan membahas bagaimana pasca-putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi usia minimal menikah bagi perempuan dan pertimbangan dalam nilai-niali hak asasi manusia. Tulisan ini bertujuan: memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat bahwa pentingnya memperhatikan usia menikah sebagai salah satu bentuk perlindungan terhadap hak-hak anak, dan sebagai salah satu upaya pencegahan tindakan diskriminasi terhadap perempuan. Pasca-putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi usia minimal menikah bagi perempuan 19 (sembilan belas) tahun syarat dengan pertimbangan nilai-niali hak asasi manusia, dan ini merupakan salah satu bentuk kesadaran masyarakat dan tanggungjawab negara atas perlindungan dan pemenuhan terhadap hak asasi (hak-hak anak, dan prinsip non diskriminasi) dan hak konsitusi. Persoalan ini lebih jauh melihat kedepan dampak dari perkawinan usia anak bagi perempuan dapat menimbulkan tindakan diskriminasi terhadap perempuan terkait dengan persoalan kedudukan hukum antara laki-laki dan perempuan yang secara langsung akan terjadinya pelanggaran terhadap hak-hak anak.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh tayangan televisi filmboboiboy terhadap perkembangan sosial emosional anak Tk Al–Ikhwan Desa Aek Nabara Tonga Kecamatan Aek Nabara Barumun Kabupaten Padang Lawas. Penelitian inimenggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan rancangan pre-experimental designmenggunakan desain one-group pretest-posttest design. Penelitian ini menggunakan tayangan televisi serial animasi Boboiboy sebagai obyek penelitian dan menggunakan anak usia 5-6 tahun pada siswa Rombel C Aek Nabara Tonga sebanyak 15 siswa sebagai subyek penelitian Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah instrument non tes atau berupa tes unjuk kerja. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan statistik non parametik dengan ujiWilcoxon signed ranks. Hipotesis penelitian ini dapat dilihat Asymp. Sig. (2- tailed) bernilai 0,01karena nilai 0,01 lebih kecil dari <0,05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa “Ha diterima”. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa “rata- rata perkembangan sosial emosional anak usia 5-6 tahun dengan menggunakan tayangan serial animasi Boboiboy berpengaruh” dengan demikiantayangan serial animasi Boboiboy berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan sosial emosional anak siswa Rombel C TK Al–Ikhwan Desa Aek Nabara Tonga Kecamatan AekNabara Barumun Kabupaten Padang Lawas .]]>

<![CDATA[Peraturan Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral Nomor 29 Tahun 2016 tentang Mekanisme Pemberian Subsidi Tarif Tenaga Listrik untuk Rumah Tangga sdengan daya 450 VA dan rumah tangga miskin dan kurang mampu daya 900 VA. Implementasi kebijakan subsidi listrik diketahui terdapat penerima subsidi listrik yang tidak tepat sasaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan kebijakan subsidi listrik yang diberikan pemerintah melalui PT PLN (Persero) kepada masyarakat miskin dan kurang mampu. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kriteria evaluasi kebijakan yang dikembangkan William N. Dunn. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data skunder diperoleh melalui observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Informan dalam penelitian ini ditentukan melalui purposive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan subsidi listrik di Kota Banda Aceh sudah berjalan sesuai dengan tujuan yaitu meringankan beban masyarakat miskin dan kurang mampu namun belum optimal. Adanya kecurangan yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat untuk memperoleh bantuan subsidi listrik dan penyampaian informasi yang tidak tepat sasaran. Saran dalam penelitian yaitu diharapkan PT PLN (Persero) UIW Aceh dan pemerintah desa setempat melaksanakan sosialisasi secara langsung kepada masyarakat miskin dan kurang mampu dan menjadikan tanggung jawab PT PLN (Persero) dalam menentukan kelayakan penerima bantuan subsidi listrik dan diharapkan pemerintah dan/atau pemerintah daerah, Dinas Sosial dan PT PLN (Persero) dapat menciptakan inovasi baru dalam pelaksanaan kebijakan subsidi listrik agar menjadi tepat sasaran di kemudian hari.
