Abstract

Penginjilan pada dasarnya merupakan sarana yang dipakai untuk mengajak orang percaya kepada Tuhan. Pengabaran injil merupakan tugas tanggungjawab pertama dan utama yang harus dilakukan oleh gereja. Pemberitaan Injil bertujuan untuk menghasilkan jemaat atau gereja. Penginjilan sangat memiliki peranan penting dalam perkembang dan pertumbuhan gereja.Pengabaran injil harus dilakukan oleh gereja sebab itu akan sangat menentukan pertumbuhan gereja secara kuntitatas dan kualitas. Oleh sebab itu, penginjilan merupakan sesuatu hal yang sangat urgen dan harus dilaksanakan secara kontekstual. Uregensi penginjilan merupakan faktor terpenting yang harus dilakisanakan dalam konteks apa pun. Sebab penginjilan merupakan tugas utama bagi gereja dan orang percaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan mengesplor penginjilan yang kontekstua dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan gereja masa kini secara kuantitas dan kualitas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pnedekatan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian ini, akan mendeskripsikan, menganalisis terkait dengan urgensi penginjilan kontekstual dan pertumbuhan gereja masa kini

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, dan motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja dan bagaimana meningkatkannya. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada bulan Juli 2021 dengan melakukan survey sebanyak 130 responden yang semuanya adalah karyawan. Data penelitian diambil dengan menggunakan metode sampling jenuh setelah dikurangi 30 responden yang kami pergunakan untuk uji validitas dan reliabilitas, sisanya kami gunakan dalam perhitungan regresi linier berganda sebanyak 100 responden. Uji-F kami lakukan untuk mengungkap pengaruh secara simultan variable bebas terhadap variable terikat. Uji-t kami gunakan untuk menguji masing-masing variable bebas terhadap variable terikat secara parsial. Penelitian ini menghasilkan beberapa kesimpulan sebagai berikut: secara simultan ketiga variable bebas yaitu, kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, dan motivasi mempengaruhi variable terikat yaitu kepuasan kerja, secara parsial hanya variable kepemimpinan dan variabel budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, Sedangkan variable motivasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap variable kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

Tujuan di dalam penelitian ini untuk menganalisa Loyalitas pelanggan yang dipengaruhi oleh kualitas pelayanan, promosi dan persepsi harga dan cara meningkatkannya. Data diperoleh pada bulan April 2022 dengan jumlah 130 responden yang merupakan pelanggan. Teknik yang digunakan adalah teknik Roscoe untuk mengambil penelitian, lalu dikurangi 30 responden untuk uji Validitas maupun uji Reliabilitas menggunakan software SPSS. kemudian 100 responden yang digunakan untuk uji path analisis menggunakan software SmartPls semuanya adalah pengunjung di Fraser Residence Menteng. Dengan menggunakan analisis Teknik jalur untuk melihat jalur langsung dan tidak langsung sebagai variable terikat terhadap variable tidak terikat. Penelitian ini menghasilkan beberapa kesimpulan sebagai berikut: Kualitas pelayanan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, Promosi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, Persepsi harga berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, Kualitas pelayanan tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, Promosi tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, Persepsi harga berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, Kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, Kualitas pelayanan tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan, Promosi tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui loyalitas pelanggan, persepsi harga berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

Purpose: This study investigates the impact of training, organizational culture, and motivation on employee performance in a service company, focusing on both their direct and indirect relationships and strategies for improvement. The research utilizes a quantitative survey and multiple linear regression analysis. Research methodology: This research seeks to examine the influence of training, organizational culture, and motivation on employee performance within a service company. This study also examines the direct and indirect relationship between these variables in improving employee performance. Results: The study results indicate that training, organizational culture, and motivation significantly affect employee performance, both simultaneously and partially. Conclusions: Investing is not as complicated as it may seem, and with careful planning, housewives can easily contribute to their family's financial well-being through strategic investment choices. Limitations: The F test shows that the regression model meets the model suitability criteria, and simultaneously, the three independent variables affect the dependent variable, partially revealing that organizational culture and motivation affect Performance, but training does not. Contribution: This study contributes to the understanding of how training, organizational culture, and motivation interact to influence employee performance in service companies. It offers practical insights for HR practitioners and management by highlighting that while motivation and culture have a strong direct effect, training alone may require enhancement in design or delivery to be impactful. The findings also support the development of more integrated employee development programs that align organizational values with personal incentives to improve performance outcomes.

Abstract

This study explores the reciprocal relationship between job performance and organisational commitment in the context of the Chinese food restaurant industry in Jakarta. Drawing on social exchange theory and triadic reciprocal causality, the study investigates how these two variables reinforce each other in a dynamic and socially intensive work environment. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from employees at several restaurant locations through a structured questionnaire. The analysis revealed a statistically significant bidirectional effect, indicating that job performance contributes to strengthening organisational commitment, while organisational commitment also enhances individual job performance. The regression model used in this study was validated through classical assumption tests and demonstrated strong explanatory power. These findings underscore the importance of integrating performance and commitment strategies in human resource management to foster employee engagement, increase productivity, and support long-term organisational sustainability. Practical implications include the need for equitable recognition systems, ongoing training, and the development of a participatory and supportive work environment.

Abstract

Purpose: This study explores how inclusive leadership and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives influence employee engagement and how psychological safety acts as a mediating factor. Methodology/approach: This study used quantitative research methodology. Data were analyzed using SmartPLS 4.0 from a sample of 151 participants who participated in this study between August and October 2024 from private, government, and service organizations in Indonesia. The questionnaire used Likert scales to collect quantitative data on the constructs of interest, including inclusive leadership, DEI initiatives, psychological safety, and work engagement Results/findings: The findings reveal that inclusive leadership and well-implemented DEI initiatives significantly enhance employee engagement, largely through the sense of psychological safety they foster. Employees who feel psychologically safe and confident in contributing ideas or expressing concerns without fear maintain higer levels of engagement in their work. Conclusions: The findings of this study provide actionable insights for practitioners and policymakers, suggesting that fostering psychological safety through inclusive leadership and DEI initiatives can be a strategic approach to improving employee engagement. Limitations: The study is limited by its reliance on self-reported data, a cross-sectional research design, and a focus on primarily service-related sectors in Indonesia, which restrict its generalizability.  Future research should address these limitations by adopting longitudinal designs and exploring diverse industries and cultural settings to validate and extend these findings. Contribution: This study enriches the literature on leadership, diversity and inclusion (DEI), and psychological safety by exploring their interconnected effects on employee motivation and performance. It urges companies to adopt inclusive leadership and DEI initiatives that foster a culture of authenticity, openness, and trust, enhancing overall organizational effectiveness.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of analysing the influence of service quality, price perception, and product quality on consumer purchasing decisions at Soto Bebek Bu Sri Restaurant. The methodology used in this study is a quantitative approach through surveys. The sampling technique employed was accidental sampling with 100 participants. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis supported by SPSS version 29 software. The results of this study indicate that product quality has a significant impact on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, service quality and price perception do not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.
