Abstract

ABSTRACT Research Background: Family is the closest social environment that is owned by every human being. Social support is the perception and reality that an individual can get help from other people in his social network. Expressive language is the language children use to express their desires and to ask and answer questions. Children with autism disorder are children who have problems in aspects of language, one of them is expressive language. Goals: This research aims to determine whether family social support can affect the expressive language skills of children with autism at the Yogyakarta Autism Service Center. Methods: This research is a quantitative research with cross sectional research design. The sampling technique used a purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 30 autistic children at the Yogyakarta Autism Service Center. The data in this study were analyzed univariately and bivariately. The statistical test used is the Spearment Rank test. Research Result: The test results of bivariate analysis of family social support with expressive language skills of children with autism showed that ρ=0.000 with a correlation coefficient of r=0.628 it’s means that there is an influence between family social support and expressive language abilities of children with autism at the Yogyakarta Autism Service Center. The relationship between the two variables is included in the strong category with a positive direction. Conclusion: Family social support influences the expressive language skills of children with autism at the Yogyakarta Autism Service Center. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan keterikatan karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT PLN Enjiniring Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 70 responden karyawan PT PLN Enjiniring Jakarta. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan rumus yamane dengan teknik sampling insidental. Teknik analisis data menggunakan data primer; observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian uji t parsial variabel budaya organisasi (X1) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai thitung 2.248 yang artinya thitung > ttabel 2.248 > 1.995 dengan signifikan 0,028 < 0,05. Hasil uji t parsial variabel keterikatan karyawan (X2) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan (Y) dengan nilai t hitung 2.248 yang artinya t hitung > t tabel 11.863 > 1.668 dengan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil uji F secara simultan variabel budaya organisasi (X1) dan keterikatan karyawan (X2) berpengaruh simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) pada PT PLN Enjiniring Jakarta dengan nilai F Hitung sebesar 192.105 > F Tabel sebesar 3.134 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0.000 < 0,05 dengan koefisien determinasi (Rsquare) sebesar 0,852 atau 85,2% sedangkan 14,8% sisanya variabel lain diluar penelitian ini seperti motivasi, gaya kepemimpinan dan kompetensi. pengolahan data menggunakan statistical program for service solution (SPSS) versi 26 windows.   This study purpose to analyze the influence of organizational culture and employee engagement on the performance of employees of PT PLN Enjiniring Jakarta. The method used is a quantitative method with descriptive analysis. The population in this study is 70 respondents of employees of PT PLN Enjiniring Jakarta. Sampling was done using the yamane formula with an incidental sampling technique. data analysis techniques using primary data; observation, interviews, questionnaires and consultations. The results of the partial t-test of the organizational culture variable (X1) on employee performance (Y) had a significant effect with a tcount value of 2,248 which means that the tcount > ttable was 2,248 > 1,995 with a significant 0.028 < 0.05. The results of the partial t test of the variable employee attachment (X2) to employee performance (Y) have a significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a tcal value of 2,248 which means t calculated > table 11,863 > 1,668 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. The results of the F test simultaneously variable organizational culture (X1) and employee engagement (X2) have a simultaneous effect on employee performance (Y) at PT PLN Enjiniring Jakarta with an Fcal value of 192,105 > Ftable of 3,134 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05 with a determination coefficient (RSquare) of 0.852 or 85.2% While the remaining 14.8% were other variables outside this study such as motivation, leadership style and competence. data processing using Statistical Program for Service Solution (SPSS) version 26 windows.

Abstract

Speech intelligibility is an important factor in verbal communication. Children with intellectual disabilities with intellectual disabilities will face difficulties in communicating due to reduced speech intelligibility. This condition will affect social skills, mental mental state, and academics. Articulatory misplacement is one of the factor that makes difficulties in articulation accuracy.

Abstract

Kemampuan lisan pada anak pra-sekolah dapat berkaitan dengan kemampuan memori kerja (working memory), usia anak pra-sekolah dinyatakan untuk usia 3 sampai 6 tahun. Memori kerja merupakan fungsi kognitif yang sangat penting, memiliki kapasitas terbatas, yang hanya dapat menyimpan sejumlah kecil informasi dalam waktu singkat sekitar 2 sampai 3 detik. Untuk itu anak-anak dapat menyimpan dan memanipulasi informasi secara sementara dari berbagai tugas sehari-hari, seperti mengikuti instruksi yang terdiri dari beberapa langkah, memecahkan masalah, dan mempelajari konsep baru dan pemberian materi secara berulang dapat membantu memori kerja. Memori kerja yang kuat cenderung memiliki prestasi lebih baik secara akademis, terutama dalam mata pelajaran seperti matematika dan seni bahasa. Sebaliknya, anak yang memiliki memori kerja lebih lemah dapat memungkinkan kesulitan dalam belajar dan mengikuti instruksi, dan dapat menyebabkan kesulitan di sekolah dan kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

The intent of this study is to measure and describe the mathematical representation ability of vocational high school students in solving geometry problems. Using a descriptive research design with a qualitative approach, this study evaluates three primary forms of representation: visual, symbolic, and verbal. The subjects were grade XI students at Vocational School 3 Pinrang, selected to represent different levels of visual-spatial intelligence to see how it affects their representational performance. Data was collected through mathematical representation tests and semi-structured interviews. The analysis followed the stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that students' mathematical representation abilities vary significantly. High-capacity students can present geometric problems visually, interpret symbols, and construct mathematical models, although they still struggle with verbalizing conclusions. In contrast, students with low ability are primarily limited to basic image-based tasks. The results show that while visual-spatial intelligence correlates with better representational skills, overall proficiency in solving complex geometry tasks remains low across the subjects. This measurement provides a baseline for developing targeted instructional strategies in vocational geometry education.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the high interest of students in choosing schools at MAN 1 Padang Panjang, especially students from outside the Padang Panjang area. This is evidenced by the number of students from outside the Padang Panjang area which is more than students from the Padang Panjang area itself. In the 2021/2022 academic year, out of a total of 663 students, 547 of them are students from outside the Padang Panjang area. This study aims to analyze the motives of students choosing to study at MAN 1 Padang Panjang. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. This Study was analyzed using the phenomenological theory of Alfred Schutz. The informant selection technique used purposive sampling with a total of 15 informants. Data collection techniques are observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis was carried out using the Miles and Huberman interactive model consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that there are several motives that underlie and cause students to choose to study at MAN 1 Padang Panjang which is divided into motives that cause and motives that encourage them to achieve goals. Because the motifs consist of family motifs, interesting and prominent extracurriculars and the existence of a pesantren/Islamic boarding school system. within the framework of the motive consisting of a desire to be independent, deepen religious knowledge and prepare to continue education to a higher level.
