Abstract

Artikel ini memiliki tujuan untuk menelaah tentang pemikiran tokoh Al-Ghazali mengenai pendidikan serta relevansinya terhadap Pendidikan modern. Metode penelitian analisis isi (content analysis) yang penulid gunakan dalam pembuatan artikel kali ini. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif (library research) dimana penulis berusaha untuk menemukan, menyusun, dan menganalisis sumber-sumber yang telah dikumpulkan lalu memberikan Kesimpulan terkait dengan materi yang ada dalam studi. Adapun Kesimpulan dari artikel ini yaitu: 1) Al-Ghazali merupakan seorang tokoh Pendidikan Islam yang terkenal, Al-Ghazali memiliki pemikiran yang mendalam tentang Pendidikan, termasuk Pendidikan karakter dan Pendidikan akhlak. 2) konsep pemikiran Al-Ghazali mengarah pada pembentukan insan kamil yang memiliki keseimbangan antara amal, ilmu, dan akhlak. 3) Pemikiran pendidikan al-Ghazali bersifat religius-etis dan menempatkan ilmu pengetahuan pada posisi yang sangat terhormat. Al-Ghazali menekankan pentingnya untuk mengintegrasikan antara ilmu pengetahuan dengan iman, karena dalam era yang ditandai oleh kemajuan teknologi Pendidikan harus mampu menghasilkan lulusan yang tidak hanya cerdas secara intelektual, tetapi juga memiliki keimanan yang kuat.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze Ibn Khaldun's thoughts on education which include biography, concept of education, method of education, curriculum of education, and purpose of education. This study uses a qualitative approach with the type of Library Research study then traces and analyzes sources related to education then collected and concluded. The results of this study are that Ibn Khaldun believes that education is the core of human existence on this earth. In the discussion of the curriculum, Ibn Khaldun explains that the curriculum is a program of education that involves objectives, content, teaching methods and assessments. Ibn Khaldun also emphasized the importance of using creative teaching methods in order to get a positive response from students. He also advised not to use violent tactics because it has a significant impact on students, it can make students lazy. Learning the Qur'an must also be emphasized after students are able to reach a level of ability in thinking, because the Qur'an can strengthen faith in Allah and behave well as creatures of Allah. Abstract

Access to clean water is essential for human life and a key target of Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 6: Clean Water and Sanitation. However, cities in developing countries, including Padang City, Indonesia, face significant challenges in meeting the growing demand due to population growth and limited water infrastructure. This study used system dynamics modelling approach with Powersim Studio 10 to develop an integrated clean water management system for Padang City. The model simulates the dynamics of population growth, water consumption, production, and distribution efficiency over a 20-year period (2022–2042). Several policy scenarios—optimistic, moderate, and pessimistic—were tested to evaluate their impact on water availability. The baseline scenario predicts a continuous decline in clean water supply due to increasing population, high leakage rates (11.99%), and water wastage (2%), which surpass the water production growth rate (5.01%). As a result, a water deficit is expected. However, under the optimistic scenario, with increased production (10%), reduced leakage (8%), and reduced wastage (3%), Padang City could achieve a clean water surplus by 2042. The moderate and pessimistic scenarios still result in a deficit. This research highlights the value of the system dynamics modelling in forecasting urban water demand and assessing policy impacts. The findings emphasize the need for integrated planning, combining technical solutions and behavioural change, to ensure sustainable water management and support the achievement of SDG 6.

Abstract

Reaktor Upflow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket (UASB) merupakan teknologi pengolahan air limbah dengan metode anaerobik yang telah diakui manfaatnya. Kelebihan reaktor UASB dibandingkan dengan metode anaerobik dan aerobik yang lain adalah pemanfaatan energi yang rendah dan ramah lingkungan, kebutuhan ruang yang minimal, dan biaya operasional serta pemeliharaan yang rendah. Beberapa parameter utama yang mempengaruhi proses pengolahan UASB antara lain parameter suhu, Hydraulic Retention Time (HRT), Organic Loading Rate (OLR), pH, granulasi, dan mixing. Salah satu produksi biogas yang dihasilkan dari pengolahan air limbah dengan reaktor UASB adalah hidrogen. Langkah-langkah posttreatment setelah pengolahan dengan reaktor UASB merupakan hal yang perlu diperhatikan agar kualitas efflluen yang dihasilkan sesuai dengan standar yang berlaku.

Abstract

Drinking water is a very important basic need for humans. One of the detected drinking water pollution that greatly affects the quality is the content of nanoplastics. In aquatic ecosystems, nanoplastics are materials that cannot be decomposed. Through this brief review, the efficiency of removing nanoplastics using various water treatment methods will be reviewed. Some of the treatment methods reviewed are nanoplastic removal using filtration, adsorption, coagulant and flocculant addition, and CFS (Coagulation/Flocculation Sedimentation). The research method used is a literature review related to drinking water treatment to eliminate pollution by nanoplastics. The conclusion from the literature review is that the process of treating drinking water by filtration with the addition of coagulants is the most efficient treatment for removing pollution by nanoplastics, reaching 99.9%.

Abstract

Perhotelan merupakan salah satu bisnis usaha di bidang paruwisata. Salah satu perhotelan yang ada di Deli Serdang adalah Hotel Halay. Dimana selama ini dalam menentukan tingkat kedisplinan karyawannya hanya melalui observasi dan tafsiran manager, sehingga kurang efektif dan kurang professional dalam menentukan kedisplinan karyawannya. Tujuan dalam menentukan tingkat kedisiplinan karyawan adalah untuk meningkatkan pelayanan terbaik kepada pelanggan melalui para karyawan, sehinga dibuat penilaian tingkat kedisplinan kepada karyawannya untuk diberikan penghargaan dan pembinaan kepada karyawan yang kurang disiplin. Penentuan tingkat kedisplinan di tentukan ke dalam 3 cluster yaitu Sangat Baik (C1), Baik (C2), dan Cukup (C3). Algortitma yang diterapkan adalah algoritma k-meas clustering. Dimana hasil dari penerapan algoritma ini dari 10 karyawaman dapat mengasilkan Sangat Baik (C1) sebanyak 6 data, Baik (C2) sebanyak 2 data, dan Cukup (C3) sebanyak 2 data.  Sehingga dengan adanya hasil yang didapat, bisa membantu pihak  pehotelan untuk mengevaluasi para karyawannya setiap efisode.

Abstract

Air pollution is one of the most dangerous and worrying. One of the causes of air pollution is dust or Total Suspended Particulate (TSP), namely particles with a diameter of <100 μm. The Total Suspended Particulate causes visual distrurbances and respiratory disorders such as URTI (Upper Respiratory Tract Infection). According to data from Badan Pusat Statistik Kota Padang in 2018, URTI represents the highest complaint in the district Lubuk Begalung as many as 5,534 cases (28%). In the district has industrial and transportation activities which are a source of air pollution. However, in there haven’t real time monitoring of air pollution, so it is necessary to carry out air pollution simulations. This study aims to determine the concentration of TSP ambient air pollution and to analyze the distribution air pollutant in the Lubuk Begalung District, Padang City. The research method used a quantitative, where the emission inventory and meteorological data used the Gauss dispersion model and surver 15 software. The maximum TSP from measurement and modeling results was 113.42 µg/m3 and 27.16 µg/m3. This result explain about the TSP concentration is still below the National BMUA in PP RI No. 41 of 1999, which is 230 µg/m3 (still in good condition). This is different from previous studies because this study only considers sources of industrial emissions without other sources of pollution. The result of the TSP distribution is moving increasingly towards the Southwest from the emission source and reaches a maximum concentration at the coordinate point (-0.98103 oS, 100.34567 oE), according to the dominant wind direction.

Abstract

Prilaku hidup sehat di kalangan siswa-siswi sekolah dasar di desa Cikelet perlu untuk selalu dibina terutama dalam hal menjaga kesehatan gigi dan mulut. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk mewujudkan gigi dan mulut sehat adalah dengan mengambil peran oleh kelompok 4 KKN desa Cikelet sebagai fasilitator untuk memberikan penyuluhan mengenai pengetahuan terhadap pentingnya untuk selalu menjaga kesehatan gigi dan mulut. Penyuluhan dilakukan dengan menggunakan media brosur, dilanjutkan dengan sesi tanya jawab dan pengisian kuisioner mengenai bagaimana prilaku mereka selama ini dalam menjaga kesehatan gigi dan mulut. Luaran yang ingin dicapai melalui kegiatan ini adalah mewujudkan siswa-siswi sekolah dasar desa Cikelet bebas dari karies gigi untuk tahun yang akan datang.
