Abstract

The importance of happiness management is getting attention from the organization's HR because it relates to employee needs and motivations that are not only on financial operations but focus on overall employee welfare. This literature review aims to present the concept of happiness, happiness management practices in the workplace and the effects of happiness in life on activities and conditions relevant to the organization. Research findings, a positive and healthy organization can affect the happiness of its personnel. Companies must create a positive working atmosphere for employee satisfaction, Communication and collaboration, openness is needed which must support thinking, creativity and innovation, increase engagement and emotional work, and foster valuable social relationships. The meaning and purpose of life at work, considering it important to prioritize ethics, beliefs, and values, spiritually that true happiness is about being grateful for blessings and blessings, is also very likely to be associated with certain achievements and successes that are relative among human beings.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the predictive relationship between operating cash flows (OCF) and Net Profit (NP) with stock returns (SR). Quantitative research design adopts the ex-post facto model. Secondary data is used as the main source of data obtained from financial statements from four manufacturing companies from food and beverages listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2023 period, analyzed in 32 quarters of the financial statements chosen with purposive sample techniques. Data analysis from the panel data regression model approach was adopted, which is estimated to use EViews v.12. Research findings, the Common Effects Model (CEM) approach was chosen as the best data panel regression model through the Chow test, Hausman test, and LM test. The findings conclude that OCF has no positive effect on SR. NP does not have a significant positive effect on SR. This finding also confirmed that OCF and NP simultaneously do not have a significant positive effect on SR. This illustrates the variant of the relationship between OCF and NP simultaneously has a low prediction power in explaining the total SR variant. This finding can fill the existing gap, and practically the relevant data panel regression model is used to predict the return of cash flow-based shares from business operations and periodic income in several companies. But the findings of this research emphasize that many other financial performance measures are more dominant than OCF and NP, as a determinant of SR in the capital market.

Abstract

Objectives: The objective of this study is to predict and analyze the mediating role of digital transformation (DT) innovation capability (IC) and digital literacy (DL) on the relationship between digital literacy (DL) and economic competitiveness (CP) of SMEs, by proposing a model construction.Methodology: The survey method was carried out by distributing research instruments to 99 respondents, the collected data was used to analyze the relationship between digital literacy, digital transformation, innovation ability, and competitiveness, and also used to test hypotheses. Evaluation of predictions through structural equation models with partial least squares-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM).Finding: DL directly has a significant positive effect on CP. DL has a significant positive influence on DT. DL has a significant positive effect on IC. DT has a significant positive effect on CP. DT has a significant positive effect on IC. DT and IC serially have a mediating effect on the effect of DL on CP, each moderately mediating effect. Conclusion: The results of model measurement and the results of the evaluation of model suitability show that model suitability is achieved and guarantees model suitability. The results of the structural model path analysis show that all hypotheses are accepted, DT and IC serially have a mediating effect on the influence of DL on the economic competitiveness of SMEs. The novelty findings of this research produce a model of the economic competitiveness of SMEs in the digital economy era, which involves DL, DT, and IC. The implication is that to improve the effectiveness of highly competitive businesses in this era, DL, digital competence and digital transformation capabilities of human resources (HRDT) among SMEs need to be carefully prepared, and IC must be improved.

Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji besarnya kontribusi pengaruh diantara motivasi kerja, beban kerja, dan komitmen organsiasional terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sampel yang digunakan sama dengan jumlah yang ada pada populasi sebanyak 31 pegawai dengan menggunakan teknik sampling total (sensus). Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang diberikan langsung kepada responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dan analisis koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja pegawai pada UPK Dana Bergulir Masyarakat Kecamatan Lengkong Kabupaten Sukabumi dipengaruhi oleh motivasi kerja, beban kerja, dan komitmen organisasional baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Motivasi kerja memiliki efek yang lebih dominan dalam menentukan perubahan kinerja pegawai dibandingkan dengan komtmen organisasional dan beban kerja. Kata Kunci: Motivasi; Beban Kerja; Organisasional; Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan memverifikasi pentingnya upaya membangun loyalitas konsumen melalui kualitas pelayanan dan meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen. Sampel yang digunakan 86 orang konsumen, diperoleh berdasarkan teknik non probability sampling dengan menggunakan pendekatan rumus Slovin. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang didistribusikan langsung kepada responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah uji instrumen dan uji asumsi klasik, untuk kemudian dilakukan analisis uji korelasi dan analisis regresi linear berganda analisis koefisien determinasi (R2) dan analisis statistik dengan menggunakan uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa loyalitas konsumen pada PT. Nuansa Ilham Prima Sukabumi dapat dikontruksi, dibangun dan dipengaruhi oleh ketapatan pelayanan yang diberikan sehingga mampu menumbuhkan keyakinan dan kepercayaan konsumen, serta menunjukkan begitu penting dilakukan oleh perusahaan dengan meningkatkan kulitas pelayanan untuk menunjukan kemampuan pelayanan dalam memenuhi keinginan, kebutuhan dan harapan konsumen hingga mampu memberikan nilai kepuasan dan persepsi yang positif tentang perusahaan dengan segala produk dan layanan yang ditwarkannya yang berimplikasi tumbuhnya keyakinan yang kuat membuat konsumen percaya tentang proses dan kinerja dari layanan perusahaan. Kata Kunci: Persepsi Konsumen; Kualitas Pelayanan; Kepercayaan; Loyalitas Konsumen

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi nilai kedisiplinan dan pengalaman kerja serta untuk mengetahui dampaknya terhadap kinerja guru. Pendekatan rancangan penelitian menggunakan metode campuran (mixed methods research design) dengan desain the exploratory sequential. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sama dengan jumlah yang ada pada populasi sebanyak 38 orang guru dengan menggunakan teknik sampling total atau sensus. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui tahap identifikasi dimulai dengan melakukan observasi dan wawancara kemudian memberikan angket penelitian guna mendapatkan data kuantitatif. Metode analisis secara kuantitaitf digunakan model analisis regresi linear berganda dan analisis koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil identifikasi menujukkan bahwa penegakkan nilai kedisiplinan secara pasti telah dilakukan secara preventif dan pendekatan korektif dan adanya pengalaman kerja dapat meningkatkan pemahaman akan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya yang harus dilaksanakan para guru secara maksimal. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa kedisiplinan dan pengalaman kerja secara serempak berdampak positif terhadap perubahan kinerja guru pada SMK Plus Al Farhan Sukabumi. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa dibandingkan dengan pengalaman kerja, kedisiplinan memiliki peranan lebih besar dalam memberikan dampak terhadap perubahan baik buruknya kinerja guru. Kata Kunci: Kedisiplinan; Pengalaman Kerja; Kinerja Guru
