Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji Keakuratan Awal Waktu Shalat Berdasarkan Hisab Kontemporer Di Masjid Kelurahan Macanang Kabupaten Bone. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah bagaimana metode awal waktu shalat berdasarkan hisab kontemporer dan bagaimana akurasi awal waktu shalat berdasarkan hisab kontemporer di masjid Kelurahan Macanang Kabupaten Bone. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa metode awal waktu shalat berdasarkan hisab kontemporer menggunakan metode ephemeris yang merupakan metode perhitungan falak. Dan metode yang digunakan pada masjid-masjid yang ada di Kelurahan Macanang yakni menggunakan jadwal sepanjang masa dan jam digital. Awal waktu shalat dari beberapa masjid yang ada di Kelurahan Macanang Kabupaten Bone, jika dibandingkan dengan metode ephemeris 1 masjid yang memilki selisih 1menit sedangkan masjid yang lainnya memilki selisih 5-9 menit, sehingga menurut penulis waktu shalat yang ada di Kelurahan Macanang Kabupaten Bone perlu ditinjau kembali. Kata Kunci : Akurasi, Waktu Shalat, Hisab Kontemporer

Abstract

Abstrack This research discusses the Bugis Tribal Dating System Falak Science Perspective (Analysis of Good Days and Bad Days in the Bugis CalendarThe perception of the people in Karangan Village of Pinrang Regency towards the Bugis dating system is all good because the community has long used Bugis dating by looking at Ompo'na Ulengnge and a good time to do an event. But there are also people who do not understand the dating system but use it by asking people who know the dating system. Bugis calendar in Karangan Village using Lontara Pitue or the system 7 days a week is the same as the calendar used around the world. The Bugis dating system of falak science perspective uses the circulation of the moon and believes all days are good days. It's just a better day between those good days. The bugis dating system in Karangan Village can be used because of its benchmark to good things and does not teach that must worship other than Allah Swt. Keywords : Dating, Bugis, Falak Science Abstrak Penelitian ini membahas tentang Sistem Penanggalan Suku Bugis Perspektif Ilmu Falak (Analisis Terhadap Hari Baik dan Hari Buruk Dalam Kalender Suku Bugis). Persepsi masyarakat di Desa Karangan Kabupaten Pinrang terhadap sistem penanggalan Suku Bugis semua baik karena masyarakat tersebut sudah lama menggunakan penanggalan Bugis dengan cara melihat Ompo’na Ulengnge dan waktu yang baik untuk melakukan suatu acara. Namun ada juga masyarakat yang tidak memahami sistem penanggalan tersebut tetapi menggunakannya dengan cara bertanya kepada orang yang mengetahui sistem penanggalan tersebut. Penanggalan Bugis di Desa Karangan menggunakan Lontara Pitue atau sistem 7 hari dalam sepekan sama dengan kalender yang dipakai seluruh dunia. Sistem penanggalan Suku Bugis perspektif Ilmu Falak menggunakan peredaran bulan dan mempercayai semua hari adalah hari baik. Hanya saja hari yang lebih baik diantara hari-hari baik tersebut. Sistem penanggalan Suku Bugis di Desa Karangan bisa dipakai karena patokannya kepada hal-hal yang baik dan tidak mengajarkan bahwa harus menyembah selain Allah swt. Kata Kunci : Penanggalan, Bugis, Ilmu Falak

Abstract

Facing the Qibla is one of the requirements for the validity of prayer, the determination and accurate measurement of the Qibla direction is closely related to the method or instrument used. Along with the times, the instruments used in determining and measuring the Qibla direction also experienced developments from the traditional ones to the most modern tools. This study aims to find out how the community determines the Qibla direction of the Al-Mujahidin mosque and how the accuracy of the Qibla direction of the Al-Mujahidin mosque after measurements are made using these instruments. The type of research used is field research (field research) which is descriptive qualitative, this research uses a normative syar'i and sociological approach, the data sources in this study are primary data and secondary data. data processing and data analysis techniques in the form of: data reduction, data presentation, inference and verification and final conclusion. The results of this study are: the method of measuring the Qibla direction used by the people of the Kingdom of Bone in determining the Qibla direction of the Al-Mujahidin mosque is the shadow of the Sun. The results of measuring the Qibla direction of the Al-Mujahidin mosque which have been carried out using the Qibla Tracker are off 17º, using a special stick deviated 16º, and using Google Earth are off 14º. The implication of this research is that it is hoped that the Bone Regency government, especially the Ministry of Religion, will re-verify the Qibla direction of the Al-Mujahidin Mosque so that the deviations that occur can be corrected. It is hoped that the Bone Regency government will disseminate information about the accuracy of the Qibla direction because of the differences in the results of measuring the Qibla direction of the old mosque with the new research instrument.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang metode penentuan arah kiblat dengan masalah utama yaitu bagaimana analisis akurasi azimut bintang dalam penentuan arah kiblat di pantai Bira Kabupaten Bulukumba?. Penulis menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan syar’i berdasarkan al-quran dan hadis serta pendekatan astronomi dengan melakukan pengamatan langsung dengan objek benda-benda langit. Metode penentuan arah kiblat dengan menggunakan azimut bintang memiliki tingkat keakuratan dalam pengukuran arah kiblat yang cukup akurat dan bisa di jadikan sebagai penentuan arah kiblat yang merupakan alternatif lain ketika disiang hari tidak bisa menentukan arah kiblat. sehingga bisa di katakan bahwa pengukuran dengan metode bintang pada malam hari dapat digunakan sebagai standarisasi penentuan arah kiblat dan akurat. peneliti berharap untuk kedepannya agar memperbanyak ilmu terkait pengukuran arah kiblat karena masih banyak objek benda langit yang dapat di jadikan sebagai acuan dalam penentuan arah kiblat yang terpenting objeknya memiliki azimut. Menentuka arah kiblat dengan menggunakan azimut bintang dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif pada malam hari, meskipun harus melihat kondisi cuaca dan kondisi sekitar saat akan melakukan pengamatan pada malam hari.Kata Kunci : Akurasi, Azimut Bintang, Kiblat

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada toleransi kemelencengan arah kiblat dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui konsep penentuan arah kiblat dan mengetahui toleransi kemelencengan arah kiblat perspektif ilmu falak. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian library research dengan menggunakan pendekatan syar’i, astronomis, historis dan normatif. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa konsep mengenai arah kiblat menurut para tokoh dalam praktiknya yakni dengan menggunakan fenomena alam seperti matahari, bulan atau planet-planet lainnya dalam menentukan arah kiblat. Sebuah masjid dianggap masih akurat bila arah bangunan tidak melenceng diatas 1 derajat busur dari arah Ka’bah. Secara perhitungan matematis, toleransi kemelencengan arah kiblat 10busur=111/110 km. Apabila bangunan masjid menghadap kekota Makkah dengan matematis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa 104'00"dan 00 24’00” merupakan batas toleransi yang diperbolehkan dalam menghadap kiblat dari posisi Ka’bah. Meskipun demikian diharapkan agar perhitungan dan pengukuran arah kiblat dapat dilakukan dengan seakurat mungkin dengan mempertimbangkan datadata dan alat ukur yang akurat serta meminimalisir faktor human eror sedemikian rupa.

Abstract

Abstract In the lunar calendar there are three white days, namely on days where the moon looks bright at night on the 13th, 14th and 15th (full moon), however, to distinguish the 14th and 15th by means of a rukyat in a month is very difficult because in the month full moon reflected moonlight is just as bright so contemporary reckoning is needed. The type of research used is library research with an astronomical and syar'i research approach. equipped with primary data and secondary data. Processing and analysis of data through the process of editing data, transforming data and presenting data. The research results obtained by calculating the full moon with the Jean Meeus algorithm for the month of Ramadan 1444 H, first converting the UT time to JD which is then converted to JDE. Find T to find M, M', F, and Ω. The difference in the calculation results from the Meeus and ephemeris algorithms is very large, around 19h 11m 19d. Meeus uses the long formula while ephemeris uses the RI Ministry of Religion's moon-solar data. Keywords: Algorithm, Ephemeris, Lunar Calendar

Abstract

The determination of the beginning of the Hijri month has the term matlak, but what is the background for the emergence of the term matlak and the difference in the unification of matlak for determining the beginning of the Hijri month in astronomy. The type of research used is library research with an astronomical and syar'i research approach, supplemented by primary data and secondary data. Processing and analysis of data through the process of editing data, transforming data and presenting data. The results of this study found that the context of the emergence of the term matlak to determine the beginning of the Hijri month is found in the hadith of Muslim narrations about the incident between Kuraib and Ibnu. Astronomically, differences are caused by differences in latitude and longitude of an area, matlak unification is contained in the principle of matlak unity. The implication of this research is that the matlak phenomenon is widely studied because it is very influential in determining when the Hijri month begins or ends.

Abstract

This article aims to describe and analyze the renaming of children for health, from the perspective of Islamic law and customary law which is then linked to what happened in Ex. Bontoparang, Kec. Parangloe, Kab. Gowa, South Sulawesi. In answering the above problems, the author uses Field Research, namely research that raises data and problems in the field (location of research). The sources of data obtained include primary data and secondary data. This study uses a type of qualitative research using an empirical juridical approach, namely to find out how a law is implemented and how the process is enforced. The results of this study indicate that in Ex. Bontoparang, Kec. Parangloe, Kab. Gowa, South Sulawesi, there is a public belief that if a child is often sick, his name will be changed. Scholars disagree about the name that is most loved by Allah swt., some argue: the name of the prophets while the majority of scholars agree that the name most loved by Allah swt is the name that is leaned on (iḍāfaāt) to Asmā al-ḥusnā. Myth or belief in something that is beyond reason is something that has long existed in Indonesian society, especially in South Sulawesi. In interviews conducted by researchers, almost the majority of respondents stated and understood that they did not really think about whether changing their name due to health was a myth or not. Because they think that as long as it is good then it is legal to do and practice it. With good intentions and goals, they take the initiative to change their name or their child to make it better than before. Those who were sick before are healthy.

Abstract

This study discusses the Practice of Qadha Fasting by Heirs for the Deceased (Comparative Analysis of the Shafi'i School and the Maliki School). The main problem in this study is how the provisions for the practice of fasting qadha. How is the authority of heirs in the practice of fasting qadha according to the school of jurisprudence. What are the differences and similarities in the opinions of the jurisprudence school about the practice of fasting qadha? This type of research used is library research or literature review. This research uses qualitative research methods that are descriptive, using two data sources, namely primary data and secondary data where primary data are taken from literature such as books, journals, scientific papers such as theses, theses and so on. This study also uses a normative approach syar 'i, in analyzing content and making deductive conclusions, namely taking something that is general and drawn on a specific conception. The conclusion of the research results is that Imam Shafi'i obliges to replace fasting by paying fidyah for heirs who have passed away. Imam Malik is not obliged to fast for deceased heirs. Imam Shafi'i's istinbat method uses a method based on the Nash text of the Qur'an and Sunnah. While what is understood in establishing the law of fasting qadha for heirs who have died Imam Malik uses the qiyas method based on hadith, in a comparison of opinions, Imam Shafi'i argues that it is mandatory to replace it by paying fidyah for heirs who have passed away while Imam Malik argues that his guardian is not obliged to fast to bear all the fasts left by the mayit, except when the mayit while still alive wills to change his fast.

Abstract

Tulisan ini menjelaskan sejauh mana pengaruh kalender Islam sebagai kalender keseharian umat Islam dari berbagai aspek, baik ibadah maupun muamalah. Adapun jenis penelitian kualitatif kepustakaan (library research) melalui pendekatan normatif kasuistik. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dengan penalaran deduktif. Penalaran deduktif yang disebut juga dengan penalaran bersifat normatif menjabarkan ideal normatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan di antara salah satu keunggulan praktisnya dibandingkan kalender masehi adalah selisih 11 hari setiap tahun. Betapa besar urgensi penetapan waktu kalender Islam atau Hijriah yang berkaitan dengan ibadah khususnya zakat fitrah dan zakat maal. Eksitensi Kalender Hijriah dapat menguntungkan dan mendapatkan pahala atas keabsahan ibadah sedangkan tidak mempergunakan kalender Hijriah akan bermuara pada kerugian. Sehingga wajib umat Islam melaksanakan kewajibannya dalam pembayaran zakat menggunakan kalender Islam atau sesuai dengan peredaran bulan bukan peredaran Matahari/kalender Romawi. Sebab alangkah naifnya mengatas namakan ibadah namun tidak mempergunakan kalender Islam. Konsekuensinya, hal tersebut berdampak kepada aktifitas dan transaksi ekonomi dengan pertimbangan bahwa pada setiap 30 tahun kalender Masehi tentu menguntungkan satu tahun kalender Hijriah.
