Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a significant role in strengthening regional economies and providing employment opportunities, particularly in developing cities. The Government of Lubuklinggau City implements assistance programs for MSME actors aimed at enhancing business capacity, competitiveness, and sustainability through funding support, training, and other supporting facilities. In practice, the selection process for aid recipients is often challenging due to multiple evaluation criteria, diverse data, and the potential for subjectivity in assessments. To address these challenges, this study applies the Combined Compromise Solution (COCOSO) method as an optimization approach in the decision-making process. COCOSO is a metaheuristic algorithm that integrates parallel cooperation and information exchange mechanisms among subpopulations, producing more optimal solutions and accelerating convergence. In this research, COCOSO is utilized to process various selection criteria,. The list of alternatives was obtained from the Department of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises of Lubuklinggau City. The experimental results indicate that this approach provides fairer, more objective, and transparent decision-making compared to traditional methods. Therefore, COCOSO can serve as an effective decision support system to assist the government in distributing MSME assistance programs more accurately and precisely in Lubuklinggau City

Abstract

The development of digital technology requires the world of education to continuously adapt to create innovative and interactive learning processes. One learning medium that is starting to be widely developed is the digital interactive board. However, the use of this technology in schools, especially at SD-IT Al-Ikhlas, still faces obstacles, particularly limited teacher competency in operating and integrating it into learning. This community service activity aims to improve teacher competency in using digital interactive boards as an innovative learning medium. The implementation method includes socialization, training, and direct mentoring for partner teachers. The results of the activity show an increase in teacher understanding and skills in operating digital interactive boards and integrating them into the learning process. In addition, teachers have become more creative in developing interactive and engaging learning materials for students. Thus, this mentoring activity is expected to support the improvement of the quality of learning and digital literacy in the school environment

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap strategi pemasaran dan penjualan produk. Salah satu inovasi yang berkembang pesat adalah penggunaan platform marketplace sebagai media penjualan. Sebelumnya, PT. Sinar Bakery hanya mengandalkan penjualan konvensional melalui toko fisik dan pemesanan langsung. Hal ini membatasi jangkauan pasar dan menimbulkan kendala efisiensi dalam proses distribusi dan promosi. Karena hal itu maka dirasa perlu diadakannya pelatihan dan pendampingan tentang penggunaan marketplace, Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi penjualan pada PT. Sinar Bakery melalui penerapan platform marketplace sebagai media distribusi dan promosi digital. PT. Sinar Bakery merupakan usaha mikro yang sebelumnya mengandalkan metode penjualan konvensional dengan jangkauan pasar yang terbatas. Ruang lingkup kegiatan mencakup pelatihan dan pendampingan penggunaan marketplace (seperti Shopee dan Tokopedia) sebagai media pemasaran dan transaksi. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif dalam program pengabdian masyarakat, yang terdiri dari tahapan identifikasi masalah, pelatihan, pendampingan teknis, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis hasil penjualan sebelum dan sesudah implementasi marketplace. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan volume penjualan sebesar 40%, efisiensi biaya operasional sebesar 20%, serta perluasan jangkauan pasar.
