Abstract

In the current era of globalization and digitalization, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) face increasingly complex challenges in maintaining and improving their competitiveness. Optimizing strategic management is crucial to ensure that MSMEs can not only survive but also excel in the tight business competition. This study aims to identify and analyze effective management strategies for MSMEs to improve their competitiveness. The research methodology involves qualitative and quantitative analysis through case studies of MSMEs in various industrial sectors. Data were obtained from in-depth interviews with MSME owners, surveys, and internal documentation analysis. Key findings indicate that MSMEs that successfully implement optimal management strategies—such as product innovation, utilization of digital technology, effective human resource management, and targeted marketing strategies—can significantly improve their competitive position. This study concludes that the implementation of strategic management based on a deep understanding of market needs, adaptation to changes in the business environment, and the use of modern technology are key factors in achieving competitive advantage. Practical recommendations for MSMEs include developing market analysis capabilities, improving digital skills, and implementing more structured management practices. By implementing these recommendations, MSMEs are expected to increase their competitiveness and contribute more to local and national economic growth.

Abstract

Indonesia's Umrah travel sector is experiencing swift expansion within the country's bustling tourism landscape. Given Indonesia's sizable Muslim populace, the annual demand for Umrah pilgrimage remains consistently high. Organizing travel aims to provide guidance, service and protection to the congregation. The aim of this study is how customer loyalty affects brand image, promotion and service quality for Al Insani Sidoarjo Umrah travel. The quantitative research method is one that is used. The population of this research consists of Al Insani Sidoarjo Umrah travel customers. A total of 112 people were used as samples, namely as participants. Samples were taken using purposive sampling technique. Instrument testing, hypothesis testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and classical assumption testing via the SPSS version 22 application are several data analysis methodologies. The results show that the variables brand image, promotion and service quality partially have a positive and significant impact on the loyalty of Umrah Al Insani Sidoarjo travel customers. Then brand image, promotion, service quality simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty of Al Insani Sidoarjo Umrah travel.

Abstract

Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Desa adalah rencana keuangan tahunan pemerintah desa untuk desa dalam memajukan desa.  Dengan diberikannya kewenangan pengelolaan keuangan desa dan adanya dana desa, seharusnya desa semakin terbuka dan responsibilitas terhadap proses pengelolaan keuangan. Upaya pengelolaan dana desa dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat seringkali mengalami berbagai kendala yang mengakibatkan buruknya kinerja pengelolaan desa. Alokasi Dana Desa adalah dana yang bersumber dari Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah yang dialokasikan dengan tujuan pemerataan kemampuan keuangan antar desa untuk mendanai kebutuhan desa dalam rangka penyelenggaraan pemerintahan dan pelaksanaan pembangunan serta pelayanan masyarakat, yang disalurkan dari Kabupaten melalui Kas Desa. Berdasarkan laporan keuangan desa Temuireng tahun 2022, penerimaan dana dari desa dinilai cukup besar, yaitu persentase pemberdayaan masyarakat desa adalah sekitar Rp. 206.361.800,- atau sebesar 1,4% dari total dana desa. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang menganalisis bentuk akuntabilitas penggunaan anggaran dana desa berupa pembangunan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat di desa Temuireng Kecamatan Dawarblandong Kabupaten Mojokerto. Sebagai alat ukur atas pelaksanaan Anggaran Dana Desa adalah Penatausahaan, Pembangunan Desa dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan konsep triangulasi yang di sebut juga gabungan dari observasi partsipatif, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif.

Abstract

Optimizing production planning and scheduling is a crucial aspect in improving operational efficiency in the competitive industrial era. This article discusses the importance of proper production planning and scheduling strategies to forecast demand and efficiently manage resource allocation, as well as effective scheduling to minimize downtime and increase throughput. The company has the possibility of not only providing better services to customers, but also reducing costs, and increasing efficiency, thus achieving a sustainable competitive advantage. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. The research was conducted by collecting information, then analyzed, and synthesized from various sources, including, journals, articles, and online publications.

Abstract

Work design is a crucial human resource (HR) management element that directly affects organizational productivity. This research examines how aspects of work design, including physical arrangements, task division, team interaction, and organizational culture, can influence employee motivation and performance. With the right approach, work design creates a comfortable and supportive environment and encourages collaboration and innovation. Through an analysis of best practices in work design, this article identifies strategies organizations can implement to improve HR productivity and the long-term implications for business success. The results of this study show that the role of work design is crucial in improving HR productivity. Implementation of appropriate and good work design will increase the productivity of appropriate human resources to achieve the goals desired by the company or organization.

Abstract

The digitalization of trade has brought major changes to the business world in Indonesia. However, the digital divide that is still widespread is a major barrier for MSMEs to participate in the digital economy. This research explores the factors that cause the digital divide in Indonesia, such as access to infrastructure, digital literacy, and government support. Case studies conducted on a number of MSMEs in rural and urban areas reveal that lack of access to high-speed internet, limited digital skills, and high operational costs are the main challenges. Apart from that, this research also highlights various government initiatives in overcoming the digital divide and provides policy recommendations to accelerate digital inclusion for MSMEs.

Abstract

In era society 5.0 the development of technology and information is growing very quickly and developing increasingly rapidly. Companies that can compete in the era society 5.0 are companies maximizing the benefits of information technology developments, especially in the product marketing process, digital marketing strategy is one of the most effective strategies. And efficient to carry out the product marketing process. This research aims to determine the implementation of digital marketing strategies in the era of society 5.0 in Mas Arta meatball tofu producers. The research method used is a qualitative method with an interpretive paradigm which aims to gain insight into the digital marketing strategy implemented by the Mas Arta meatball tofu producer in the era of society 5.0. The results of this research are the iImplementation of Digital Marketing Strategy in the Society 5.0 Era at the Mas Arta Bakso Tofu Producer for its consumers referring to the digital marketing marketing mix. There are several components in the digital marketing marketing mix, namely; Product, price, distribution, promotion, so that these components run well, the Mas Arta meatball tofu producer takes an integrated digital marketing approach. This approach is used to answer the implementation of digital marketing strategies in the era of society 5.0 for the Mas Arta meatball tofu producer: Using advertising/ads on the applied platform, Carrying out live/introducing products directly through the social media used, Utilizing content creators as the originator of product marketing.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji dampak work-life balance dan dukungan organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja dan retensi karyawan di kalangan karyawan Milenial dan Gen-Z di Bogasari Flour Mills Surabaya. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terstruktur yang disebarkan kepada 150 responden, yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) untuk analisis data guna menguji hubungan antar variabel. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa work-life balance dan dukungan organisasi secara signifikan meningkatkan kepuasan kerja, yang pada gilirannya berdampak positif pada retensi karyawan. Kepuasan kerja diidentifikasi sebagai faktor paling kritis yang memengaruhi retensi dan berfungsi sebagai variabel mediasi dalam hubungan antara work-life balance, dukungan organisasi, dan retensi karyawan. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar organisasi menerapkan kebijakan kerja yang fleksibel, meningkatkan keterlibatan karyawan dalam pengambilan keputusan, memastikan keadilan dalam promosi dan kompensasi, serta memperkuat peran pengawasan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan retensi. Selain itu, jalur pengembangan karier yang jelas melalui program pelatihan terstruktur dapat meningkatkan komitmen jangka panjang karyawan terhadap organisasi. Wawasan ini memberikan implikasi berharga bagi strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia yang bertujuan untuk membina lingkungan kerja yang mendukung dan menarik guna mempertahankan bakat-bakat terbaik.

Abstract

This study reveals how e-commerce and service quality impact online purchase decisions among housewives. This study is motivated by the rapid growth of e-commerce, which has significantly changed purchasing dynamics and consumer behavior, especially among housewives, who play an essential role in purchasing decisions. The purpose of this study is to explore whether e-commerce and service quality have an impact on online purchasing decisions. The population in this study consisted of housewives in the Cerme sub-district in Gresik district - East Java. The population was sampled using the Cluster Random Sampling technique, so 239 respondents were used. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results revealed that e-commerce and quality services together have a significant impact on online purchasing decisions. Further results show that consumer behavior variables also influence online purchasing decisions. Finally, this study has a significant relationship with the digital marketplace business and industry and recommendations for further research.

Abstract

The current development of digitalization for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) faces increasingly complex challenges in increasing and maintaining competitiveness. Optimization of marketing strategies is very crucial, to ensure that MSMEs can survive, but have an advantage in business competition in the digital era. This study aims to develop innovation in digitalization for the sustainability of MSMEs. The methodology of this study uses qualitative and quantitative analysis through case studies of MSMEs from various industrial sectors. Data was obtained from interviews with MSME survey actors, and analyzing documentation internally. The findings show that MSMEs have succeeded in implementing marketing strategies by innovating from the products they make, managing human resources effectively, utilizing digital technology that continues to develop, and implementing marketing strategies in a targeted manner. This study can be concluded that MSMEs are able to implement digital-based marketing strategies to the development of the business environment and the use of modern technology which are key factors in achieving competitive advantage. MSME recommendations are practically a development in market analysis capabilities, improving digital skills, and implementing structured management practices. The implementation of recommendations for MSMEs is expected to increase competitiveness and contribute more to economic growth locally and nationally.
