Abstract

To achieve this goal, a study was conducted using a sample of 50 people, using a random census method. Methods of data analysis using simple linear regression. Based on the results of work ability testing has a significant effect on employee productivity Harvesting at PT. “SSS”, Bengkalis Regency, this is proven based on the t test, it found that t-count is greater than t-table (5.797 > 2.011). The value of R. Square (R2) = (0.642 X 0.642 = 0.412) or 41.2%, the percentage of contribution or contribution of the workability variable to the productivity variable is 0.412 or 41.2% while the remaining 68.8% is influenced by other variables that ignored or not examined in this study. Recommendations that can be submitted It is expected that work supervision of employees must be further improved because from the respondents' answers about the field foreman continuing to supervise harvester activities the lowest response was in the statement quite agree, it can be said that supervision must be a top priority for employees

Abstract

Research conducted on CV. PLanet Supermarket Marpoyan Pekanbaru City. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of procedural justice on employee job satisfaction at CV. Planet Supermarket Marpoyan Pekanbaru City with a sample of 91 employees. Based on the research results it is known that there is an effect of procedural justice on employee job satisfaction at CV. Planet Swalayan Marpoyan Pekanbaru City simple linear regression is as follows Y = 23,173 + 0,284 X. This equation means that when Procedural Justice (X) does not exist or is zero, employee satisfaction (Y) is still obtained by 23,173 units. While the effect of Procedural Justice (X) on employee satisfaction (Y) is positive as evidenced by the results of the regression coefficient (b) of 0.284 which means that every increase in Procedural Justice (X) of one unit will increase employee satisfaction (Y) on CV . Planet Supermarket Marpoyan Pekanbaru City of 0.284 units. The results of SPSS data processing show that there is a tcount of 1,996, so the hypothesis test is tcount = 1,996 > ttable = 1,986 and also a significance level of 0.049 <0.05 which means that there is a significant influence between Procedural Justice (X) on employee satisfaction (Y) at CV. Planet Supermarket Marpoyan Pekanbaru City. In the coefficient test, the R Square value is 0.043. This means that the contribution of the Influence of Procedural Justice (X) to Employee Satisfaction (Y) at CV. Planet Supermarket Marpoyan City of Pekanbaru is 4.3%. While the remaining 95.7% is influenced by other variables not described in this study

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of sales promotion on purchasing decisions at CV. Pelangi Media Pustaka Pekanbaru. Using a total sample of 100 people. In this study, the author uses a quantitative descriptive research method using the SPSS method. From the results obtained t count of the sales promotion variable is 7.261 and the t table value is 1.66055. So t count > t table (7.261 > 1.66055) and a significant value of 0.00 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that the sales promotion variable can influence consumer purchasing decisions. In testing the coefficient of determination (R) obtained a value of R = 0.591 means the relationship between the independent variable (sales promotion) to the dependent variable (consumer purchasing decisions) is 35% and while the remaining 65% is influenced by other variables that are not careful. Finally, from this study it can be concluded that sales promotion has a significant influence on purchasing decisions in consumers, so it is recommended to CV. Pelangi Media Pustaka Pekanbaru can improve sales promotions to improve consumer purchasing decisions and achieve company goals.

Abstract

Kosiok Island in Muara Jalai Village has unique potential as a conservation-based tourism destination that requires professional management to achieve superior and sustainable services. This research and community service activity aims to improve the quality of tourism services through intensive training and mentoring for local managers. The methods used included needs analysis, theoretical and practical training, and direct field mentoring. The training covered key topics such as conservation and ecotourism principles, tourist service standards, operational management, and digital marketing strategies. The results of this activity demonstrated a significant increase in managers' understanding of the concept of conservation integrated with tourism, improvements in service operational standards, and enhanced communication and tour guiding skills based on local and environmental knowledge. Ongoing mentoring ensured the implementation of best practices that focus on an educational tourist experience and minimize negative impacts on the environment. In conclusion, structured training and mentoring empower local managers, which in turn will drive improvements in the quality of tourism services, maintain the sustainability of the Kosiok Island ecosystem, and sustainably improve the well-being of the Muara Jalai Village community.ABSTRAKPulau Kosiok di Desa Muara Jalai memiliki potensi unik sebagai destinasi wisata berbasis konservasi yang membutuhkan pengelolaan profesional untuk mencapai layanan yang unggul dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian dan kegiatan PKM ini bertujuan untuk memperbaiki mutu layanan wisata melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan intensif bagi para pengelola lokal. Metode yang digunakan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, pelatihan teoritis dan praktis, serta pendampingan langsung di lapangan. Pelatihan mencakup materi penting seperti prinsip-prinsip konservasi dan ekowisata, standar pelayanan wisatawan, manajemen operasional, serta strategi pemasaran digital. Temuan kegiatan ini memperlihatkan lonjakan yang nyata pada pemahaman pengelola mengenai konsep konservasi yang terintegrasi dengan pariwisata, perbaikan dalam standar operasional layanan, dan peningkatan keterampilan komunikasi serta pemanduan wisata yang berbasis pengetahuan lokal dan lingkungan. Pendampingan berkelanjutan memastikan penerapan praktik terbaik yang berfokus pada pengalaman wisatawan yang mendidik dan meminimalisir dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan. Kesimpulannya, pelatihan dan pendampingan yang terstruktur mampu memberdayakan pengelola lokal, yang pada gilirannya akan mendorong peningkatan mutu layanan wisata, menjaga kelestarian ekosistem Pulau Kosiok, dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Muara Jalai secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on public satisfaction at the Village Head Office "X". The method used in this study is descriptive and quantitative, with a simple random sampling technique of 81 respondents. The results of the simple linear regression analysis show the regression equation Y = 13.703 + 0.741X. The constant of 13.703 indicates that if the service quality (X) is zero, public satisfaction (Y) remains at 13.703. The regression coefficient of 0.741 indicates that every one unit increase in service quality will increase public satisfaction by 0.741 units, which indicates a positive influence between the two variables. The t-test results obtained tcount = 9.184, greater than ttable = 1.99045 (α = 0.05; df = 79), so Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, which means that service quality has a significant effect on public satisfaction. The correlation value of R = 0.738 indicates a strong relationship, while the R² value of 0.645 indicates that service quality contributes 64.5% to public satisfaction, while the remaining 35.5% is influenced by factors outside this research model. This study concludes that improving service quality can significantly increase public satisfaction at the Village Head's Office "X".
