Abstract

Belajar mengatur atau mengelola ekonomi keluarga merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam rumah tangga. Pemahaman dasar terkait manajemen keuangan perlu disosialisasikan dan diterapkan pada keluarga ibu-ibu PKK di Desa Libo Jaya Kecamatan Kandis Kabupaten Siak karena dengan bertambahnya pengetahuan cara mengatur dan mengaplikasikan pencatatan keuangan keluarga dengan baik dan benar sejak dini maka ibu-ibu PKK di Desa Libo Jaya Kecamatan Kandis Kabupaten Siak bisa mencegah dan membatasi pengeluaran keuangan yang tidak penting, sehingga dikemudian hari tidak terjadi pemborosan. Pada saat kunjungan diskusi dengan Kepala Desa Libo Jaya dan mengenai jadwal dan waktu yang tepat untuk pelaksanaan penyuluhan. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah memberikan materi tentang pengenalan manajemen dan tata kelola keuangan secara sederhana untuk keluarga, dan diskusi serta tanya jawab. Pemberian materi ini diharapkan mampu menciptakan kesadaran untuk ibu-ibu PKK di Desa Libo Jaya Kecamatan Kandis Kabupaten Siak untuk mampu mengelola keuangan keluarga dengan baik dan tepat.

Abstract

The implementation of community service (PKM) by STIE Riau lecturers has revealed that the main issues local communities face are those related to roads, infrastructure, transportation, education, health, income inequality, employment, poverty, and unemployment, as well as issues with electricity and communication networks. The STIE Riau PKM team carried out this effort as inspiration and enlightenment in thinking to improve the economic level of households. The team held meetings, discussions, and continued with training in making liquid dishwashing soap. They also symbolically planted mangrove seedlings with the village head and residents on the coast of Teluk Lecah Village

Abstract

This paper seeks to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance in the office staff of the Air Tiris Sub-district Head, Kampar Regency. Methodology/approach – The research was conducted at the Air Tiris sub-district office, Kampar Regency. This study uses simple linear regression with a sample of 31 employees and data collection using questionnaires and documentation. Hypotheses and data calculate use SPSS versi 25. Findings – Based on the results of the study, it was found that work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance at PT Mitra Dana Putra Utama Finance Pekanbaru. This is reflected in the t-value of 5.869 with a significance of 0.000 and t-table of 2.021, which means t-count > t-table. The influence of work discipline on employee performance is 48.2%, while the remaining 51.8% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The purpose of holding this Community Service (PKM) is to see the potential of housewives, especially in RT 01 RW 03 Graha Bangun Permai Housing, Tarai Bangun in supporting their family's economy, by carrying out activities that have economic value. Driven by the increasing needs of families from year to year, a solution must be found immediately, when the monthly income is not sufficient from the head of the family or husband, that is when the role of the housewife comes into play to help the family economy. This service method is carried out in the form of short training and simulations/demonstrations of the product objects that are made. The implementation of this PKM activity went according to expectations, and training in making crispy tofu meatballs could be carried out for the mothers who were the audience in this activity. After the PKM was held by lecturers from STIE Riau with the topic and product of making crispy tofu meatballs in RT 01 of the Graha Bangun Permai housing complex, inspiration was opened for a business that could help the family economy

Abstract

The objective of this research is to know the influence of service quality with the indicator of reliability, responsiveness, guarantee, attention and physical proof to patient satisfaction of Thamrin Cab Clinic Laboratory. Pekanbaru. Samples were taken as many as 100 respondents from patients who have performed health checks at the Thamrin Cab Clinic Laboratory. Pekanbaru. Based on the results of the study note that there is influence of service quality on patient satisfaction with regression equation Y = -5.466 + 0.334X1 + 0.246X2 + 0.228X3 + 0.266X4 + 0.209X5. Simultaneously Fcount value is 116.477 with significant level 0.000. Therefore, in both calculations Fcount> Ftable (116.477> 2.31) and the significance level is 0.000 <0.05, it indicates that Ho is rejected or significant, which means independent variable / independent variable (reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, tangible) jointly affect the satisfaction of patient Lab. Partially by using t test obtained free variable that is reliability / reliability with titung 8.705> ttable 1.985, responsiveness / responsiveness with t count 6.002> ttabel 1.985, assurance / assurance with t count 3.234> ttabel 1.985, empathy / attention with tcount 3.376> ttabel 1.985 , tangible / physical proof with thitung 4,318> ttabel 1,985. R Square (R2) of 0.854 or 85.4%, it shows that the dependent variable (patient satisfaction) can be explained by 85.4% by independent variable (reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, tangible) while the remaining 14.6% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this study. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the performance of the management of the Bumi Asih Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) in Rokan Hulu Regency. The population used in this study were all cooperative managers totaling 30 people. Thus the sample of this study is 30 cooperative managers. The data analysis method used is descriptive and quantitative. The regression results obtained that can be seen in fact that the three variables (X) are the factors of education and training variables (X1) 1.334 <2.052, not significant for the variable (Y). Factor variable employee welfare 2,393> 2,052 significant to variable (Y) and Motivation Factor variable 0,272 <2,052. not significant to variable (Y). Viewed from the results of linear regression that the determinant coefficient value (R-Square) is 0.346 or 34.6%. This means that simultaneously the influence of variable factors of education and training (X1), variable factors of employee welfare (X2) and variables Factors of motivation (X3) on Y performance is 34.6% and the remaining 65.4 is influenced by variables not examined

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Enggal Laras Langgeng In Pekanbaru, to find out effect of work environment on employee performance in PT. Enggal Laras Langgeng in Pekanbaru. Sampling using the saturated sample method that is as many as 35 respondents. The method of collecting data uses two methods, questionnaires and observation. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. Data processing is done with SPSS version 24 windows. Form the processing od the data performed, a simple linear regression equation is obtained, namely Y= 1,810 + 0,797X. The t test (partial) shows that work environment where the results show that t hitung (13,790) is greater than t indicated (2,034), with a significance level of 0,000 less than 0.05. This is also indicated by the coefficient of determination (𝑅2) it is known that working disipline has an effect of 0,852 on employee performance in PT. Enggal Laras Langgeng in Pekanbaru. Therefore effect of work environment on employee performance in PT. Enggal Laras Langgeng in Pekanbaru is 85,2%, while the remaining 14,8% influenced by other factors not examined by the researcher

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence leadership has on the performance of employees CV. Zanafa Pekanbaru. The population in this study were employees at CV. Zanafa Pekanbaru numbered 31 employees. To determine the number of samples, research use the theory in Sugiono’s book (2017:146), namely research conducted on populations below 100 should be carried out by census (total sampling) so that the entire populations is sampled. Data analysisnused was validity, realibility, simple  linier regression and the t test. The test is to find out the relationship between the independent variable and dependent variable. The final conclusin of this study id the correlation coefficient (r2) obtained 0,252 wich show relationship between leadership influence with employee performance CV. Zanafa Pekanbaru. while the persentage of leadership influence on employee performance CV. Zanafa Pekanbaru by 25,2% with the result  of the hypothesis test t count : 3,068 > t tabel 2,04. Then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, wich means there is asignificant relationship between leadership and employee performance CV. Zanafa Pekanbaru. While the result of a simple linier regression equation is Y = 19,596 +0,15 X

Based on the background of the research presented above, the authors can formulate the problem in this study are the factors whether that affects sales Two rabbit tortilla snack products at PT. Grace Niaga Jaya Branch Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study is to knowing factors that affect sales product b circuit at PT. Victory Jayatama Abadi Pekanbaru. Data analysis in this research is done by using method descriptive and quantitative . Method descriptive that is data analysis with way decomposition theories contained in list library and connected with the data obtained from results research that will be collected, grouped and tabulated then taken conclusion. And methods quantitative with technique multiple linear regression. Samples taken in research this is numbered 55, h a sil research is seen from calculation obtained results from test_F from table above show Sig value. A total of 0,000 more small from 0.05%. Or value F hount amount 40.509 Meanwhile value F table could obtained ie N1 = k-1 (6-1 = 5) and N2 = n-k (55-6 = 49) then obtained value F table at N1 = 5 and N2 = 49 such that obtained value F table of 2.40. then could concluded that value F_hount (40.509)> F_table (2.40), so secara together variabel ability sales , conditions markets, capital, conditions organization and other factors have a significant effect to variabel sales biscuits value Adjusted R_Square of  0.785 means magnitude influence / contribution or contributions made variabel ability sales , conditions markets, capital, conditions organization and other factors amount 78.5 percent while the rest by 21.5 percent affected by other factors that are not sign in in research this.

Abstract

The study was conducted at the libraries and archives of Pekanbaru city. In analyzing data using descriptive and quantitative method. Descriptive is the methods associated with the collection and presentation of a data cluster so as to provide useful information. Y = 23,534 + 0,995X. From the results of the data can be explained as follows: The constant of 23,534 means that if training (X), 0, then the performance of employees (Y) has a value of 23,534. Regression coefficient Variable diklat (X) equal to 0,995, meaning if training (X) have increase 1 unit, hence employee performance will experience increase equal to 0,995 unit. The value of tcount is 5,171 bigger than ttable 2,000 with 0.000 significance level. This means that the training has a significant effect on employee performance. This means education and training (DIKLAT) have a significant effect on employee performance. Then H0 rejected H1 accepted, meaning that the incentive partially and significant effect on employee performance. Obtained r-square value (coefficient of determination) can be seen that R 0,598. This means that the training variables (X) have a close relationship to employee performance. While the value of R square of 0.358, this means the variables training (X) contributed to the influence of employee performance of 35.8% and the remaining 64.2% influenced by other variables not examined in this study
