Teknologi Informasi (TI) serta Sistem Informasi (SI) saat ini wajib ada dalam menunjang sebuah organisasi atau perusahaan. Arsitektur yang baik beserta dokumentasinya yang sesuai memungkinkan kemudahan pemeliharaan agar sistem tidak menjadi usang. Dalam hal ini arsitektur TI didefinisikan sebagai framework yang terintegrasi untuk mengembangkan atau memelihara TI yang ada dan memperoleh TI yang baru untuk mencapai tujuan strategis organisasi. The Open Group Architectural Framework (TOGAF): Kuat pada Aspek Arsitektur Bisnis dan Arsitektur Teknis. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan TOGAF ADM mulai dari fase pendahuluan, kebutuhan manajemen, visi arsitektur, bisnis arsitektur, arsitektur system informasi, arsitektur teknologi,serta solusi dan peluang. Menetapkan 3 prinsip pengembangan arsitektur informasi teknologi adaptif pada Universitas Bina Insan. Pengembangan aplikasi berbasis single sign on (sso) untuk intergrasi antar system. Merupakan sebuah hasil dari penelitian ini yang dapat menghasilkan sebuah rancangan infrastruktur teknologi informasi yang berifat adaftip dengan konsep yang di adopsi berupa teknologi virtualisasi server, serta pemanfaatan proses bisnis mampu berjalan efisien, efektif serta sesuai yang diinginkan manajemen.

The majority of these Muslims are used by producers. Producers are aware that Muslim consumers are easy targets for marketing their products. One of the strategies that they implemented was Islamic Branding that is using Islamic identity (with the words Islam, Sharia, Islamic names, halal labels) in marketing their products. In this study, the authors used the Correlation type. This research is often referred to as research because, with the aim to find out the relationship between independent variables with accepted variables. This research was built with a mature theory, which serves to know, predict and control a phenomenon. The significance value of Islamic Branding (X1) is 0.667> 0.005, so it can be interpreted so that there is no significant influence between the Islamic Branding variable (X1) on the dependent variable Purchasing Decision (Y). The Significance Value of Religiosity (X2) is 0,150> 0,005, so that it can be interpreted so that nothing shows the significance of the Religiosity variable (X2) to the dependent variable Purchasing Decision (Y). Significant value of 0.240> 0.05, or F Calculate 1.483 <3 , 24 then there is no influence of Islamic Branding (X1) and Religiosity Variable (X2) variables simultaneously on the Purchase Decision variable (Y).

Reverse Engineering (RE) is a process in manufacturing that aims to reproduce or recreate existing models, either components, sub-components, or products without using existing design documents or working drawings. Through this reverse engineering idea, the process of making the Pump Block component is started with making part and mold design, making sand casting, then finished with machining processes. The machining process that is carried out is the turning process, the milling process, and the drilling process which is assisted by using jigs and fixture to make it easier on finishing the Pump Block parts in the machining process. By using the processes, so it is produced the similar pump block that is resemble with desired original object.

A research has been done to synthesize hexa-p-tert-butylhexaestercalix[6]arene using p-tert-butylcalix[6]arene as a starting material. The synthesis was carried out by esterifying p-tert-butylcalix[6]arene. Synthesis products were identified and characterized by melting point, TLC, FTIR, 1H-NMR, and 13C-NMR spectrometers. Synthesis products was obtained a white solid powder (68.45% recovery), melting point 349-351 °C, TLC (SiO2, ethanol: ethyl acetate = 1: 1 v/v, Rf = 0.90). The results of the analysis of synthesis products with FTIR, 1H-NMR, and 13C-NMR spectrometer showed that the synthesis products compound is 5, 11, 17, 23, 29, 35-hexakis (p-tert-butyl)-37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42-hexakis (ethoxy-carbonylmethoxy) calix[6]arene.

Diabetes melitus gestasional (DMG) merupakan intoleransi glukosa pada berbagai tingkatan yang terjadi selama kehamilan. DMG pada wanita meningkatkan risiko kematian sebelum kelahiran pada ibu dan bayinya, tingkat kesakitan pada ibu dan meningkatkan risiko berkembangnya DM tipe-2 setelah melahirkan. Penggunaan hewan coba alternatif dengan metode yang tepat dalam penelitian DMG dengan pendekatan DM tipe-2 telah banyak dilakukan dan cukup mendesak. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah induksi Streptozotocin-sukrosa dapat menghasilkan DM tipe-2 pada tikus yang dapat digunakan sebagai pendekatan dalam penelitian DMG. Peneltian ini bersifat eksperimental, tikus Sprague Dawley jantan berjumlah 45 ekor berusia 6 minggu dialokasikan pada 2 kelompok: kontrol (n=5) dan diabetes (n=40). Kelompok kontrol diinjeksi secara intraperitoneal dengan phosphat buffer saline (PBS) tanpa sukrosa dan kelompok diabetes diinjeksi secara intraperitonela dengan streptozotocin (STZ) dosis 40 mg/kg berat badan dan diberikan 30% sukrosa secaraad libitum, pengukuran glukosa darah puasa dan berat badan dilakukan tiap 3 hari. Setelah minggu ke-4 perlakuan, terdapat 24 tikus pada kelompok diabetes dengan glukosa darah puasa diatas 126 mg/dL dan menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan glukosa darah (p<0.05)dan peningkatan berat badan (p<0.05) dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol. Induksi STZ-sukrosa dapat menghasilkan DM tipe-2 pada tikusSprague dawley Jantan dan dapat digunakan sebagai pendekatan peneltian DMG.

Menyangkut pemekaran wilayah di Indonesia pasca bergulirnya Otonomi Daerah, pada mulanya menjadi isu yang menggiurkan. Dengan pemekaran wilayah, kesejahteraan termasuk pelayanan publik, maupun kedaulatan rakyat dicita-citakan makin mudah dicapai. Akan tetapi, setelah sejumlah daerah dimekarkan, mulai bermunculan asumsi yang menyatakan keprihatinan terhadap masalah-masalah yang menyertai pemekaran tersebut. Bahkan pemekaran “nagari Minang” wilayah basis terendah dalam hirarkhi pemerintahan Minang ternyata lebih meresahkan, karena besar kemungkinan “meninggalkan bom waktu bagi anak cucu”. Oleh karenanya pemekaran juga menginginkan penggalian kembali khazanah lokal yang hilang (mambangkik batang tarandam). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali sejarah dankebudayaan Alam Surambi Sungai Pagu dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Dari studi ini, banyak butir dan norm serta filosofi sejarah dan kebudayaan masyarakat Alam Surambi Sungai Pagu ini yang berpotensi untuk dikembangkan sebagai dasar dan potensi dasar sekaligus menjadi motivator dasar bagi pembangunan daerah ini.

Tulisan ini membahas tentang sejarah dan kebudayaan Kerajaan Alam Jayo Tanah Singiang. Kajian ini menarik diungkapkan karena masyarakat Solok Selatan sekarang kurang mengenal Kerajaan Alam Jayo Tanah Singiang, mereka hanya mengenal Kecamatan Sangir. Setelah terbentuknya Kabupaten Solok Selatan malah pusat kabupaten terdapat di daerah kerajaan ini. Di samping itu masyarakat Rantau Nan-12 Koto Sangir kurang jelas asal usul mereka, apakah mereka berasal dari Pagaruyung atau dari Sungai Pagu. Setelah dilakukan penelitian dengan metode sosio-historis, maka dapat diketahui bahwa di wilayah Sangir sekarang pernah berdiri Kerajaan Alam Jayo Tanah Singiang yang berasal dari Pagaruyung, sementara masyarakat Rantau Nan-12 Koto Sangir ada juga yang berasal dari Alam Surambi Sungai Pagu. Masyarakat Rantau Nan-12 Koto Sangir banyak meninggalkan kebudayaan yang dapat kita lihat sekarang, seperti sistim sosial, sistim ekonomi, sistim politik, sistim seni dan sistim religi. Sistim budaya yang terdapat di Rantau Nan-12 Koto Sangir ini sudah dipengaruhi oleh agama Islam, sehingga nuansa Islamnya lebih kental.

Screening genotypes of Aceh cacao to obtain resistant genotypes to Black Pod Disease (Phytopthora palmivora) is a key step. This study was conducted on basis of screening natural infection in the field and artificial infection in laboratory. The research was conducted in the field (Saree Aceh and East Aceh) and in the Plant Pathology Laboratory, Agriculture Faculty, Syiah Kuala University. The study started from March to November 2013. Results from the field and laboratory, based on artificial inoculation, showed that three genotypes originated from Saree Aceh i.e. SR 26, SR 40 and SR7 were resistant, indicated by the characters of long incubation period (more than five days), a small diameter of spot, slow growth of the spot, and low percentage of symptoms. The three genotypes had both a good wounded post-penetration and unwounded pre-penetration resistance. Conversely, cacao genotypes originated from East Aceh did not show a significant difference of post-penetration resistance.

The highest power of articulation, original, and full on state sovereignty is related to the conception of freedom inside at one under government regulation and the determination of the applicable law in all regions. At the same time the sovereignty of a state that borders the state sovereignty. In a country with sovereignty of other state, the company can do an agreement with the real, either in the form of bilateral or multilateral agreements. Being mentioned agreement legally binding for the states involved in the agreement. International agreement which would be legal resources by the obligation to carry out against countries involved. Proses assign mentioned two viewpoints in the position of the legal relationship between international law and national. One viewpoint is expecting the relationship between international law and national law as unity system and another viewpoint is seen as systems of the entities of two legal entities distinct and separate. Writing this journal using a normative approach concluded that first, that the best system of elections is a system that provides the institutional mechanisms of dispute resolution elections as a place to restore the rights of citizens are violated and restore confidence in the institution elections as a democratic institution for the formation of government legitimate and reliable; second, an outline of the disputed election in Indonesia consists of two types namely, administrative disputes and disputes over the results of elections. Procedurally, Election Suravaillance Body is an institution that is authorized to decide administrative disputes election are final and binding beyond dispute concerning the verification of Political Parties Elections and the list of candidates for members of DPR, DPD, Provincial DPRD and regency/city. Furthermore Superial Administration Court up to the level of the Supreme Court is an institution that is authorized to decide disputed election administration in particular the Commission's decision regarding the establishment of verification of Political Parties Elections and the list of candidates for members of DPR, DPD, Provincial DPRD and regency/city. Disputes dispute election results for DPR, DPD, Provincial DPRD and regency/city is the jurisdiction of the Court. Keywords: Dispute Resolution Elections and Democracy Government Legitimacy
