Abstract

Hubungan industrial merupakan hubungan yang berlangsung antar pekerja dengan pemberi kerja. Sering sekali terjadi perselisihan antara pengusaha dengan buruh. Penelitian memailih metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder dengan metode non-eksperimen. Hasil yang didapat yaitu serikat pekerja memiliki pengaruh yang cukup kuat dalam proses keberlangsungan hubungan industrial yang harmonis yaitu serikat pekerja menjalankan peran sebagai lembaga bipartit, membangun komunikasi baik dengan internal maupun eksternal, dan juga merumuskan perjajian kerja bersama. Serikat pekerja juga harus bersifat sukarela, mandiri, demokratis, dan menjunjung tinggi rasa solidaritas antar anggota. Kesimpulannya yang didapatkan dari penelitian kali ini adalah ketika perusahaan melakukan tindakan pemutusan hubungan kerja serikat pekerja akan melakukan upaya terlebih dahulu dengan cara persuasif lalu tindakan terakhir yaitu upaya mogok kerja.

Abstract

Studi ini mengkaji tentang peran Pemerintah Republik Indonesia dalam penuntasan perselisihan hubungan industrial di Indonesia. Penelitian ditujukan untuk mengetahui peran pemerintah Republik Indonesia dalam penuntasan perselisihan hubungan industrial di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang diaplikasikan merupakan kualitatif dengan pendekatan eksploratif. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan pemerintah hadir dan aktif dalam penyelesaian perselisihan perburuhan, terbukti dari catatan Mahkamah Agung, mayoritas kasus diselesaikan di tingkat tripartit dibandingkan dengan jumlah kasus hubungan industrial yang dilanjutkan pada tingkat Pengadilan Hubungan Industrial. Selain itu, pemerintah berhasil berperan sebagai mediator dan regulator, terbukti dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi negara dengan penurunan kasus yang dilaporkan dibandingkan tahun 2020, saat ekonomi terpuruk akibat pandemi.

Abstract

Post-Covid-19 pandemic, SME actors have started to recover from their setbacks and strive to regain their position as a leading sector in advancing the economy. In this research, the Muhammadiyah Zakat, Infaq, and Sedekah Charity Institution (LAZISMU) in Ponorogo was chosen as the research site due to its empowerment activities for SMEs through its Empowerment of SMEs program using infak funds. This study aims to determine the strategies employed by LAZISMU Ponorogo in utilizing infak funds for the Empowerment of SMEs program, as well as to identify obstacles and propose solutions to address these issues. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, analyzed using the SWOT analysis method. Ultimately, the researcher found that LAZISMU Ponorogo employs the following strategies to empower SMEs: 1) identifying SME potentials, 2) planning program creation, 3) program implementation, and 4) program supervision. Some challenges encountered in the implementation of the SME Empowerment program include: 1) the absence of standardized Operating Procedures (SOP) guidelines, 2) the lack of a specific program division, 3) fundraising that has not reached the target, and 4) the selection stage of prospective recipients. Solutions proposed are: 1) establishing standardized guidelines or Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), 2) creating a specific division for the SME Empowerment program, 3) conducting public awareness campaigns and collaborating with a wider audience, and 4) being selective in choosing prospective recipients.

Abstract

Status gizi remaja merupakan faktor yang memengaruhi kesehatan fisik, mental, dan perkembangan mereka secara keseluruhan. Kekurangan gizi dapat menghambat pertumbuhan fisik, mengurangi kemampuan kognitif, dan meningkatkan risiko gangguan kesehatan seperti anemia. Sebaliknya, kelebihan gizi atau obesitas pada remaja berisiko tinggi menyebabkan penyakit degeneratif seperti diabetes tipe 2, penyakit jantung, dan gangguan hormonal, serta berdampak negatif pada kesehatan mental, termasuk rendahnya kepercayaan diri dan stigma sosial. Artikel ini mengulas berbagai faktor yang memengaruhi status gizi remaja, seperti faktor sosial-ekonomi, kebiasaan makan, serta kesehatan mental, dan dampak yang ditimbulkan akibat ketidakseimbangan gizi. Dalam upaya meningkatkan status gizi remaja, diperlukan pendekatan holistik yang melibatkan edukasi gizi, pengaturan pola makan yang seimbang, peningkatan aktivitas fisik, serta perhatian terhadap kesehatan mental.

Abstract

Writing this article aims to find out how to fulfill the rights that will be obtained by workers when these workers experience layoffs. The method used is a qualitative method using literature studies related to the law on fulfilling the rights of layoff workers. Fulfillment of these rights will be based on the applicable laws and regulations. Fulfillment of the rights obtained by workers affected by layoffs has been regulated through Law No. 13 of 2003 concerning Manpo wer and is also regulated in Law No. 6 in 2023 with a few changes. In reality, the application of these regulations has been carried out well. Although there are still several companies that do not fulfill workers' rights as regulated in legislation. This article also explains what workers get or what rights they get in accordance with the policies in force in granting workers’ rights. Policies or regulations that exist in Indonesia are a form of legal protection in industrial relations for both workers and employers in guaranteeing the rights they obtain.

Abstract

Hubungan industrial Pancasila merupakan hubungan kerja yang dilandasi dengan nilai-nilai pancasila yang terjadi antara pekerja dengan pengusaha. Pengusaha dan pekerja dalam hubungan industrial Pancasila memiliki tujuan yang sama yaitu bertujuan untuk mendorong kemajuan perusahaan dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan tenaga kerja atau buruh. Dalam hal ini, pekerja/buruh dan pengusaha berperan untuk saling mengisi dan melengkapi. Dengan adanya penerapan hubungan industrial Pancasila dalam sebuah perusahaan, diharapkan dapat mengatasi segala tantangan yang akan mendahulukan penyelesaian melalui diskusi bersama untuk mencapai tujuan bersama, yakni kemajuan perusahaan dan kesejahteraan para pekerja atau buruh. Penelitian ini bertujuan agar sebuah perusahaan dalam melakukan penyelesaiaan masalah berdasarakan dengan nilai-nilai dari Pancasila yang berhubungan dengan hubungan industrial kerja agar lebih dapat mendorong pertumbuhan perekonomian yang lebih sejahtera

Abstract

This article intends to be able to study and gain knowledge of the process of resolving and handling labor relations disputes or industrial relations at one of the hotels in Pangandaran Regency. The problem is focused on the process of settling and handling disputes over termination or termination of employment at one of the hotels in Pangandaran Regency. This study uses several theories about the settlement of industrial relations disputes. This study uses empirical juridical methods and data collection techniques, namely documentation studies. The data collected was analyzed qualitatively. This study concludes that the process of settling and handling industrial relations disputes at a hotel in Pangandaran complies with applicable regulations. The process of settling and handling industrial relations disputes is carried out through mediation and continues at the Industrial Relations Court.

Abstract

Introduction; This study aims to identify the causes of delays in the distribution of electricity pole shipments in the PT XYZ Bandung Branch project and formulate improvement solutions. Method; This research was conducted through the Six Sigma DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control) approach to identify the distribution process, measure current performance, classify and analyze the root causes of problems causing delays, and design improvements with the aim of minimizing delivery delays in similar projects. Result; The results showed that there were three main causes of delay with a contribution of 68% to the twelve causes of delay. In this study, a DPMO value of 20,833 was obtained with a sigma level of 3.5. Conclusion; Researchers suggest taking corrective action with 5W + 1H analysis based on the root cause of the problem. The implementation of these improvements is expected to increase the efficiency of the electric pole distribution process and company guidelines supported by continuous supervision.

Abstract

Misuse of Narcotics and illegal drugs (narkoba) is a phenomenon that has long been experienced by the countries all over the world, including Indonesia. This is basically a transnational crime, considering the chain link of the drug misuse includes production and trade activities to the countryside. Considering that this crime is an expanding chain, it is necessary to have legal counseling about the dangers and prevention of narcotics and legal aid for all regions in Indonesia, including the Kuningan Regency. Provision of legal aid is one way to realize access to law and justice for the poor which is provided by the state on the mandate of the constitution. Several regulations regarding legal aid have been issued by the state through laws and implementing regulations as well as from the Supreme Court or the Constitutional Court through Supreme Court Regulations and Constitutional Court decisions. This article will describe systematically and scientifically which takes place in Kuningan Regency, Sindangsari Village of Sindangagung District. Based on the results of counseling there are some problems in preventing narcotics crime and implementing the provision of legal aid in the community which make the provision of legal aid to rural communities less effective, therefore, it is necessary to optimize the provision of legal aid to rural communities which is an idea to response this problem to realize the access to law and justice for rural communities, especially the poor.

Abstract

On October 5 2020, in a plenary session, the DPR passed a new law, namely the Omnibus Law, the Job Creation Law with the aim of updating the old existing Law. The purpose of writing this journal is to find out what are the impacts on workers, especially women workers. The method of writing this journal is using descriptive method with literature study techniques. Following the enactment of the Job Creation Law, there are several things that are of course detrimental to various parties, for example women workers and laborers. In the implementation process, the Job Creation Law makes women workers uneasy. Therefore, the government should review this law which is considered imperfect. So that neither party will be harmed later.
