Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of imagination techniques in increasing achievement motivation. This research uses a quantitative experimental approach. The research used was a true-experimenta design, with a pretest-posttest control group design. The research results showed that the achievement motivation of students in both groups was in the medium category in the pre-test. while in the post-test the experimental group and control group were in the high category. The achievement motivation score in the experimental group experienced a higher increase and the control group also experienced an increase, but the increase was quite low. The results of the Gain score analysis obtained a mean increase for the experimental group of 10.37 and for the control group of 1.17. The results of the post-test showed quite significant differences, the mean of the experimental group was higher than the mean of the control group. This shows that there is a significant difference in student achievement motivation between students who were treated and those who were not treated with group guidance in the form of imagination techniques in participants at SMP Negeri 1 Makassar. It was concluded that imagination techniques had a real effect on students' achievement motivation.

Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan industri akan memicu munculnya berbagai dampak negatif untuk manusia dan lingkungan. Paparan panas yang intens pada pekerja dan kurangnya konsumsi air minum, dapat menyebabkan pekerja jatuh pada kondisi dehidrasi. Dehidrasi yang berulang pada pekerja meningkatkan resiko terbentuknya kristal urin dan pada akhirnya akan terbentuk batu ginjal. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah sistematika/literature review yaitu peneliti meninjau beberapa jurnal yang diperoleh dari sumber referensi melalui pencarian di google scholar, PubMed, researchgate dan science direct yang diterbitkan minimal 5 tahun yang lalu (2018-2023). Jurnal yang termasuk pada penelitian ini berjumlah 31 jurnal.  Didapatkan jurnal dengan materi yang sesuai tujuan penelitian ini dan lolos seleksi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa paparan panas yang intens dan kurangnya konsumsi air minum pada pekerja dapat menyebabkan pekerja jatuh pada keadaan dehidras. Dehidrasi yang berulang meningkatkan resiko terbentuknya kristal urin hingga pada akhirnya terbentuk batu ginjal. Paparan suhu tinggi dan kurangnya  air minum pada pekerja dapat menyebabkan  dehidrasi. Dehidrasi membuat urin  pekat dan asam. Kristalisasi urin dipengaruhi oleh  konsentrasi urin dan pH urin. Kesimpulan: Paparan panas yang intens pada pekerja dan kurangnya konsumsi air minum dapat menyebabkan terbentuknya kristal urin, apabila terjadi berulang akan terbentuk batu ginjal.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of religious habituation activities on improving the results of Islamic Education (PAI) practice exams at SDN Perumnas 1 Subang. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design. The research sample consists of sixth-grade students selected randomly. The research instruments include a PAI practice test and observation sheets to measure the intensity and involvement of students in religious habituation activities. The results of the study show a significant improvement in the PAI practice exam results in the group of students who received guidance on religious habituation activities compared to the control group. This guidance has proven effective in forming consistent worship habits and enhancing students' understanding and skills in performing religious practices. The implications of this study highlight the importance of integrating religious habituation activities into the school curriculum to support the improvement of PAI learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of the presence of working mothers on children's social development using Vygotsky's theoretical perspective as an analytical framework. The method used is descriptive qualitative research, which relies on in-depth analysis of phenomena that occur in society, especially related to children's social interactions in the context of working mothers. The results of the study indicate that even though mothers work, children can still experience positive social development if there is sufficient interaction with other family members and the school environment. The role of grandmothers or other close family members in caring for children has also proven effective in maintaining a balance between work and family responsibilities. In addition, the results of this study highlight the importance of cooperative learning and scaffolding in supporting child development, as well as the role of teachers in providing a learning environment that is in accordance with Vygotsky's theory. The implications of this study indicate that the balance between work and family life, as well as adequate emotional support, are important factors in supporting children's holistic development. The emotional impacts arising from the presence or absence of working mothers must also be considered in designing policies that support family welfare and child development. Abstract

Lunturnya pemahaman terhadap pengimplementasian nilai-nilai pancasila yang terjadi pada peserta didik dalam pendidikan saat ini, menjadi persoalan sangat berat yang dihadapi oleh guru disekolah, kegiatan projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila sebagai kegiatan kokurikurer sekolah berbasis projek menjadi sarana yang optimal dalam mendorong peserta didik menjadi pelajar sesuai dengan nilai-nilai pancasila, dalam kegiatan projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila terdapat peran dari guru, salah satunya guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI). Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis peran guru PAI dalam mewujudkan profil pelajar pancasila. Jenis penelitian ini penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan triangulasi. Adapun teknik analisis data melalui pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa peran guru PAI sebagai fasilitator yang memiliki empat prinsip yaitu holistik, kontekstual, berpusat pada peserta didik, dan eksploratif, dengan menamakan enam dimensi yaitu Beriman, bertakwa kepada Tuhan yang Maha Esa dan berakhlak mulia, Berkebhinekaan global, Gotong royong, Mandiri, Bernalar kritis, dan Kreatif kepada peserta didik. Implikasi penelitian ini guru dapat meningkatkan kompetendi diri, sehingga dapat menerapkan model pelajar Pancasila.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and identify the role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subject teachers in overcoming toxic culture that develops in the student environment, providing positive values to students by guiding students towards academic success, personal growth, and future readiness. This study focuses on the methods used by PAI teachers to overcome Toxic Culture and how the application of PAI Psychoeducation Teaching as an effort to overcome toxic culture is considered important to prevent toxic culture in students. This research uses descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, observations and surveys. The subjects of this research were 3 PAI teachers and students at SMK Karsa Mulya. The results of this study indicate that Psychoeducational Teaching conducted by PAI teachers is very effective (94.93%) as an effort to overcome toxic culture in students. The methods used were dialogical methods and project-based learning methods, while the aspects of psychoeducational teaching implementation included group counseling sessions, integration of teaching materials with social issues, and evaluation and feedback.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of the Time Token learning model of students' speaking skills in Indonesian language subjects. The method used in this research is descriptive method with mixed research type of leatherative and quantitative. The research subjects were students of class VIII H SMP Negeri 9 Palu totaling 32 people, selected through simple random sampling technique. Data collection techniques used included observation, and documentation. The instruments used consisted of teacher and student activity observation sheets, as well as assessment of students' speaking skills through student learning outcomes data. The results showed that the teacher observation sheet was classified as very good, the student observation sheet also showed very effective results with a value of 91%, while the data on student learning outcomes in speaking skills reached 83 with a good category. These findings indicate that the application of the Time Token model is able to encourage equal distribution of speaking opportunities, increase student courage, and support active and structured speaking skills.

Abstract

This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach to explore the impact of training on teachers' instructional practices. Data were collected through structured and in-depth interviews, as well as direct classroom observations. A total of 15 teacher representatives who had participated in the training served as the study’s participants. To identify recurring patterns and central themes related to changes in the learning process after the training, the collected data were analyzed using thematic analysis techniques. The findings revealed that innovative training had a positive effect on teachers' competencies, particularly in mastering educational technology, applying interactive learning methods, and enhancing communication skills with students. Moreover, teachers demonstrated improved abilities in designing learning activities that are adaptive to students' needs. These findings underscore the importance of innovative training in supporting educational transformation in the digital era. It is recommended that such training be conducted on a continuous basis to strengthen teachers' professional capacity and to implement more effective and engaging teaching and learning processes for students

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the role of Indonesian language learning as the main communication tool and unifier in multicultural classes at Junior High School. The type of research used is qualitative research. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The data collection techniques used in this research are: 1) Observation, 2) Interview, and 3) documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this research are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Based on the results of research on the role of Indonesian language in Junior High School, researchers see the role of Indonesian language learning in multicultural classes can be seen from how to facilitate cultural interaction through the short story "Dia Berbeda" which has a multicultural context that raises multicultural themes, opening space for students to get to know other cultures through stories and characters. Through short stories that contain conflicts and resolutions related to cultural, religious, or social differences, learners are invited to recognize the importance of accepting and understanding each other which strengthens the sense of tolerance between people. Researchers can conclude that the role of Indonesian language learning in multicultural classes can facilitate intercultural interaction through inclusive expression, foster a sense of tolerance through emotional and reflective experiences of the stories read and increase understanding of multiculturalism by presenting the reality of diversity in a form that is close to the lives of students. Not only by learning works of fiction but all Indonesian language learning plays an important role in the multicultural classroom.

Abstract

The Sekolah Mengaji Program is a religious education policy initiated by the Bandung Regency Government as a mandatory local content subject in elementary and junior high schools. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Sekolah Mengaji Program at SMP Negeri 1 Cangkuang, focusing on the planning, execution, and evaluation stages. A qualitative approach with a case study design was employed. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and document analysis, involving the principal, Islamic education teachers, guru mengaji, and students. The findings indicate that the program was systematically and collaboratively planned, with strong coordination between school stakeholders and teaching staff. Implementation included reading, writing, and memorizing the Qur’an (BTHQ), adapted to students’ proficiency levels. Although traditional teaching methods dominate, teachers demonstrated responsive adaptation to students' needs. Evaluation was conducted periodically through progress monitoring and documentation of student achievements. The study concludes that the program has been effectively managed, yet further improvements are needed in instructional innovation and teacher capacity-building to enhance its overall impact.
