Abstract

Software modularization remains an issue until this day. As software grows over time, software becomes more complex and difficult to maintain. To address this issue, software module clustering was used by grouping software components such as classes, objects and files. Many approaches have been conducted by using single-feature clustering and multi-features clustering. The result shows that multi-features clustering performs better than single-feature clustering. The application of GNN also gains significant attention for software modularization and proven to produce better performance. In this study, we analyze how integrating structural features, semantic features and graph relations using Attention-drive Graph Clustering Network (AGCN) affects the quality of software clustering. We use four input combinations which are structural features with graph, semantic features with graph, identity matrix with graph, and the fusion of graph, semantic and structural features across all three java projects (JavaCC, Dom4J, and JEdit). The result shows that by using the structural feature only the model could predict the total cluster that is closest to the original total cluster and multi-feature fusion achieves the best NMI score across all input variants.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) dalam mendeteksi kebakaran secara otomatis di dalam ruangan. Penerapan sistem deteksi kebakaran berbasis IoT bertujuan untuk meningkatkan respons terhadap insiden kebakaran dengan memberikan peringatan dini. Sistem ini menggunakan sensor suhu, sensor asap, dan modul komunikasi untuk mendeteksi parameter yang menunjukkan potensi kebakaran. Data yang diperoleh dari sensor dikirimkan secara real-time melalui jaringan IoT ke platform monitoring dan notifikasi, yang memungkinkan pengguna mendapatkan informasi melalui perangkat seluler. Metode penelitian melibatkan perancangan perangkat keras, pengembangan perangkat lunak, dan pengujian sistem di lingkungan simulasi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat mendeteksi potensi kebakaran dengan cepat dan mengirimkan peringatan secara cepat. Implementasi teknologi ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam mengurangi risiko kebakaran dan kerugian material, terutama di lingkungan yang memerlukan pengawasan ketat. Kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa teknologi IoT menawarkan solusi inovatif dan efisien untuk mendukung sistem deteksi kebakaran berbasis teknologi modern.

Abstract

Kantor Desa Hibun di Kecamatan Parindu, Kabupaten Sanggau, Provinsi Kalimantan Barat, menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan arsip surat masuk dan keluar. Selama ini, proses pengarsipan dilakukan secara manual menggunakan buku catatan arsip tanpa dukungan sistem basis data, sehingga menyulitkan dalam pencarian serta pelacakan dokumen secara cepat, terutama ketika terjadi perubahan atau pembaruan data yang mendesak. Hal ini menyebabkan keterlambatan dan ketidakefisienan dalam pengelolaan arsip surat di desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, serta studi literatur. Pemodelan sistem yang diusulkan dirancang menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML), dan pada tahap pengembangan, digunakan bahasa pemrograman HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, serta MySQL sebagai sistem manajemen basis data. Sistem informasi yang dirancang mencakup fitur-fitur penting, termasuk pencatatan dan pengarsipan surat masuk dan keluar, pengelolaan data surat, serta laporan terkait aktivitas surat-menyurat. Dengan penerapan sistem ini, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi dalam proses pengarsipan di Kantor Desa Hibun, sekaligus memperbaiki manajemen dokumen yang selama ini menjadi hambatan dalam operasional kantor.

Abstract

Inventory management at Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in traditional markets remains heavily reliant on intuition, posing high risks of overstocking or stockouts. This study develops a data-driven inventory requirement forecasting system for Toko Mandiri by integrating the Demand Response–Autoregressive Moving Average (DR-ARMA) method into a desktop application using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) approach. One year of historical daily sales data from four fermented products, with sparsity levels ranging from 38% to 51%, was utilized for training and testing. The dataset was partitioned into training (60%), validation (20%), and testing (20%). The DR-ARMA model's performance was evaluated quantitatively, yielding average values of 1.632 units for RMSE, 1.012 units for MAE, and 29.89% for MAPE, demonstrating reliability on fluctuating and sparse data. System usability evaluation involved three respondents across four task scenarios. Results indicate significant improvements in operational efficiency: the time required to determine inventory requirements was reduced from 30 minutes, using manual intuition-based methods involving physical stock checks across different locations, to just 1 minute, based on direct stopwatch measurements for all scenarios. This represents a 96.7% reduction in processing time. Interaction steps were streamlined from an unstructured process to only 6–7 clicks. The system's effectiveness reached an 83.33% task success rate among non-technical users. Integrating DR-ARMA into a practical application effectively transforms inventory decision-making from intuition-based to data-driven, potentially reducing operational risks.

Abstract

PO Nusa Indah Baru  is a company engaged in the business of selling household furniture and household electric appliances. Along with the amount of inventory that must be managed, leading to the frequent occurrence of various problems due to the recording of transactions the company is still manual. The purpose of this study is to produce an inventory of information systems and computer-based sales to help the performance of employees in the company. The study design used by the author is a causal relationship research design, where the data collected is understood and analyzed. The authors use the method of observation, interview and literature study. For data analysis techniques, the authors use the Unified Modeling Language (UML) and Microsoft Visual FoxPro 9.0 as engineering design systems. By using a system of inventory and sales information has been computerized, PO Nusa Indah Baru will find it easy to do any transactions there. In addition, the head of the company can obtain reports are up-to-date information directly from the system. Based on research by the author, it can be concluded that the company's overall performance can still be improved, one way is to use a computerized system. A computerized system is expected to provide data that is more accurate than manual systems. Advice from the authors is the use of a computerized system has many advantages but also required a huge cost and maintenance as well as training for employees to use them appropriately, so as to provide the expected results. Keyword : System analysis, systems design , information system , inventory , sales

Abstract

Human resources is one of the most important resources in the process of achieving company goals, for which companies need to evaluate the performance of their employees who are dedicated in carrying out their duties. In improving the performance of its employees at PT Sumber Alam Pontianak to appoint permanent employees, the problems that occur at PT Sumber Alam Pontianak, namely the process of appointing employees are still not optimal, the process is still done manually which must be selected one by one. The author designs a system to support the decision to appoint permanent employees. The author uses descriptive research designs in designing research. The author uses data collection methods, observation, literature studies, and documentation studies. The author uses object-oriented analysis techniques using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) in modeling the system. In designing a database using SQL Server 2008, the Microsoft Visual Basic 2010 programming language in designing application views. The results of this study are computerized decision-making support systems that can present information about employee data and assessment data in order to improve work effectiveness. The conclusion of the study is that the use of computerized decision support systems can facilitate PT Sumber Alam Pontianak to determine the employees to be appointed become a permanent employee. Abstract

The rapid developments in technology now makes it possible to transform a manual system to a computerized system. And it can also be applied to the CV Samudra Diesel which until today still use sales recording process manually. This study aimed to analyze the weaknesses and needs of the inventory and sales information systems in CV Samudra Diesel to be given in the form of a draft proposed improvement of information systems that can meet the needs of the company. It is appropriate if a company wants to develop a system to be better able to use a computerized information system, so as to provide facilities and produce information quickly and appropriately in carrying out all the work that is in the business of trading. Inventory and sales information systems are supported by the use of barcodes can help reduce the rate of errors while entering data into the system. Abstract

PT Karunia Mekar Teknindo is the company that move in electricity power utilization installation selling in Kota Pontianak, where the sales activities of it is products are still done manually. There are several sales process problems with PT Karunia Mekar Teknindo, such as lack of delivering information on selling products media and constraints on the ordering and recording system, and the payments are often not confirmed so customers must come directly to the office to complete the transaction process. By using a web-based information system, it can improve the company's operational activities, especially in the sales sector. Data collection methods that used by researchers are observation, interview, documentation, and literature study. The researcher uses system design analysis techniques with the Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling using the StarUML and the system design application that used for analyzing and designing web-based sales information systems is the PHP programming language using the Adobe Dreamweaver CS6 interface design application, and processing the database with MySQL using the XAMPP. With the design of a web-based sales information system towards PT Karunia Mekar Teknindo, it is hoped that it can improves the customer service, delivering the product information and sales activity could reach the area more widely and be able to record the transaction and inventory more accurately so it can increase the company profits.  Keywords: Information Systems, Sales, Web
