Abstract

Abstrak- Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Simeulue Bagian Keistimewaan Aceh dan Kesra Setdakab Simeulue mengadakan program pemberian beasiswa dengan persyaratan yang harus dipenuhi. Dalam proses pemilihan penerima beasiswa, dibutuhkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan dengan menerapkan metode Profile Matching berbasis web yang mampu menyeleksi alternatif terbaik dari aspek - aspek kriteria dengan memanfaatkan data dan model untuk mengidentifikasi pada tingkat variabel predictor yang memiliki penggolongan faktor utama (core factor) dan faktor pendukung (secondary factor) dalam pengambilan keputusan. Pengujian dilakukan dengan mencari nilai bobot untuk setiap aspek akademik dan aspek data yang dimiliki mahasiswa, kemudian dilakukan proses perangkingan yang akan merekomendasikan alternatif terbaik dalam pemilihan penerima beasiswa. Hasil yang dicapai pada tahap perhitungan ranking alternatif atau pengurutan nilai yang telah ditentukan. Maka mahasiswa terpilih dengan ranking tertinggi memiliki nilai total point 6,20 dari lima mahasiswa lainnya, dan dua mahasiwa yang yang memiliki ranking 2 (dua) nilai total point 5,72, dan ranking 3 (tiga) nilai total point 5,4, sehingga dari ketiga mahasiswa tersebut dapat direkomendasikan sebagai penerima beasiswa. Sedangkan mahasiwa dengan ranking 4 (empat) nilai total point 3,8, ranking 5 (lima) nilai total point 3,16, dan ranking 6 (enam) nilai total point 3,08, Maka ketiga mahasiswa tersebut tidak dapat menerima beasiswa, karena tidak memenuhi syarat dari aspek kriteria yang telah ditentukan.Kata Kunci : Matching, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Web.

Abstract

Era digital menuntut transformasi pembelajaran agama Islam dari metode konvensional menuju pembelajaran interaktif. Pembelajaran Fiqih di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah masih menghadapi tantangan rendahnya minat siswa dan kesulitan memahami konsep abstrak. Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi aplikasi Edpuzzle sebagai media interaktif dalam pembelajaran Fiqih, dampaknya terhadap keaktifan dan pemahaman siswa. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus di MI Al-Islamiyah Karanganyar Paiton Probolinggo. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dengan guru, siswa, dan kepala sekolah, serta dokumentasi. Pre-test dan post-test digunakan untuk mengukur pemahaman siswa. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Implementasi Edpuzzle berhasil mengubah pembelajaran dari pasif menjadi interaktif melalui video pembelajaran yang disisipi pertanyaan. Dinamika siswa berubah signifikan dari pasif menjadi aktif dengan peningkatan pemahaman dari 26,3% menjadi 84,2%. Respons guru dan siswa sangat positif, dengan guru merasa terbantu memantau pemahaman siswa dan siswa lebih termotivasi serta mudah memahami materi. Edpuzzle terbukti efektif sebagai media pembelajaran inovatif yang meningkatkan motivasi dan pemahaman siswa dalam mata pelajaran Fiqih, sejalan dengan prinsip konstruktivistik dan tuntutan pendidikan abad ke-21.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan strategi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi berbasis media digital dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Fiqih materi thaharah di MTsN 1 Probolinggo. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya partisipasi dan capaian belajar siswa akibat pendekatan konvensional yang belum mengakomodasi perbedaan gaya belajar dan kesiapan akademik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan desain studi kasus, yang melibatkan satu guru Fiqih dan dua puluh siswa kelas VII yang dipilih secara purposive. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, serta dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi diferensiasi diterapkan melalui asesmen diagnostik, diferensiasi konten, proses, dan produk, serta integrasi dengan media digital seperti e-book, video, dan podcast, mampu meningkatkan partisipasi aktif, pemahaman materi, kepercayaan diri siswa, serta berdampak positif terhadap hasil belajar. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran berdiferensiasi berbasis media digital efektif dalam menjawab kebutuhan belajar siswa dan relevan diterapkan dalam pembelajaran abad ke-21. Implikasi dari penelitian ini dapat dijadikan acuan bagi guru dan lembaga pendidikan dalam merancang pembelajaran yang adaptif dan inklusif, serta membuka peluang untuk penelitian lebih lanjut dalam konteks madrasah dan pembelajaran berbasis agama.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the model of Islamic education in building interfaith tolerance in Jordan, with a focus on state policy and the role of religious institutions. Jordan is known as a country that has succeeded in displaying the face of moderate Islam and becoming an example of the practice of religious tolerance in the Middle East region. The approach used in this study is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) on 21 relevant scientific articles, both national and international, published in the last ten years. Data were collected through the stages of identification, selection, analysis, and synthesis of literature. The results of the study indicate that the Islamic education model in Jordan is built on the principle of moderate(moderate), interfaith dialogue, and integration of tolerance values ​​in the religious education curriculum. The Jordanian government actively formulates national policies that support religious moderation, such as through the national curriculum, training of religious teachers, and capacity building programs for Islamic educational institutions. On the other hand, religious institutions such as the Ministry of Awqaf and the Islamic University of Jordan play an important role in disseminating the values ​​of tolerance and curbing extremism through lectures, sermons, and scientific publications. The discussion underlines the importance of synergy between the state and religious institutions in internalizing the values ​​of tolerance from primary education to higher education. The conclusion of this study confirms that the model of Islamic education in Jordan can be used as a reference in building a peaceful and inclusive multicultural society through a systemic policy approach and an active religious role.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine how Indonesian positive law and Islamic law view and handle cases of marital rape. The research methodology used is descriptive qualitative with a normative, philosophical and comparative approach. Data was collected through literature review from relevant primary and secondary sources. The research results found are as follows: first, Indonesian positive law will provide a maximum sentence of 12 (twelve) years for perpetrators of marital rape, if the victim reports it to the authorities. Second, according to Islamic law, this problem is divided into 2 parts as follows: it is not permissible, this has been agreed upon by the ulama when a husband forces his wife to have intercourse through the anus, during menstruation, fasting (fardhu), pilgrimage, not having paid kafarat, due to illness. severe, old age which can endanger the wife and when the husband has not fulfilled the muajjala dowry. Yes, the ulama have also agreed that a husband may force his wife to have sex if her condition is capable of serving him. Third, this analysis shows that there is harmony in several aspects between Islamic law and Indonesian positive law in dealing with marital rape. However, in several cases, Indonesian positive law is considered inadequate in protecting the rights of husbands accused of coercion against their wives. Meanwhile, from the perspective of Islamic law, a husband has the right to force his wife as long as the wife's condition allows her to serve her husband. It is hoped that the implications of this research will become a reference for creating more comprehensive legal adjustments and harmonization to ensure justice and balanced protection for all parties involved.

Abstract

Reward and punishment as part of learning tools have a very important role in increasing the effectiveness of learning because at least one of the real impacts that will be seen in giving this reward and punishment is the emergence of motivation, discipline and an increase in student interest and enthusiasm for the implementation of educational and learning activities. This study aims to determine the Implementation of the Concept of Reward and Punishment in Increasing Educational Interaction in Learning Activities, using a qualitative approach and with the type of case study research. The results obtained in this study show that with the rewards and punishments given in accordance with the correct rules, principles and procedures, it has a very good impact on increasing educational interactions in learning activities. The educational interaction in question is the creation of a learning atmosphere that supports the development of talents, interests and potentials. The form of attitude seen as the impact caused by the implementation of rewards and punishments in this study is the high motivation of students to continue to improve themselves and improve their achievements, as well as being motivated to obey the rules and regulations that apply as specific implications of punishment for students who have low levels of discipline and compliance. The form of reward and punishment given in response to students' positive and negatic attitudes is by giving praise, support, respect, gifts and awards, while the forms of punishment applied are in the form of notices, reprimands, warnings, and punishments The results showed that the level of the village government apparatus capacity in carrying out village government administration in Pekon Gunung Sugih, Balik Bukit District, West Lampung Regency was in the high category. Based on the calculation of the interval obtained from the answers of each respondent to the questionnaire given, the ability of village government officials to carry out village government administration in Pekon Gunung Sugih, Balik Bukit sub-district, West Lampung Regency is 60%, meaning that the level of ability to carry out orderly administration of village government officials in Pekon Gunung Sugih, Balik Bukit District, West Lampung Regency is quite good. From the results of research in the field and in order to improve orderly village government administration, there are still village officials or respondents who have not implemented an orderly village government administration. For this reason, in order to achieve successful development and an orderly village administration administration, the parties concerned are expected to immediately carry out improvements and socialization related to administrative activities in the village.

Abstract

Toleransi yang merupakan pondasi utama dalam mewujudkan perdamaian, apalagi pada wilayah yang beragam seperti Indonesia, sangat sekali untuk dibutuhkan. Agama, yang salah satu tujuannya adalah untuk mewujudkan perdamaian tentu mendukung terwujudnya toleransi, salah satu solusi yang disediakan oleh agama dalam mewujudkan toleransi adalah melalui pendekatan spiritual, karena pendekatan spiritual tidak hanya bersifat pasif melainkan juga memiliki kekuatan dalam menggerakan individual dan sosial. Dengan ajaran Asy’ariyah yang menekankan terhadap kemahakuasaan Allah yang mutlak dapat melahirkan dan memperkuat nilai-nilai toleransi, karena memunculkan kesadaran atas setiap Muslim bahwa mereka tidak memiliki hak untuk menghakimi atau mengecualikan individu lain dikarenakan segala keputusan ada pada Allah.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the potential risk and anticipated returns of equity and debt-based financing products in Islamic banking in Indonesia, represented by the three most prevalent contracts: musharakah, mudharabah, and murabahah. Data was collected from banks' monthly financial reports published on the Indonesia Financial Service Authority (OJK) website from 2014 to 2020, resulting in 82 observations. Data analysis was conducted using the Value at Risk (VaR) method with the variance-covariance approach. Among many methods, VaR is one of the most popular techniques that yields the most comprehensive results in measuring risk and return. The findings reveal that, in general, all equity and debt-based financing yielded stable risk and returns. However, equity-based financing produced higher returns, but also generated higher risks due to its uncertain nature. The results also demonstrate that risk management in Islamic banks improved gradually during the observation period, as indicated by the average score of portfolio combinations. These findings suggest that Islamic banks should balance their product offerings between equity-based financing and debt-based financing while simultaneously strengthening risk management, especially for murabahah products in equity-based financing.
