Abstract

Pada triwulan pertama tahun 2020, pandemi covid-19 menggempur berbagai sektor yang ada di dunia. Sektor pariwisata merupakan salah satu yang merasakan dampak negatif dari adanya masa krisis ini. Kawasan Asia dan Pasifik mengalami penurunan kedatangan sebesar 82% pada Januari-Oktober 2020. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji model resiliensi yang dilakukan oleh para pelaku bisnis pariwisata di Kabupaten Banyuwangi selama pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan Forum Group Discussion, wawancara mendalam dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat dua faktor utama dalam mendukung model resiliensi dari pelaku bisnis di Kabupaten Banyuwangi selama pandemi Covid-19. Kedua faktor itu adalah 1) pengelolaan internal bisnis; dan 2) kebijakan pemerintah daerah. Pengelolaan internal bisnis ditunjukkan dengan strategi bisnis dari pengusaha, dan peralihan pekerjaan dari pemilik bisnis atau subsektor dibawah bisnis itu sendiri. Sedangkan, kebijakan pemerintah daerah mendukung proses pemulihan ekonomi di masa krisis pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

Politeknik Negeri Banyuwangi masih menghadapi kendala dalam melakukan survei kepuasan secara efektif dan efisien. Metode survei yang saat ini digunakan kurang praktis dan hasilnya sulit diolah. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk merancang dan membangun sebuah sistem survei kepuasan pemangku kepentingan berbasis web di Politeknik Negeri Banyuwangi menggunakan metode pengembangan extreme programming. Sistem ini bertujuan untuk mengumpulkan umpan balik dari berbagai pemangku kepentingan, termasuk mahasiswa, dosen, alumni, dan masyarakat umum, serta perusahaan terkait dengan berbagai aspek kinerja dari institusi. Metode pengembangan extreme programming dipilih karena memungkinkan iterasi cepat dan responsif terhadap perubahan kebutuhan pengguna serta memaksimalkan kolaborasi antara tim pengembang dan pemangku kepentingan. Sistem dirancang dan dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan Javascript dengan Framework Laravel, dengan memperhatikan prinsip-prinsip extreme programming. Berdasarkan pengujian yang dilakukan dengan metode unit testing dan fungsional testing pada 15 responden dengan 14 responden sebagai user dan 1 responden sebagai admin didapat hasil 85,1 % oleh user dan 94% oleh admin.   ABSTRACT Banyuwangi State Polytechnic still faces challenges in conducting satisfaction surveys effectively and efficiently. The current survey methods are impractical and difficult to process. This research aims to design and develop a web-based stakeholder satisfaction survey system at Banyuwangi State Polytechnic using the Extreme Programming development method. The system aims to gather feedback from various stakeholders, including students, lecturers, alumni, the general public, and related companies on various aspects of institutional performance. Extreme Programming was chosen for its ability to allow rapid iterations and responsiveness to user needs, maximizing collaboration between developers and stakeholders. The system is designed and developed using PHP and the Laravel Framework, adhering to Extreme Programming principles. Based on the testing conducted using unit testing and functional testing methods on 15 respondents, with 14 respondents as users and 1 respondent as an admin, results showed a satisfaction rate of 85.1% for users and 94% for the admin.

Abstract

The Digital Business Study Program at Banyuwangi State Polytechnic aims to equip Development of an Information System for the Digital Business Study Program Using Laravel Framework and Rapid Application Development (RAD) Approach This study aims to enhance the documentation and sustainability of the Digital Business Study Program at Politeknik Negeri Banyuwangi through the development of a Laravel-based information system, replacing the previous WordPress platform. The new system is designed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) approach to ensure swift, flexible, and stakeholder-oriented development. Black-box testing indicates that the system successfully manages login processes, user data, and content with a 100% success rate. The system implementation results in a 25% improvement in data integrity, a 30% reduction in processing time for managing news and curriculum, and an 85% increase in user satisfaction based on a survey of 50 respondents, including students and lecturers. The primary contribution of this study is the introduction of the RAD approach in the context of academic information system development, which can serve as a reference for similar systems in other educational institutions. The system not only provides comprehensive information on curriculum, program activities, new student admissions, student achievements, and news but also fosters greater public engagement with the Digital Business Study Program through a responsive and user-friendly interface.

Abstract

PT Moda Tronsoft Perkasa, sebuah perusahaan teknologi yang didirikan pada tahun 2023, telah mengimplementasikan sebuah website profil perusahaan untuk meningkatkan visibilitas dan reputasi perusahaan di era digital saat ini. Website ini dirancang menggunakan framework Laravel dengan metode prototype untuk memfasilitasi promosi produk secara online dan memperkuat citra merek perusahaan. Website ini menyediakan informasi komprehensif mengenai perusahaan, visi, misi, serta katalog produk yang dapat diakses dengan mudah oleh pengguna. Melalui antarmuka admin, pengelola perusahaan dapat mengelola produk, kategori, dan galeri foto dengan efisien. Pengujian sistem menggunakan teknik blackbox testing seperti equivalence partitioning untuk memastikan kehandalan aplikasi, khususnya pada form login. Implementasi website ini membawa manfaat signifikan bagi PT Moda Tronsoft Perkasa dengan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, memperluas jangkauan pasar, dan meningkatkan interaksi dengan konsumen serta mitra bisnis.   ABSTRACT PT Moda Tronsoft Perkasa is a technology company established in 2023, has implemented a corporate profile website to enhance visibility and reputation in today's digital age. This website is built using the Laravel framework with a prototype methodology to facilitate online product promotion and strengthen the company's brand image. It provides comprehensive information about the company, its vision, mission, and an easily accessible product catalog for users. Through the admin interface, company managers can efficiently manage products, categories, and photo galleries. System testing employed blackbox testing techniques such as equivalence partitioning to ensure application reliability, particularly in the login form. The implementation of this website has brought significant benefits to PT Moda Tronsoft Perkasa by enhancing operational efficiency, expanding market reach, and improving interactions with consumers and business partners.

Abstract

This community service program revitalizes the Lungun Indah riverside attraction in Banyuwangi through a digital-tourism, community-based approach. The intervention integrates (i) physical enhancement—area cleaning, repainting, layout reorganization, and ornamental planting; (ii) safety enablement—provision of life jackets and an inflatable boat to support family-friendly river activities; and (iii) digital capacity building—creation of an official Instagram account, development of a tourism website with a virtual tour, and hands-on training for video promotion and website management involving Digital Business students. Methods followed sequential phases: problem analysis with local stakeholders (Bumdes and village officials), collaborative site improvement, digital content and platform development, training, and evaluation via a short Likert survey administered to Bumdes managers and village officers. Results indicate visible upgrades in cleanliness and aesthetics, improved visitor safety readiness, and stronger online visibility alongside emerging skills for independent content production and website upkeep. Survey feedback shows high acceptance and perceived relevance of the interventions, supporting the feasibility of sustained, locally managed promotion and operations. The program demonstrates that coupling basic physical readiness with targeted digital marketing and community capacity can effectively enhance destination appeal, strengthen governance at village level, and provide a scalable model for rural tourism revitalization.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Indonesia termasuk dalam negara ketiga dengan prevalensi tertinggi di Asia Tenggara. Salah satu yang masih menjadi kendala dalam pencegahan stuntingadalah lambatnya pemantauan tumbuh kembang anak, terutama di wilayah pedesaan. Proses pencatatan pertumbuhan balita di Posyandu masih bersifat manual, yaitu bidan mencatat hasil pengukuran pada kertas kemudian hasil rekapan pengukuran akan dimasukkan oleh operator ke Sistem PPGBM Kementerian Kesehatan. Hal tersebut mengakibatkan proses pendataan memakan waktu yang panjang, dan antrian panjang selalu terjadi pada setiap pengukuran di Posyandu. Untuk mengatasi masalah diatas, perlu dibangun sebuah timbangan digital yang dapat mengotomasi proses input data perkembangan balita. Timbangan tersebut menggunakan sensor RFID. Nantinya warga hanya perlu menempelkan kartu RFID yang telah dibagikan sebelumnya ke timbangan, kemudian naik ke atas timbangan. Secara otomatis hasil timbangan akan tersimpan sesuai identitas pemilik RFID.Hasil penimbangan kemudian dapat diekspor dalam bentuk excel sesuai format e-PPGBM. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan timbangan digital berbasis IoT dapat mempercepat waktu pengukuran dan mengurangi waktu tunggu balita. Hasil pengukuran juga dapat diunggah ke sistem e-PPGBM tanpa mengakibatkan error Kata Kunci: Timbangan Iot, Sistem Informasi Kesehatan, Status Gizi Anak  ABSTRACT Indonesia ranks among the third highest-prevalence countries in Southeast Asia. One of the persistent challenges in preventing stunting is the slow monitoring of child growth, particularly in rural areas. The process of recording the growth of toddlers in Posyandu (Integrated Health Service Posts) is still done manually, with midwives jotting down measurement results on paper, which are later entered into the Ministry of Health's PPGBM System by operators. This leads to a time-consuming data collection process, resulting in long queues during every measurement session at Posyandu. To address these issues, there is a need to develop a digital scale that can automate the input of child development data. This scale utilizes RFID sensors. In this system, residents only need to attach their previously distributed RFID cards to the scale and then step onto it. Automatically, the measurement results will be stored according to the owner's RFID identity. The weighing results can then be exported in an Excel format, complying with the e-PPGBM standard. The measurement results show that the use of IoT-based digital scales can speed up the measurement process and reduce waiting times for toddlers. Abstract

Goat waste product of livestock waste would given negative impact if it was not used. The purpose of this communal service activity were to increase the added value of goat waste product at BPP Genteng, Banyuwangi which has not been utilized before. This communal service is carried out by training the use of animal waste product by using chopping machines and training in the manufacture of animal manure fertilizers. The results of the service activities show that the community in BPP Genteng have been able to make manure fertilizer using a grinding machine for time and energy efficiency in the fertilizer production process. The community service program was carried out well where this activity received a positive response from BPP Genteng, breeders and farmer groups in participating in socialization activities, training on fertilizer production and socialization of application and maintenance of the machines. These three activities aimed to increase the added value of goat manure waste in BPP Genteng.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has given rise to a new world order called the new normal era. This new arrangement raises a number of new business competitions, especially the use of digital-based marketing media. This challenge is felt especially for Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) in Tambong village who still have very little knowledge about how to do marketing, build a brand image, financial management and knowledge of information technology. The implementation of service activities begins with initial coordination activities with the Tambong village, visits to several Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) and then the preparation and implementation of work programs. The implementation includes brand image socialization, packaging and digital marketing, crystallization training for herbal medicine and financial management training for 2 pilot Small and Medium Enterprise (SME), namely Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) that produce hijab with the kiya hijab label and Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) of traditional herbal medicine. This community service activity has benefits for partners. The dissemination of brand image and packaging provided motivated partners to be able to further develop and advance their business and be able to compete with other similar products. Herbal medicine crystallization training expands product marketing and also product shelf life will be more durable with more attractive product packaging. The financial management training provided motivates Partners to be able to manage finances neatly and consistently even though it's still simple

Abstract

Tracer study tracking of school alumni has an important role in improving and measuring the quality of education. Currently, Ihya Ulummudin Vocational School carries out tracer studies using manual methods with paper, resulting in limited and less than optimal information. Filling in this method is only able to track 20% of the number of graduates each year. This data must be reported to the Director General of Vocational Studies every year, but the school has difficulty providing this data information. To overcome this, the creation of a web-based tracer study application was carried out in discussion with the SMK. After the application is complete, testing and implementation of the application is carried out with graduating alumni. Workshops and training related to tracer studies were also held to support the use of this system. This application allows filling out questionnaires more quickly and accurately, as well as connecting alumni with the latest information regarding their careers. The results of this service show that the increase in tracer study filling has increased to above 90% and almost 80% of respondents expressed satisfaction with this application. With the website-based tracer study application that has been implemented, it will make it easier for managers to collect data on alumni of SMK Ihya Ulumuddin effectively and efficiently every year, as well as answer tracer study questions more accurately.

Abstract

SMK Muhammadiyah 6 Rogojampi merupakan salah satu sekolah swasta di Banyuwangi yang berkomitmen mengembangkan kompetensi keilmuan dan keislaman siswanya melalui pembelajaran berbasis keterampilan. Namun, proses pembelajaran masih didominasi metode konvensional seperti ceramah dan penugasan manual yang kurang relevan dengan tuntutan era digital. Kondisi tersebut berdampak pada rendahnya literasi digital siswa dan belum tersedianya platform pembelajaran terintegrasi yang dapat mendukung proses belajar yang interaktif dan adaptif. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mentransformasi pembelajaran kewirausahaan melalui pengembangan modul digital interaktif berbasis Learning Management System (LMS) Moodle di SMK Muhammadiyah 6 Rogojampi. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi tahap analisis kebutuhan, perancangan dan pembuatan modul digital, pelatihan penggunaan LMS kepada guru dan siswa, serta uji coba implementasi dalam proses pembelajaran kewirausahaan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa guru dan siswa mampu mengoperasikan platform LMS dengan baik, serta modul digital interaktif yang dikembangkan mampu meningkatkan partisipasi belajar dan pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep kewirausahaan. Selain itu, siswa dapat berlatih membuat rencana bisnis secara digital melalui fitur interaktif yang tersedia pada platform Moodle. Kegiatan ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi LMS berbasis Moodle dan modul digital interaktif dapat menjadi solusi efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran kewirausahaan di SMK. Ke depan, disarankan agar pengembangan serupa diperluas pada mata pelajaran lain untuk memperkuat literasi digital dan kesiapan siswa menghadapi dunia industri berbasis teknologi.
