Abstract

Regulasi emosi merupakan keterampilan penting yang mendukung kesejahteraan psikologis remaja, namun seringkali menjadi tantangan bagi siswa dengan kecenderungan introvert yang kesulitan mengekspresikan emosi secara verbal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas art drawing therapy dalam meningkatkan regulasi emosi siswa introvert. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain pra-eksperimental one group pretest-posttest, subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII yang dipilih berdasarkan hasil inventori kepribadian introvert. Intervensi dilakukan dalam lima sesi terapi menggambar selama satu minggu, dan data dianalisis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil menunjukkan adanya perbedaan signifikan antara skor pretest dan posttest (p < 0,05), menandakan bahwa art drawing therapy efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan regulasi emosi. Temuan ini memperkuat peran terapi seni sebagai pendekatan konseling alternatif yang humanistik dan inklusif, terutama bagi siswa yang mengalami hambatan komunikasi emosional.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas teknik sosiodrama dalam mengurangi perilaku bullying verbal pada siswa kelas VII-G di SMP Negeri 1 Kalibaru. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain one-group pretest-posttest, melibatkan enam siswa yang teridentifikasi melakukan bullying verbal sebagai sampel. Pengukuran perilaku bullying verbal dilakukan melalui skala yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, sementara perlakuan diberikan dalam bentuk layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik sosiodrama selama enam sesi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test untuk menguji signifikansi perubahan skor pretest dan posttest. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata skor bullying verbal siswa menurun dari 84,5 menjadi 62,5, dengan semua siswa menunjukkan perbaikan perilaku, yang mengindikasikan efektivitas teknik sosiodrama dalam mengurangi bullying verbal. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi pengembangan layanan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah, terutama dalam menangani masalah perilaku agresif verbal dan meningkatkan keterampilan sosial-emosional siswa.

Abstract

Innovative solutions are needed to address the problem of low motivation to continue studying among vocational high school students. The main contributing factors are an unsupportive environment, a lack of inspirational figures, and insufficient information. This study aims to determine how effective educational films can be in motivating eleventh-grade students at SMK NU 1 Pesanggaran to continue their education. The methodology employed was a pre-experimental design with a single-group pretest-posttest design. Eight out of 27 eleventh-grade students were selected as the research sample through purposive sampling. Student motivation to continue their education was used as the instrument, measured before and after the educational film intervention. Based on the research findings, the majority of students' motivation levels increased after receiving the intervention. Educational films are a useful tool for inspiring students to pursue higher education.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendampingi guru Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) dalam merancang pembelajaran inklusif melalui media digital yang ramah anak. Program ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih terbatasnya pemahaman guru tentang pendidikan inklusif serta keterampilan dalam mengembangkan media digital yang adaptif terhadap kebutuhan anak yang beragam. Pengabdian dilaksanakan di lembaga PAUD mitra di Kabupaten Jember pada 12 November 2025 melalui tahapan sosialisasi, pelatihan, pendampingan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif dan pendampingan berkelanjutan melalui workshop, praktik langsung, klinik pembelajaran, dan observasi kelas. Kegiatan pelatihan difasilitasi oleh Pipit Rika Wijaya, M.Pd; Ade Irma Noviyanti, M.Pd; Nury Kurnia, M.Pd; dan Marsidi, M.Si. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman guru tentang konsep pembelajaran inklusif, peningkatan keterampilan dalam menyusun modul ajar inklusif, serta kemampuan dalam mengembangkan media digital ramah anak. Guru berhasil menghasilkan produk berupa modul ajar inklusif dan media pembelajaran digital yang siap diimplementasikan di kelas. Implementasi pembelajaran menunjukkan respon positif dari anak, ditandai dengan meningkatnya partisipasi, antusiasme, dan keterlibatan dalam kegiatan belajar. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan ini berkontribusi pada peningkatan kompetensi pedagogis dan digital guru PAUD serta mendukung terwujudnya pembelajaran inklusif yang ramah anak.

Abstract

Among an attempt to lessen verbally hostile behavior among junior high school pupils, this study intends to create a manual for group supervision that uses sociodrama approaches. One of the issues that interferes with students' social interactions and learning process is verbally abusive behavior. For group guidance services to address this issue, guidance and counseling teachers require efficient and organized media. In order to reduce verbally aggressive behavior in junior high school students, research and development (RD) with a procedural development model is employed. This model adapts the strategy from Borg and Gall and includes the following steps: (1) preliminary study and data collection, (2) planning, (3) initial product development, (4) product testing, and (5) sociodrama guide. The created product was tested on students and verified by media specialists, material specialists, and potential users (counselors). The total product development is in the good category, according to the findings of the material specialists. The media specialists' findings are classified as extremely good. The outcomes of potential consumers are in the very good range. Additionally, the small group test's findings are classified as very good. These findings suggest that the product development can serve as a guide for using sociodrama to help junior high school students behave less aggressively when speaking.

Abstract

Self-confidence is an important aspect in students' psychological development. Several eighth-grade students were found to have low self-confidence, demonstrated through behaviors such as fear of public speaking, hesitation in making decisions, and lack of activity in class activities. This problem needs to be addressed immediately through an appropriate counseling approach. This study aims to implement and evaluate the cognitive defusion technique in individual counseling to improve students' self-confidence. The approach used was a single-subject experimental research (Single-Case Experimental Design) with an A-B format. In phase A (baseline), an initial self-confidence measurement was conducted without treatment. Furthermore, in phase B (intervention), individual counseling using the cognitive defusion technique was conducted for several sessions. The subjects in this study were eighth-grade students who had been identified as having low self-confidence. The instrument used was a validated self-confidence questionnaire. Data analysis used quantitative descriptive analysis. Based on the results and discussion of the study, it can be concluded that individual counseling using the cognitive defusion technique is effective in improving the self-confidence of students with low self-confidence. This was demonstrated by an increase in AD students' self-confidence questionnaire scores from a baseline of 50 (low category) to a final score of 90 (high category) after four sessions of intervention. This gradual improvement indicates that the technique successfully helped students break free from negative thoughts that hindered their self-confidence.

Abstract

Papaya (Carica papaya) is a plant that is widely found in Indonesia. Papaya flowers are rich in nutrients and have various benefits, both for health and for the culinary industry. Utilization of papaya flowers as a high-value product can be an opportunity to improve the community's economy, especially for farmers who have papaya plants but have not maximized other parts of the plant. During the training, participants were given steps in processing papaya leaves into Implementation Coordination: a) This community service is facilitated by the Jagatnata Maitreiya monastery which determines the training participants. b) The training participants were agreed to be groups of farmers and housewives in Jember. c) The training was carried out at the Jagatnata Maitreiya Jember monastery by providing materials on the benefits, efficacy of nutritional value and economic value. d) Evaluation of the implementation was carried out using direct interviews to find out feedback or expectations that had been achieved and desired by the participants.
