Abstract

The core problem of this research is the less than optimal working power of employees. The purpose of the study was to determine the implementation of competence, employee performance, and the magnitude of the influence of competence on employee performance at ID Express Sumedang. This study uses a descriptive research method approach with quantitative analysis techniques, conducted through a survey method. Data collection techniques were analyzed by means of observation and questionnaires. The population of employees at ID Express Sumedang is 40 people and the research sample is 40 people. The research data uses simple regression analysis, correlation test, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the implementation of competence was 2,394 (very good) with an average of 85.50%, employee performance was 2,407 (very good) with an average of 85.96%, then the strong relationship between competence and employee performance at the ID Express Office Sumedang is 0.832 (strong relationship), and the magnitude of the influence of competence on employee performance at the Sumedang ID Express Office is 69.2% and there are still 30.8% other factors. The results of the hypothesis test, it turns out that tcount (9.24) > ttable (1.68595), it can be said that there is a positive influence between competence on employee performance at the Sumedang ID Express Office which is acceptable. To improve one's performance, employees have basic characteristics because individual characteristics are a deep and inherent part of a person

Abstract

PT Sinar Sagara Sejatera Sumedang is a company engaged in the fashion industry to produce special women's shoes and sandals. Every company certainly requires good marketing management to achieve optimal sales targets, especially regarding promotional strategies that can influence consumers. Therefore, this study aims to determine the analysis of promotional strategies at PT Sinar Sagara Sejahtera Sumedang as well as obstacles and solutions to its implementation. The method used is a qualitative method with informants totaling 10 people. Data collection techniques of this research through observation, interviews, documentation and triangulation. The results showed that the promotion strategy at PT Sinar Sagara Sejahtera was good enough by implementing personal selling and sales promotion optimally. However, the company has not been maximized in implementing advertising, public relations and direct marketing because it has not provided print media advertisements, has never participated in exhibitions/events and does not have its own website on telemarketing

Abstract

Digital transformation and technological advancements have altered how businesses engage with their customers. Consumer behavior and purchasing patterns have changed as a result of the internet and mobile devices becoming an essential part of daily life. Digital marketing has become a crucial tactic for businesses looking to stay competitive in a market that is becoming more and more dynamic. The purpose of this study was to ascertain how digital marketing affected the choices made by PT Pegadaian Sumedang Branch customers about gold investment products. A quantitative descriptive method is used in this investigation. The research sample consisted of 80 individuals employing accidental sampling procedures, whereas the research population consisted of 100 PT Pegadaian Sumedang Branch customers. Questionnaires, interviews, and observation were the methods utilized to gather data. Validity and reliability tests were part of this study's correlation test. Simple linear regression analysis was the method of data analysis employed. The findings demonstrated that digital marketing had a favorable and noteworthy impact on PT Pegadaian Sumedang Branch customers' decisions to buy gold investment goods. It can be concluded that digital marketing has a significant impact on purchasing decisions because the determinant's coefficient value in this study was 0.653, or 65.3%. However, other factors not covered in this study have an impact on the remaining 34.7%.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of brand image in online purchasing decisions in the marketplace. Brand images are believed to play an important role in influencing consumer purchasing behavior in the marketplace. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 200 respondents who have made online purchases on the marketplace in the last 6 months. Data was collected through a questionnaire specifically designed to measure brand image perceptions and purchasing decisions. The results of the analysis show that brand image has a positive and significant relationship with online purchasing decisions. This finding underlines the importance of companies in building and maintaining a strong brand image to increase consumer purchasing decisions in the marketplace. This research also provides valuable insight for marketplace managers in developing features and services that can strengthen the brand image of sellers on their platforms

Abstract

Drug distribution is an important aspect in the health industry, because it plays a role in ensuring the availability of safe, quality, and timely drugs to the public. This study aims to evaluate the drug distribution system at PT Kinarya Mitra Sejahtera Sumedang, and to analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of distribution operations carried out. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with observation and documentation study techniques. The results of the study indicate that the company has implemented the principles of Good Drug Distribution Practices (CDOB) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), but there are obstacles in recording drug inventory due to the unavailability of a batch code system. This has an impact on delays in the recording process and potential delays in delivery. The effectiveness and efficiency of distribution are greatly influenced by human resource (HR) management, where skilled and trained workers are able to improve performance and compliance with regulations. Therefore, the implementation of a batch code system is an important priority in order to increase work productivity and optimize distribution services. This study recommends the development of an integrated information system and HR training to support the success of drug distribution as a whole
