Abstract

Desa Mangkupadi merupakan salah satu wilayah di Kabupaten Bulungan yang memiliki potensi hasil pertanian berupa pisang lokal yang melimpah. Namun, pemanfaatan pisang tersebut masih terbatas pada konsumsi rumah tangga dan penjualan dalam bentuk segar dengan harga rendah. Untuk meningkatkan nilai tambah dan daya jual produk pisang, perlu dilakukan inovasi pengolahan dan pelatihan keterampilan kepada masyarakat, khususnya ibu rumah tangga. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan ekonomi keluarga melalui pelatihan pembuatan produk olahan berbasis pisang lokal. Pelatihan ini meliputi teori dan praktik pembuatan aneka produk olahan seperti keripik pisang, sale pisang, dan bolu pisang. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Desa Mangkupadi pada tanggal 28 Maret 2025 dengan melibatkan 25 peserta ibu rumah tangga. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan peserta dalam mengolah pisang menjadi produk bernilai jual, serta munculnya motivasi untuk memulai usaha rumahan. Kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga melalui optimalisasi potensi lokal.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of discipline and awareness on santri participation in environmental management at Pesantren Zaadul Ma’ad, Palembang City. A quantitative approach was employed, using questionnaires distributed to the students as the data collection technique. Environmental degradation has become a global challenge that demands the involvement of all sectors, including educational institutions. Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) play a strategic role in instilling values of discipline and environmental awareness among students (santri). The results show a significant correlation between the level of discipline and environmental awareness and the participation of santri in environmental preservation activities within the pesantren. Student discipline contributes to encouraging responsible behavior and active involvement in maintaining the cleanliness and beauty of the surrounding environment. These findings emphasize the importance of integrating character education and ecological awareness into the pesantren learning system as an effort to foster an environmentally conscious generation.

Abstract

Salah satu masalah utama yang dihadapi  dunia pendidikan di Perguruan Tinggi   adalah adanya lingkungan belajar yang berbeda dari sekolah atau lembaga pendidikan tradisional dengan lingkungan modern. Banyak mahasiswa Generasi Z  di Institut Teknologi PLN yang kesulitan untuk memisahkan lingkungan belajar mereka. Untuk mengatasi tantangan dalam beradaptasi dengan metode pembelajaran baru, para dosen dapat memberikan pengalaman belajar yang lebih interaktif dan menarik dalam lingkungan digital. Modul berbasis proyek merupakan salah satu cara untuk memberikan wawasan dan cara-cara baru dalam belajar, untuk menghadapai perubahan Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dan deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan pengetahuan  yang menekankan pada pemikiran responsif dan imajinatif, problem solving, dan keterampilan digital. Tipe-tipe seperti pembelajaran berbasis proyek yang menekankan kerja sama tim, pembaruan, dan penerapan informasi di dunia nyata. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik purposive random sampling, yaitu secara acak dipilih satu kelas sebagai sampel adalah program studi Teknik Tenaga Listrik dan Sistem Tenaga Listrik. Tabel dibuat untuk  menunjukkan nilai rata-rata pengetahuan mahasiswa dan efektivitas modul berbasis proyek. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data penelitian ini menunjukan  nilai minat dan prestasi nilai belajar  mahasiswa meningkat secara signifikan, terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan efektivitas modul lama konvensional dengan modul berbasis proyek,  modul berbasis proyek lebih efektif daripada modul lama / konvensional, baik pada aspek kecepatan pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap materi perkuliahan, kreatifitas, dan hasil belajar mahasiswa. Dengan terujinya produk yang berupa modul. Langkah terakhir adalah evaluasi hasil dan mengembangkannya berupa produk modul.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the synergy between Chat GPT and emotional intelligence in the context of education and the transformative potential revealed in human development by providing an in-depth understanding of the benefits and implications of using this combination. The use of Chat GPT as an adaptive artificial intelligence tool and emotional intelligence involving understanding and managing emotions shows promising results in improving students' self-understanding, empathy, critical thinking skills, and communication skills. In addition, this synergy also encourages inclusivity and diversity in learning. This study was conducted through a qualitative approach involving student participants. Data were collected through classroom observations, interviews, and document analysis to gain insight into students' experiences and the impact of this synergy in human development. The results show that the synergy between Chat GPT and emotional intelligence has transformative potential in shaping a generation with a deeper understanding of themselves, strong critical thinking skills, effective communication skills, and sensitivity to cultural differences. These findings provide important implications in the context of holistic education

Abstract

This intensive one-day composting training program engaged 68 households in RT 33 RW 06 Betungan through a focused demonstration session. Using the Takakura method adapted for urban settlements, the training covered waste segregation, composting techniques, and troubleshooting common issues. Post-training evaluation revealed 78% comprehension of core concepts, with 32 households (47%) initiating composting . The condensed format proved effective for knowledge transfer but highlighted the need for follow-up support to ensure long-term adoption in high-density neighborhoods.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of population, agricultural sector, trade, Information and Communication, real estate, and education on regional tax revenue using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method. This research employs a quantitative approach with a causal associative method, focusing on cause-and-effect relationships between variables. The data used are secondary time series data collected from official documents of relevant agencies, such as the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). Data collection techniques were carried out through documentation. The analysis results show that the population (X1) variable has a positive but insignificant effect on regional tax revenue (β = 19903.651; p = 0.400). The agricultural sector (X2) also shows a positive yet insignificant effect (β = 535.792; p = 0.858). In contrast, the trade sector (X3) has a negative effect, nearing significance (β = -13,683,591; p = 0.076). The transportation Information and Communication sector (X4) (β = 73,528,699; p = 0.251) and real estate sector (X5) (β = 61,295,163; p = 0.264) have positive but insignificant effects. Meanwhile, the education sector (X6) has a very weak and insignificant effect (β = 2,282,092; p = 0.956). The multicollinearity test results using Variance Inflation Factor (VIF) show that the education (VIF = 9.831) and real estate (VIF = 7.262) variables have relatively high multicollinearity. Nevertheless, the Breusch-Pagan test did not indicate significant heteroscedasticity (p = 0.155), meaning that the model is free from heteroscedasticity issues. The Durbin-Watson Test result of 2.107 indicates no autocorrelation in the model, ensuring the validity of the regression estimates. With an R-square value of 0.588, this model explains 58.8% of the variation in regional tax revenue. Although most variables are not significant, the findings suggest that the trade, transportation, and real estate sectors may potentially influence tax revenue. The use of the PLS method proves effective in addressing multicollinearity issues and provides more stable estimates compared to classical linear regression.
