Abstract

Kayu Kayu Restaurant Alam Sutera has a poor lighting system, a good and relaxed atmosphere with a floral aroma that has aromatherapy. Kayu Kayu Restaurant Alam Sutera has a homey atmosphere. The purpose of this research is to determine the store atmosphere of Kayu Kayu Restaurant Alam Sutera. The method used is quantitative, data collection techniques are questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The number of samples is 399 respondents. The results of the study show that the T test is that each dimension that is owned by the store atmosphere variable (X) has a partial influence on the repurchase decision (Y). The results of the F test indicate that the store atmosphere variable has a simultaneous influence on the repurchase decision variable. Test results for the Coefficient of Determination (R2) of 97.5% because the Store Exterior (X1) is a nameplate that is easy to recognize, the main door is ready to go in and out, attractive design, adequate parking facilities, guaranteed vehicle safety, General Interior (X2) is bright lighting, bright wall colors bright, comfortable music, soothing aroma and cool temperature, Store Layout (X3), which is a complete and clean facility, neat arrangement of items, sufficient table & chair arrangements for passing, Display (X4), namely signs and instructions clear price tag, and a nice Store Atmosphere (X5).

Abstract

In the study entitled "Analysis of the Influence of Work Discipline on Employee Performance in the F&B Department at The Hermitage Hotel Jakarta", the researcher aims to examine the effect of work discipline on employee performance in the research object. Researchers will identify problems regarding the lack of awareness of some employees about the importance of employee work discipline and there are still employees who come late to work and there are employees who are not in the room during working hours. This research conducted with five dimensions of work discipline to determine the effect on employee performance. This researcher is included in a quantitative study using a sample and a population of employees at a hotel with a total of 70 people. The results of the study show that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance at The Hermirtage Jakarta Hotel by (0.599) or 59% through the coefficient of determination test. The author's suggestion for The Hermitage Jakarta Hotel is to be able to improve work discipline by re-checking employee attendance so that anyone who is disciplined at work can be detected or not. As well as improving performance even better and being able to maintain performance effectiveness at work.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of brand awareness on purchasing decisions for Harris Suites FX Sudirman restaurants. This study uses a survey type of research. The population in this study were consumers of the Harris Suites FX Sudirman restaurant. The sample used is consumers who know the existence of the Harris Cafe brand. The sampling technique used in this study was slovin with a sample size of 399 respondents. The technique used has been tested for validity, reliability test and data collection using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and using data analysis techniques using simple regression tests. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence on brand awareness (X) with purchasing decisions (Y)

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the management strategy is applied in the Angke Kapuk Mangrove Nature Park area to increase interest in visiting again. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection techniques used by researchers using primary data and secondary data, primary data includes interviews, observation, and documentation. The analytical method used by researchers is an interactive model analysis method from Milles, Huberman, and Saldana which includes data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. In conducting an in-depth analysis, the researcher used theoretical triangulation and data source triangulation methods to strengthen the results of the study. The research results from the author's interviews with tourists also show that there is an influence on the intention to return. There is a relationship between the dimensions of interest in repeat visits and ecotourism variables such as attractiveness, accessibility and facilities and other factors that can be linked back to the main variable, namely management strategy. Suggestions from the results of this activity the Angke Kapuk Mangrove Natural Tourism Park area can continue to improve the management activities implemented in the mangrove forest area by continuing to support the concept of ecotourism.

Abstract

This research discusses the influence of brand awareness on purchasing decisions. It is important to pay attention to increasing brand awareness so that more consumers know a brand because the less brand is known to the public, the more difficult it is to increase purchases. This research aims to determine the influence of brand impression, brand recall, purchase decision, brand recognition, brand reach, consumption brand on awareness brand influence on purchase decisions, brand awareness overall influence on purchasing decisions, and find out level of brand awareness on Clovia Restaurant, Mercure Jakarta Sabang Hotel. Using a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 393 respondents with certain criteria. Population in this study was focused on respondents who knew Clovia Restaurant.  The result of this research, there is a significant influence on brand impressions, brand recall, purchase decisions, brand recognition, brand reach, and brand consumption on brand awareness on purchasing decisions. Brand awareness shows a significant of 0.000 < 0.05 which means that there is a simultaneous positive, significant influence on purchasing decisions at Clovia Restaurant. Also 85.4% brand awareness influence on purchasing decisions. Clovia Restaurant based on the existing level to the results of the questionnaire is at the level Brand Recall.

Abstract

Lake Situ Cipondoh is a tourist attraction in the City of Tangerang, which was once a large concave swamp and was built into an artificial lake that can attract the people of Tangerang to travel. This research was conducted to search for the influence of attractions and facilities on visiting interest at Lake Situ Cipondoh. This type of research is quantitative with the method of multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the IBM SPSS 26 program. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to tourists who had visited Lake Situ Cipondoh with a total of 98 people. The results of the data that have been obtained are then analyzed using the SPSS application. The results of the study show the validity and reliability tests, it is known that each dimension and statement has valid and reliable results. In the T and F Tests it is known that the attractiveness and facilities variables have a significant good influence on visiting intentions. From the test results of the coefficient of determination obtained from the attractiveness and facilities variables, there is an influence of 74.7% on the variable of interest in visiting and on the results of the multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity and normality tests it can be seen that there are no symptoms of the test so that they can be normally distributed. The author's suggestion for the Lake Situ Cipondoh area is to be able to improve the existing facilities in the area so that it can encourage more attractiveness for visitors to come back.

Abstract

This research analyzes the potential of human resources in the accommodation business of pondok wisata or homestays in Besani Tourism Village, Blado District, Batang Regency, Central Java. Cottage tourism is a form of accommodation that offers more intimate lodging close to local communities, providing a different and satisfying experience for travelers seeking authenticity and togetherness in their journeys. The village stands out due to its concept of Javanese-Chinese cultural acculturation and attractive natural tourism potential. Through qualitative approaches and case studies, involving stakeholders as respondents, and utilizing primary data from interviews and observations, as well as secondary data from scientific literature and official documents. The SOAR approach is used to identify internal strengths, external opportunities, aspirations, and desired outcomes in accommodation business development. The analysis highlights the traditional skills of residents, significant tourism demand, and support from local government and companies. Human resource development strategies are recommended, including business management skills training, group-based cottage tourism development, service standard enhancement, income diversification, and local cultural promotion. This study provides insights into the potential of human resources to enhance competitiveness and sustainability in the tourism sector in Besani Tourism Village.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of tourism-oriented city branding in Singkawang and the role of local government in promoting sustainable cultural tourism through community participation. As one of Indonesia’s most multicultural cities, Singkawang has introduced the brand “Pasti Ke Singkawang!” to position itself as a unique and attractive destination. The research adopts a qualitative case study approach, combining interviews, field observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that while the branding initiative has increased tourist visibility, it remains largely top-down and event-focused. Key challenges include limited integration of communal cultural assets, lack of grassroots involvement, and untapped potential in using intellectual property tools such as Geographical Indications (GI). Comparisons with other Indonesian cities—Yogyakarta, Solo, Denpasar, and Pekalongan—highlight the importance of community engagement, cultural protection, and institutional innovation in sustainable tourism branding. The study concludes that Singkawang’s brand can be strengthened by transforming it into a participatory platform that supports local creatives, protects intangible heritage, and integrates place-based cultural products into tourism strategies. This research contributes conceptually to the discourse on city branding as a tool for inclusive governance and sustainable development.
