Abstract

AbstractThis researchaims to improve the description writing skills using the surrounding environment as a learning resource. The research procedure consists of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. Research subjects were teachers and students of grade V B, amounting to 17 people. Data collection techniques in the form of observing and observing documents. Data analysis techniques by means of qualitative analysis used to analyze data in the form of observation sheets of teachers' abilities are calculated by the mean formula. Student improvement observation sheets are calculated by percentage formula. The students' skill in writing essay description shows that the first cycle of the average score of students, 66.01 increased in the second cycle to 79.74 then increased to 84.97 in the third cycle with an increase of 5.23. The percentage of completeness in the first cycle was only 35.29%, increasing in the second cycle to 76.47%, increasing again in the third cycle to 88.24%. Thus it can be concluded that learning to use the surrounding environment can improve the writing skills of the description grade V B students on Public Elementary School 38 Sungai Kakap.  Keywords: Description Writing, Writing Skills, Surrounding Environment

Abstract

The results of the needs analysis on the implementation of the student’s ability test showed that there were still students who had difficulty reading and writing at the beginning. This is caused by several factors, one of which is the use of methods and media that tend to be monotonous during the implementation of distance learning and also the limited sources of teaching materials used by teachers. From this background, a solution is needed so that students can continue to learn and improve their early reading and writing skills outside of school. Android-based learning applications are one of the solutions and the researchers are trying to develop in this research. The research method used is research and development (RD) with the ADDIE development model. The results of the study showed early reading and writing application had a feasibility percentage of 85% from material expert and 80% from media expert. After being declared eligible, this application is implemented to determine student responses as users. The results of the small-scale test showed that the application had a percentage of 82% (Very Feasible) and experienced an increase in the percentage in the large-scale test of 87% (Very Feasible).

Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine the influence of ethical sales behavior, brand equity, and customer experience on customer loyalty at Ketje Coffee in Bandar Lampung. The research population consists of customers of Ketje Coffee in Bandar Lampung, with a sample size of 100 customers. The analysis method employed in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The research findings indicate that ethical sales behavior, brand equity, and customer experience all have a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty. This implies that ethical sales behavior, brand equity, and customer experience play a crucial role in shaping customer loyalty. The results of this research can assist Ketje Coffee in enhancing ethical sales behavior, strengthening brand equity, and improving customer experience, thereby increasing the company's competitiveness and fostering better customer loyalty. In the current era of heightened business competition, this study provides a platform for Ketje Coffee to enhance customer loyalty and encourage customers to choose Ketje Coffee for their consumption needs.

Abstract

Abstract: Efforts to improve the activities and learning outcomes of junior highschool students Kartikatama Metro so far the school and teachers have done a lotof effort, but in fact science learning in junior Kartikatama Metro there are still manydifficulties. Therefore, a research entitled Implementation of Quantum TeachingLearning Model to Increase Student Activity and Learning Outcomes of Class VIIISMP Kartikatama Metro Lesson Year 2017/2018. The purpose of this study is toimprove the activity and learning outcomes of students with the application ofquantum teaching models in grade VIII SMP Kartikatama Metro Lesson year2017/2018. The research type is Classroom Action Research (PTK), with researchdesign using four cycles of action consisting of, planning, implementation,observation, and reflexology. The subject of this research is the students of classVIIIA. The research instrument uses an observation sheet to obtain data of studentlearning activities and test questions to obtain student learning result data. Basedon the result of research on the application of learning quantum teaching model,the achievement level of learning activity of cycle I is 60,50% and cycle II is72,84%, and the percentage of active students in cycle I is 31,67%, then increaseon cycle II by 95%. Furthermore, for the learning outcomes in the cycle I learnedstudent completeness reached 56.67% (high enough), increased in cycle II to86.67% (very high). Based on the result, it can be concluded that the application ofquantum teaching model can increase the activity and learning outcomes ofstudents in SMP Kartikatama metro Lesson Year 2017/2018.Keywords: Quantum teaching learning model, student learning activity, studentlearning outcomes

Abstract

The research object took the Java Loenpia Semarang UMKM on the grounds that there was a problem, namely that the income target set by the management was not able to be realized from October 2022 to September 2023, this shows that the target and realization of income were not in line with the expectations of the UMKM leadership, so a strategy was needed to increase employee performance. This research aims to analyze the influence of compensation and work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable in Java Loenpia Semarang MSMEs. The research sample was 70 respondents/employees of Java Loenpia Semarang MSMEs using sampling techniques, namely population research or census techniques or saturated samples. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression. The research results found that compensation and work environment partially influence job satisfaction. Compensation, work environment and job satisfaction partially influence employee performance. The results of the findings of the first mediation effect can be concluded that there is no influence of compensation on employee performance with Job Satisfaction as a mediating variable. Meanwhile, the findings of the second mediation effect can be concluded that there is an influence of the work environment on employee performance with Job Satisfaction as a mediating variable

Abstract

The results of the study show that educational technology has a very important role in the 4.0 education era, as seen from the use of educational technology products such as E-learning, applications, self study platforms that are in line with the demands of education 4.0. especially during the covid-19 pandemic which requires everyone to be able to master technology to make it easier to get information. The information here is related to how to handle dysmenorrhea or primary menstrual pain which is usually experienced by women of childbearing age. Although most period pain can go away on its own, but if it lasts all day, it will interfere with activities. Primary dysmenorrhea is menstrual pain that is not based on pathological conditions, while secondary dysmenorrhea is menstrual pain based on pathological conditions such as the discovery of endometriosis or ovarian cysts. Through regular yoga practice, it will provide great benefits such as reducing pain during menstruation. Community service consists of several stages, namely the first stage of determining the sample consisting of 10 teenagers with the age of 12-19 years. The second stage determines the measuring instrument used is a questionnaire on the level of respondents' knowledge about the symptoms of menstrual pain and skills to reduce menstrual pain during menstruation. The third stage is lectures and discussions as well as online practice through Whatsapp Groups. The fourth stage is applying yoga by providing online assistance and evaluating how each teenager who is a sample sends a video of the application of yoga.ABSTRAKHasil studi menunjukan bahwa teknologi pendidikan mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting dalam era pendidikan 4.0, terlihat dari pemanfaaatan produk teknologi pendidikan seperti e-learning, aplikai, platform self study yang selaras dengan tuntutan pendidikan 4.0. terlebih pada masa pandemi covid-19 yang menuntut setiap orang untuk bisa menguasai teknologi agar lebih mudah mendapatkan informasi. Informasi disini terkait tentang cara penanganan disminore atau nyeri haid primer yang biasanya dialami wanita usia subur. Meskipun kebanyakan nyeri haid dapat hilang dengan sendirinya, tetapi jika berlangsung sepanjang hari, akan mengganggu aktivitas. Dismenore primer merupakan nyeri haid yang tidak didasari kondisi patologis, sedangkan dismenore sekunder merupakan nyeri haid yang didasari dengan kondisi patologis seperti ditemukannya endometriosis atau kista ovarium. Melalui latihan yoga secara teratur, akan memberikan manfaat yang besar seperti dapat mengurangi nyeri saat haid. Pengabdian masyarakat terdiri dari beberapa tahap yaitu tahap pertama menentukan sampel terdiri dari 10 remaja dengan usia 12–19 Tahun. Tahap kedua menentukan alat ukur yang digunakan adalah kuesioner tingkat pengetahuan responden tentang gejala nyeri haid dan ketrampilan untuk mengurangi nyeri haid pada saat menstruasi. Tahap ketiga dilakukan ceramah dan diskusi maupun praktik secara online melalui WhatsappGrup. Tahap keempat mengaplikasikan yoga dengan melakukan pendampingan secara daring/online serta mengevaluasi dengan cara setiap remaja yang menjadi sampel mengirimkan video penerapan yoga.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peranan yang penting dalam perekonomian di Indonesia. Hal tersebut dikarenakan dengan adanya UMKM lapangan pekerjaan, pengentasan kemiskinan, kontribusi pada inovasi dan produk domestik bruto Negara Indonesia dapat tercipta. KKN-PPM UNWAHA melakukan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk pelaku UMKM meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan branding, meningkatkan kemampuan sumber daya dalam Label Produk, dapat memperluas jangkauan pasar dan dapat mengurangi ketergantungan pada metode promosi tradisional. Untuk itu sebagai mahasiswa KKN membantu dengan meberikan solusi dengan mengadakan pengabdian masyarakat dengan sosialisasi dan pelatihan branding dan promosi produk UMKM dalam menunjang kemantapan usaha dan menjangkau pasar yang makin luas, metode pelaksanaan dilaksankan secara offline yang dihadiri oleh pelaku usaha UMKM 45 orang. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat diperoleh bahwa peserta pelaku usaha UMKM merasa puas dengan materi yang disampaikan serta meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya menggunakan branding produk sebagai ujung tombak atas produk yang dihasilkan agar dapat menarik sesuai dengan keiinginan sehingga mampu menciptakan loyalitas konsumen terhadap produk yang dihasilkan, serta dengan sosialisasi promosi  produk melalui Instagram, dan Whatsapp  Business agar dapat menjangkau pasar yang luas.

Abstract

Today's business world must be able to mobilize its resources effectively and efficiently in order to gain a competitive advantage in line with the development of the business world and competition for market share amidst increasingly fierce challenges and competition. To be able to survive in the face of competition, every business organization must be able to create a marketing plan, one of which must include a marketing mix that includes digital marketing. The aim of this research is to determine and evaluate the variables that influence customers' impulse purchases at TikTok stores. In this research, the sample used was one hundred respondents. This research uses quantitative methodology. Validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests (t tests), and coefficient of determination tests (R2) are the data analysis procedures used. The digital marketing variable (X1) partially has no negative and small influence according to the test results. The test findings of the hedonic motivation variable (X2) show a significant and partial beneficial effect. The test findings for the materialism variable (X3) are not statistically significant and only have a partial positive effect.

Abstract

PT Herbal Penawar Alwahida Indonesia, known as HNI-HPAI, is one of several companies in Indonesia as a Halal Network business that focuses on providing various quality and halal consumer goods products. With the number of partners spread throughout Indonesia, human resource management is important for the development and progress of the company. Along with its development, the selection of outstanding partners has so far been done manually, which is directly selected by the mentor from the partner and does not pay attention to the criteria. Therefore, we need a decision support system (DSS) in determining partners who excel by taking into account the weight of the criteria. That way it produces a clear and time-consuming calculation where the calculation begins to determine the variables used to calculate the value of errors or optimize the estimation or selection of the highest and lowest values.

Abstract

Pelayanan kefarmasian merupakan kegiatan yang terpadu dengan tujuan untuk mengidentifikasi, mencegah dan menyelesaikan masalah obat dan masalah yang berhubungan dengan kesehatan. Pemberian penyuluhan kesehatan dan cek kesehatan merupakan salah satu bagian pelayanan kefarmasian yang dapat langsung dilihat dan dirasakan oleh masyarakat. Seiring dengan banyaknya masyarakat yang kurang memahami aturan penggunaan obat-obat khususnya pada saat sakit, maka dilakukan sosialisasi Gerakan Masyarakat Cerdas Menggunakan Obat (GEMA CERMAT) di Desa Rowosari Kecamatan Tembalang, Kota Semarang. Pelaksanaan program penyuluhan ini, kami menggunakan metode ceramah yaitu dengan memaparkan berbagai informasi tentang GEMA CERMAT, dilanjutkan dengan tanya jawab, cek tensi dan konseling gratis. Pemaparan “GEMA CERMAT” tentang pengertian GEMA CERMAT, tujuan GEMA CERMAT, penggolongan obat, penandaan kemasan obat, informasi pada kemasan obat, contoh kemasan obat, hal-hal yang perlu diperhatikan saat pengguaan obat, dan menyanyikan yel-yel “Tanya Lima O”. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk masyarakat mendapatkan pengetahuan tentang penggunaan obat yang benar dan rasional, untuk peserta UKM PCC dapat merasakan secara langsung konseling dengan masyarakat.
